This was a new experience for me. Andrew in Sales was fantastic to work with - so easy-going, no pressure. He just did a lot of listening and got me what I wanted. Jason in Finance got me a great deal that worked for me. Very thankful to everyone at Williams for such a nice experience - we will definitely come back again.

I could go to another mechanic to have my work done on my Subaru, but I have always found that the Williams price is very equitable to any other local mechanic. Plus they have the best waiting rooms and the staff are super kind. If you're lucky, their doggy mascot will be in the shop that day!

Highly satisfied with the service and pricing that I get here. The staff really goes the extra mile to make your stay as easy and comfy as possible. They even often have a golden retriever running around to make people smile. When my current Subaru needs replacing I will definitely consider them for future car sales needs.

Had the most pleasant, pain-free and friendly car buying experience at Williams Subaru! I worked with Jalen and he helped my wife and I pick out a wonderful Crosstrek Limited! He was very friendly, absolutely no pressure, and was courteous to our questions. He kept us in the loop on when the car arrived and helped set up a time convenient for me to finish the purchase. We then worked with Jason on financing. He was amazing and friendly to work with, and again put no pressure on us for extras or other items. Jalen then did a great job showing us the features of our new Crosstrek. I highly recommend Williams Subaru. I can tell they really care about the consumer and strive to make the customer happy. Great Dealership!Had an exceptional experience at Williams Subaru. Worked with Paul Rawlins, if you need help, he was great! No pressure, answered any questions I had, and encouraged me to drive whichever models I d like before going for the Legacy! Rick from the auto parts department deserve a raise!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Williams Subaru because of Rick. I called to inquire about an expensive replacement part for my vehicle and Rick was extremely professional, helpful, and offered suggestions to help me avoid potentially paying for a part I may not need. Per Ricks recommendation, I took the vehicle in for a second inspection to ensure the cause of my problem was what we initially suspected; in doing so I found out that Subaru would cover the cost of the repair due to the circumstances and Rick was able to assist me in getting the part ASAP. Thank you, Rick, for going above and beyond!

I ordered my 2022 WRX in March 2022. Andrew made the ordering process very easy for me. He also kept me up to date on the build and delivery times. Picking up my car was also very easy. They made sure I understood everything about my car, the paperwork, and my warranty options. Overall the experience was really great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Williams Subaru. This is my second WRX; I've had it a little over a month and I love the car!

Absolutely incredible dealership. From the moment I drove up to the building I knew that Williams Subaru was different from the 10+ other dealers I had been to in the last 9 months while trying to find a new lease.I was greeted nicely by Dwayne, despite coming in 10 minutes before close on a weekend. He set me up with a test drive the following business day and when I came in he was very professional and kind and not pushy at all to get the sale. It was at my pace. It was such a flip from what I have experienced at other dealers where they just treat you as a sale and do whatever they can to keep you in the store. He genuinely cared.The store is clean and very welcoming, everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. The process of getting my new lease was smooth and easy. There was no sketchy back and forth haggling or forceful warranty pushing. It was what would you like your payments to be, here are your options (downpayment, lease length, etc.)The parking lot is new and doesn't have a single pothole, the cars are all clean and arranged nicely. It really a breath of fresh air from all the other Lansing dealers with their borderline gravel lots made of busted asphalt and potholes.Truly the best dealership in the area (the best one I have ever been to), and I will definitely be coming back for services and for my next vehicle.

Williams Subaru is great for service! I won't say theyre the cheapest or that they have the *best* deals, but as a woman who used to spend so much time trying to do things myself to save money, I would say the rates they quote are reasonable, and they never seem to try to upcharge (an issue I've experienced at other services centers in the Lansing area). Moreover, they actually do what they say they will. Jess in particular is very efficient and always willing to answer any questions. I recommend!

Julian at the service desk is very very helpful. Same are the shuttle drivers (both of them). They are three very good reasons to come back here for a service.

I think the care is good if your on warranty, but my engine replacement that failed after 1 and 1/2 years is awful, and your 1 year warranty is also awful. I honestly appreciate Ryan s Auto So much more . I m not a fan of the corporate dealership vibe. Some how I m less of a person here, and more of a sucker. I am no longer a Subaru lifer after my Forester lemon.

Purchased my second car from William Subaru! Service is usually pretty good, Jessie in the service area is always so helpful and accommodating. They have snacks in the waiting area (my daughter loves waiting with me because of the snacks!) I ve had to wait over a hour and they offered me a company car so I could get to work or pick up my kids. Only thing I wish they had is a full service garage. Overall I have a good experience when I come here!

Terrible experiences with this location over the years, from poorly explained "extras" to attempting to replace a lost key for over a month, I'll never do business with this location again. Only reason you get a 2 star is I genuinely like my Subaru legacy, just not the individuals running this location.

Very friendly and accommodating dealership. A excellent experience from the time I walked through the door until the time I left. I m extremely pleased with my Subaru outback wilderness. It is very intuitive as far as the tech and the good people at Williams Subaru were more than happy and very thorough explaining anything that I didn t understand. Would highly recommend Subaru and Williams Subaru to anyone that is considering a vehicle purchase.

Absolutely fabulous service. I came in with a leaky tire on a Saturday and they fixed it for free and washed my car! Absolute class act. I will be back for everything. Plus I love my Crosstrek.

I am new to the country, just moved in 3 months back from Nepal, so basically I knew nothing. LANE KAUFANN helped me select the right car, helped me figure out my budget, finances and explained pros and cons of different cars, which was very helpful for me. As I said I was going to look for Mazda (because Subaru Crosstrek I wanted to buy was out of stock), he even offered to drive/ manage a shuttle for me ( who would happily help to get you a ride when you are planning to buy a car from other dealers?), that was really kind of him. The hospitality and environment at Williams Subaru is friendly, welcoming, no one is rude but helpful (something I found very different from other dealers around the area). I was quite impressed, I ended up booking Subaru legacy premium 15 and they gave me an option even to change decision if I wanted to (whereas most other dealers pressurize you to give decision right away) and also the booking fee is refundable, isn't that cool?. If you are planning to buy a Subaru and live in Lansing, I would highly recommend you to go to Williams Subaru and deal with LANE KAUFANN ( one of the sweetest man I have met so far), I am sure he will definitely help you find the right car for you.

I leased and then bought my Subaru here. Recently started having battery trouble and learned there was an extended warranty on the battery. They installed a new battery free of charge. That was the right thing to do for this Subie owner!

Enjoy having my oil maintenance done at Williams. The Oil Express is helpful to have open on Saturdays, as we had an overdue oil change that we could forgot to do during the week. We got in early on Saturday and were out in good time to still do all the activities we planned for the day

Bought an Outback from William Subaru -- the entire process was great. Everyone we worked with was professional, enthusiastic and engaged. Drove up from Ann Arbor, as I had heard they were the best. Worth the extra miles. The vehicle is wonderful so far -- comfortable, quiet, excellent build quality -- and the "handover" process was perfect. Everything was explained by the very knowledgable staff. Overall: A five-star experience!

I was in the market to a SUV, from all the research I conducted I came to conclusion that suburu are the most safe vehicle in the price point I felt comfortable, I went to the dealership and test drove couple of Subaru Forester and it was just I wanted. I purchased a used 2016 forester. I didn't get to see the actual vehicle because it was a very recent trade in and it was "getting serviced" during the purchase my experience was horrible, lack of communication, the person who was helping us wasn't thorough with any part of the process of financing the vehicle, I also felt discriminated against. After signing all the necessary paperwork, I finally got the see the car for the first time. My initial impression when I got into the car was disappointing, the car had dirty/stained seats, scratches on exterior, and interior. Considering a good reputation of this dealership I didn't think I would be dealing with all these issues after the purchase , I just want my issues resolved! Thank you.

Editing the previous review as I found out they have fooled and cheated me more during the sale. I was told that the Remote Engine start feature will cost me $76 for 3 years and then I can just renew for another three years for another $76. I was happy as I do not need the car for more than 6 years. But eventually found out that the actual cost is $150 per year after the first three years. This dealership is filled with lairs and fraudsters. I would not recommend any person to go here even for queries! CHEATERS!!!

Since the late 90's, we have purchased no fewer than FOUR Subarus from them: our original Outback (1997), a replacement Outback (2012), a Crosstrek for our sons (2014), and a WRX (2015). FIRST rate dealership. And THEIR SERVICE IS SUPERLATIVE. We've worked with JOHN and JESS for years now, and every time they're profoundly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Fantastic folks, all the way around. THANK YOU WILLIAMS!!! :-)

As I had expected would happen, the Subaru manufacturer's instructions for the hitch installation were not followed. Additionally, the attention to detail during the job was lacking. The result is a poor quality installation by Williams Subaru. Hopefully the issues are only in appearance and not in structure.The picture below is from the Subaru Factory Instructions, indicating where the cut in the bumper cover should be made.This next pic is of the actual cutout. Several issues are apparent. Over-cut on both corners of the cutout (red circles) extending beyond what the gasket can cover, as well as the cutout clearly going aft of the area indicated in the instructions (yellow line).Will the hitch hold a trailer or bike carrier? Yes, I m sure it will do just fine ..assuming the torque specs were followed in the instructions.Was the hitch installed per the manufacturers instructions? No, clearly not.Does it matter if the instructions were followed? Not to most people, but to me it does.Does appearance matter? Yes, to me it does.What can be done at his point? I don t believe anything can be done now.When the weather improves this spring, I will endeavor to remove the gasket, clean up the edges of the cutout and reinstall the gasket. This is only possible because the instructions were not followed and there is an about a 1/2 of gasket overhanging the cutout (no pic of this).This is an example of the poor quality of work I generally see from car dealerships and auto mechanics. I understand most people would neither see or care about such details. As I told them before the work, I am one of the few people that do, and the job was still not done correctly.

Have purchased two outbacks at this dealership and had both serviced there. Friendly and non-pushy sales staff. Clean and comfortable waiting rooms. Quality repairs at reasonable prices for a dealership.
