Walkers service is top drawer. Jim was so knowledgeable and helpful when we needed immediate repair on our rv traveling home from FL. We actually returned to Walkers to upgrade the suspension. Jim goes above and beyond what is expected. Thank you.

Our camper broke an axle on the highway and we randomly chose Walker to have it towed to. They were so helpful and knowledgeable as they assessed the damage. They went the extra mile to find a solution for us. They waited patiently while we worked out insurance issues. We were so thankful that they were there to help us during a difficult situation.

RV broke down on I-69 and M-127. Called around nobody would accept a tow in that could work on it immediately. Called Walker s about 15 mi away and Jim the manager said to bring it in and he would try to get to it. Arrived at shop after hours, stayed in coach overnight. Within 30 minutes after talking to Jim at 7 am the next day, Jake was assigned job and went to work.Fan, Fan clutch/housing, prop shaft and broken bracket had to be removed and replaced on rear engine diesel pusher. Tough job.After delays due to warranty authorization problems, parts were finally ordered around 4pm and requested on an overnight basis, arrived by noon the next day. By 3 pm the job was complete. After inspection, I was amazed at the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that was obvious.Everything was handled with integrity and very professionally. They even plugged our coach in and provided water hook up for second night stay.Jim, Jake and numerous others helped as needed to get job done on a timely basis and to make us feel welcome. Part costs were unreal but the labor cost was very reasonable and no doubt much less than most other shops.I highly recommend Walker s to anybody needing repairs. I will be a future customer!! Thanks guys.

Making a trip down from edmore MI on the way to NYC,and blew the headgasket on my truck. Towed it in, and the guys helped me out, didn't sell me one thing I didn't need.The staff is amazing and very helpful, I cannot say enough about the team here.The facility is amazing. Breaking down sucks but I could not have asked for a better situation.

Nothing bad at all to say about this place. Brought my RV in off 96 just at random after having an issue. Courteous and professional, handled everything and very patient with my travel schedule. Was t happy I needed to get something repaired unscheduled but super pleased with how they handled everything.Thanks Rick and Amber !

Chris who answers phone calls doesn't keep his word. We requested a service over the phone as a company and he agreed to take look at it but when driver arrived he forgot everything and said no one called and requested a service, and didn't check our truck.

Top notch. Talked to u along the way. MD Alignment is the only way to go. Don't like paying:), but I would like to do business with these folks.

Been getting my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia serviced by them for the past year and so far they have done an outstanding job, told me of things that look like I may have serviced in the future but never pushed to have it done now.had a radiator replaced 7 months ago and it's still going strong...... I have had my truck worked on twice since September. Compared to other shops, I have saved hundreds coming to Walker's. Their hourly rate is much cheaper than others around the Lansing area. Their office staff are very polite and the technicians are very helpful with explaining everything to me. I would recommend Walkers to anyone needing work done.

Volvo VNL 780Quick and efficient. Knowledgeable mechanics and friendly establishment combined with reasonable prices.Was my first time there and recommend 100% anyone to use their servicesBe patient if you a Volvo owner as no Volvo dealers around and will take some extra time for parts to be delivered. Nevertheless there is a Comfort Inn (cheaper rates than others around $101.85 taxes included for a 2 bed 1 bath room without booking in advance ) 10 min walk and they will offer to drive u thereThank you

Excellent service! I called 20 minutes out and they said that they would try to get someone out to look at the issue and they had a guy under my trailer in less than 5 minutes after I arrived. Found and replaced a bad air valve and had me back on the road in less than an hour and a half

Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff from the office to the work shop. Have all the right tools and connections to get your equipment back to making money!! These guys are excellent. Do NOT take your equipment to bucks or d&k unless you want to be down for a while and have time to bring it back in a week later for more repairs .save yourself the time and energy and take it to walkers in the first place!!

Don't trust their opinion!! They overcharge BIGTIME!!!! They lied about what was wrong with my truck just to get more money out of us. I took my truck to a different mechanic to find out the repairs they claimed I needed for over $2000 were completely unneeded. Also they quoted me over $1600 for a new radiator which at International Dealer is only $900!!!! I originally went for an oil change. They quoted me $85 per hour and stated it would take less than an hour. When I picked up my truck I was charged for 2.5 hours.... Unbelievable!!!

Talk about a great night of sleep after leaving here!!!Highly reccommend!!!I went from a check engine light to 11 diagnostic codes, to thinking i'm out of work for a week, then I went to Walkers!!! These guys were fast, honest, and quick!!! MY first choice next time a light comes on! Also got quoted for PMs, I think i'll be back sooner for that!!! Hmm, not sure if I'll be back. Went in for some lights on a box truck. Service was top notch/friendly. Parts were fairly cheap. They didn't do what ask them to (rewire the whole bottom side of the box). They replaced a few lights and fixed a connection, but charged me $206!!! I went to a TA shop in Laredo and had the rewiring done at about $260...SMDH....at least I'm legal, unfortunately at an insane premium...

These guys are the best of the best plenty of room to drop your trailer. The truck was in and out ready to roll I recommend this place to anyone. They are fast and professional awesome guys I'm glad I found this place would definitely bring my truck again to get some work done on it and the price is reasonable and affordable!!!!!

Great shop! Found the problem the other shop couldn t. Truck wouldn t build the air pressure. I was towed to the shop and got out 4 hours later with a fully functioning one. Very professional service, pleasure to work with!

We have our truck done there several times, and they did everything they supposed to they didn't add anything extra, they just did what needed to be done. They are honest people. I will recommend them to somebody I know.Thank you.

i had oil leak at axle seal, and i just call this guys and spoke with the manager, he s name is Jim, cool dude. They took me in and replace it my axle seal. Highly reccomended this shop.Thank you Jim!

Walker s misdiagnosed my truck and charged us almost $5000 to fix an oil pump that wasn t even broken! They refused to make it right! We took the truck to another local repair shop and they found the problem in less than an hour! Extremely incompetent! Don t take your trucks here! They are crooks!

I had a bad experience, advised they could help with a Volvo A / C issue,and you need Volvo software to perform work on " that I had to advise them of " and300.00 later A / C still does not work.Would not recommend.Glenn Edgett

Knowledgeable, quick service with MD Alingment's as driven laser alingment. Jimmy, my tech, was more than willing to answer questions, let me watch him work and explain what he was doing and what to expect.

Mechanics like to talk to each other a lot rather then work. They say mechanics are there till 7 pm on weekdays, but their not. They say they are open from 7am to 12 pm. On Saterday, but rarely do the mechanics actually show up.
