I was told it would be an hour before they could get to my car. After a casual conversation with the mechanic about the 12hr drive ahead of me, I was on the road in an hour. I was/am appreciative of their response.

Snarky older guy wrapping with a technician working the one car in the service Bay (the other one was empty) asks if I'm there for any service when I walked into the auto service entrance. I said, an oil change and immediately got "We're looking at at least a two hour wait before we can touch anything. . I really got the impression he was happy to tell me that, standing there with his thumb up his @ss. My best advice is try elsewhere because they really don't want your business there.

Had a perfect new car with a tire that had a hole. Took it in and when I left I had a broken ball joint. They screwed me.

The woman working the desk Michelle; had a snarky attitude and told me the tech refused to work on my car, if its late and you don't want to do the work say that.She made up a story of how my car is a hazard?? Got the car checked out and yet again there was no problem with my car, brought it back and she still refused to help.Wouldn't recommend this place, with all the money it seems they could've been making from this auto section i'm sure Discount Tire appreciates all the business!Services: Tires, Tire rotations

Brought in my truck to get a nail hole in the tire repaired . I marked the nail hole on the sidewalk and in between the tread with bright green paint pen. Tech came back and said my truck was ready to go but they couldn t find a hole. I responded with I saw the air bubbling out of it at the marked location prior to coming in. (First tech went to lunch and was not available). Second tech found the nail hole immediately. After waiting a hour and a half the counter gal said they couldn t dismount the tire and send me away with a nail hole still in the tire. Complete waste of time for poor service.Service: Tires

Showed up today for a new tire and Mike and Michelle in the automotive department were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Both of these employees rolled their eyes and shook their heads multiple times during our interaction with them. We came here in July and they had put a wrong size tire on my vehicle. Today, they refused to service my car because of the wrong size tire they had put on it before. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and will not be returning. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever been involved in. Pathetic.

Had immediate exceptional help finding a battery for my car. Gentleman retrieved it from a pallet shipment and put it in my trunk within 10 minutes.

Think they could of patched my tire but said it wasn't repairable. The screw was in the center of the tire and I have had this same exact experience before and it was a easy fix. They had multiple tires advertised but only said the most expensive tire was in stock of course. Stood at the counter waiting for 17 minutes before anyone came to help

Very unsatisfied customer service,took car in for 4 tires after 1/2 hour of waiting they informed me that they refused to do any service on the car due to it "lunging" forward when they tried to pull it in? After going out to the car to see what the problem was there was nothing different than any other car ,so went back in and told them it wasn't doing it now if it ever was and Michelle totally refused to do anything said the techs refuse to work on it said she had video of it lunging which she couldn't show me but seemed rude even before the whole thing,couldn't look up tires at computer for the vehicle? Just very unprofessional so got tires at a different competitor should have looked at the 2.8 star review first won't use or recommend them ever after this

Came up there at 3:00pm and the people working there didn't want to change my tires although they didn't have many cars they was working on in their garage. they claimed that it would take the 2 hours to be able to start working on my tires and then when I agreed to wait 2 hours they told me that they don't start doing work on tires after 5pm. I don't think that I will ever go to Walmart to get my tire changed ever again. I can't deal with lazy auto mechanics. I ended up taking my car up to a used tire shop and got my tires changed within 30 minutes. I'm done dealing with Walmart Auto Center

As much as I love the low prices for tires here I will probably not be returning my business, the amount of incompetency the employees have when it comes to non automatic transmission is astonishing. After handing my keys off all I heard was a terrible slip of my clutch the whole way to their bay, the cherry on top to my bad experience was the fact that I left my car with them parked in neutral with the handbrake up and I got in and slammed into the curb because they parked it in first gear.

Do not go there. My truck drove smooth before I got new tires put on from Wal-Mart. After they got done my truck has had a vibration every since. Went back 3 times and no change, going to Belle Tire tomorrow. Very disappointedService: TiresService: Tires

Excellent service. Blow out an hour from home just starting a 10 hour business trip. They had 2 matching tires the size we needed of medium quality & got us back on the road fairly quickly.

Very very rude employees, there's a young girl and an older gentleman that got mad when I pulled up during their smoke brake , like it's ok I can wait until they done its not a big of a deal , btw they close at 6 I came around 2 pm and they only had 1 car being worked on so there was plenty of time for them to do the job . If it wasn't for Kevin and Mason ( I believe they both leaders/managers) that came right away and helped me in the most professional way I would've left and never ever came back or referred any family/friends to this auto care . Thanks again Kevin and Mason for going above and beyond to save a repeating customer.Service: Tires

Stood at the desk for a half hour just to be acknowledged and told it would be 2 hours just to do an oil change even though there was no car in the oil change bay. They don t have dedicated employees for certain jobs. So if they have tires lined up, oil changes are waiting. Also the guy behind the counter didn t have accurate knowledge on oil while explaining it to a woman. He kept saying Mobile 1 synthetic blend and they don t have the full synthetic. This was ridiculous. With a little better management and a 60 minute class this could move way faster and more efficiently.

Do you like waiting a LONG LONG time to be helped?Do you like waiting a LONG LONG time to have your vehicle serviced?Do you like feeling like your a burden to the employees by simply shopping there?Do you like being lied to ( all we carry is Goodyear tires, then they put some off brand tire on without telling you)Do you like being helped by employees who obviously seemed annoyed with just being there?Do you like being told "we will call you when it's done" , only to never get a call and have to call back yourself only to learn "oh yea, ,it's been done" ?Do you like the worst customer service you could ever ask for?Do you like having to find the tire they mounted out in the shop yourself after you pay ?WELL! Step right up to the West Side Lansing Walmart Tire and Lube... Where you will waste your entire day getting a single tire mounted on a rim, and another 45 minutes in line just to PAY !!I will never use their tire and lube center. The service was so bad it will probably keep me from even going to this particular Walmart if that is acceptable by management. Obviously it is, because I see the other reviews .

I understand being busy, I stood at the counter waiting for service I never got helped. Worker that left on break as soon as I got the sees ppl in line she don't help, I leave the line to go back out the service door which locked the person on break who's standing by the desk calls another person to come clock a button behind the desk to let me out. The manager sees a line forming and closes his door. So one person that was changing tires in the actual garage comes in and tells another worker that if she has to do to tires on the next car then she won't be able to get to any more cars until 6. I've never seen so many people work in one area be so busy and still not getting anything accomplished

There is 1 person (a female) there that always gives me an issue or attitude (3+ times). On the phone this person is nice, tells me a price and how long the job should take. When I walk in totally different, ''I never said that'' "That wasn't me'' ''We can't do that" ect. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to this location! Everyone else there, tho the wait may be long. The job gets done.

Wait time is always 2 to 3 hours with no customers waiting! Also the paperwork stated my headlights were checked but nothing noted that the drivers front needed replaced and I informed them that it did but was told it was to difficult to do on my model of vehicle. Service is a joke!

The lady that is working the auto desk (Michelle, apparently has been there 20+ years??) every time we come here is SO RUDE! We literally always try to be so nice to her and the level of snark every time blows me away. Just look at all the reviews about her, it's clearly how she is with everyone. Ridiculous, she needs to go.

I would say this is very bad service Center.They really hate this job . They asked me to wait for 3 hours to install headlight of my car. I bought tires from walmart and they are unable to loose lugnuts of my tires whereas discount tires did it in 5 mins. Minimum time of this service center is 1 hour for anything . I think walmart pay very less to them.

Took my car in with a flat tire at 5:50pm on a Saturday their closing time is 7pm and the young lady at the desk said they did not allow her to take anymore cars after 6:15 (it was only 5:50) she said they had other cars (I only saw one car) that they had to work on and they did not have time. I dont understand, it was only a flat it, all I need is a patch not a new tire. Every time I come here there's some type of issue. Worst place for car service.

Omg so where to start this place is a dam joke. Was outta town managed to blow a tire at 2am 1.5 hrs away from home and of course we didnt have a spare ended up having to stay the night at a rest stop till an auto center opened. Drive out of the way to you guys b/c online it says u were open. You were not. We called and called no answer went inside to service desk where no one seemed to have any answers whatsoever. Ended up driving to the next city to have my tire fixed. Your hrs shld always be updated. Season, for holidays everyhing so another lerson dosent have to go thru this hellacious of a night

We were regularly going to Walmart for our oil changes, and they did our most recent oil change. When we went into walmart to have our oil changed this time they told us that the oil plug was stuck and denied our oil change. We had to go to three places just to get the plug out, and found out that it was because Walmart overtightened it during our last oil change, ripping the threads out of our oil pan. It's not worth the 5$ discount to go to walmart, learn from our mistake.

Called before I went and even that didn't help. It was a light bulb replacement in a 1990 firebird. You take out the screws for the headlight, switch out the bulb, then put the headlight back. He looked at it and said I had to take it to a full service garage. So, if you didn't know, this is Not a full service garage. And I had brought both the bulb and a headlight.

Very poor customer service at the oil change center. The manager was unconcerned and unprofessional in regards to the fact that I waited for over 35 minutes for service at the gate. I thought they were working on a car and once they were done they would open the gate and let me in. The workers were inside doing nothing but talking, no cars in the Bay Area. They even came outside and not one of them told me I had to go inside in order to get service. I contacted customer relations in which they will contact the store manager. Very disappointed with my visit, I decided to go to Shaheens on Monday.

They have a hard time answering the phone.i know they have people there cause i called 5 minutes prior and they answered call back with s question and never answered the phone called 4 times with no answer first time when they did answer i asked about tires.Guy said were not affiliated with walmart .com and we dont have them tires i would have to order from walmart.com and have them shipped to there store???????NO THANK YOU IDIOTS
