The guys down at Vehicle Accessories are fabulous! I tried a dozen places to fix a broken window on my topper, no one would touch it! I called Vehicle Accessories and Shawn didn't hesitate! I will take my truck to them for any future upgrades!!

I have a 2016 F-150. Truck was completely stock when I bought it. I had them put a 6in Zone lift on and it turned out great. They worked with me to make my wheel/tire combo fit. Had to do some metal shaving and plastic trimming. Wayne did a great job, I don't have any complaints. Shaggy really worked hard to get me great prices on anything I found. I have ordered everything for my truck through them. Great staff, everyone is friendly and treats you like a friend rather than a customer.

Don t go here !!! These idiots tried and I say tried to install a bds 3 1/2 inch lift.The price came I. Damn near double, they never contacted me to indicate it was going way over the quote. When they align a vehicle they take it to discount tire. In my case it could not be aligned as they were not able to install correctly, I took it to dealer to be aligned and 600 bucks later it was corrected and aligned ! Chubby dude behind the counter was evasive and not truthful STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS TOLD ME TIE ROD WAS BENT AS IT HAD BEEN SCRAPED AND TOOK SOME PAINT OFF, THE BEND IS FACTORY ON JEEP TJTHEY COULD NOT DO IT, THIS WAS THEIR EXCUSE !! IDIOTS !!!

I recently bought an F 350 and had Vehicle Accessories install a hard tonneau cover, mud flaps, and wheel well inserts on my vehicle. The work was done quick and with superb quality for a very fair price. I plan on using them for any and all of my future vehicle customizations.

Great business! The employees at Vehicle Accessories are very personable and know the material they deal with, and much more! I Live in the Grand Rapids area and was looking to lift my truck. I didn't want to go through the Chevrolet dealer and they wanted to charge me way too much just for a simple instal of a 7.5 Rough country suspension lift. I heard about Vehicle accessories through a friend and decided to give them a call and it was the smartest decision I ever made. They charged me 1/3 of the price the dealer wanted to instal the lift, as well as a discount on the entire purchase. As I mentioned before, they know the retail they sell explicitly! I am 18 years old and I was on a budget(about 7K) I knew I would be close to to that by the time everything was said and done. They pointed me in the direction of rims and tires that were very "cool" yet practical in price(even for 14 wide tires). When the lift was installed, and rims and tires mounted on the truck.. there was an issue with the tire sensors. Since I had 14 wide rims, can be difficult for the tire pressure sensors to read through the wide rims. The tires were installed by the tire dealer(just down the road.. they have a partnership with Vehicle Accessories)it was very difficult for them to calibrate them. At no charge to me, Vehicle Accessories took care of it and had them re-calibrated. By the time every thing was taken care of, I was headed home with a very sharp truck. Though the process of working with Vehicle Accessories, Shaggy, one of the managers there, has done very much to make my experience as smooth as possible. I got to meet the man behind the mask(the guy who installed the lift) Kyle, and he is a really cool guy! If I could give This Vehicle Accessories more stars, I would in a heartbeat! They stand behind their word and are more then people who are trying to make buck, they want you to be happy thought the process! I will definitely be back when I decide I want to make more upgrades to my beauty of a truck. Thank you Vehicle Accessories!

Nice guy I talked to but they wanted $2k in labor to install some automatic running boards. That s some outrageous labor cost. 6 hour job max for a pro? So what s that, over $300 an hour!? No thanks.

Had a 3inch suspension lift put on my wrangler on 9/15. Was driving on highway going 70mph with my wife in jeep and all of a sudden the steering wheel started shaking violently. I took it a local garage who works on jeeps and they told me that the wrong parts were installed to prevent this death wobble they call it. Now it's going to cost me more money to get it fixed. I dont have a money tree growing in my back yard. If you know that this is a known problem then why cant you suggest the proper parts to prent this from happening. Me and and my wife could have been hurt badly or even killed.

I recently visited Vehicle accessories to gather some information on a lift for my 2015 Silverado 1500. I worked with Shaggy and he was full of very helpful information. He helped me to choose the package to fit my needs at a very competitive price. Moreover I recognize the amazing customer service that they provide even post the sale and instillation. As someone that runs a business in the Lansing area I recognize that customer service is so important. Vehicle accessories definitely sets a high bar and would be hard to beat in that field!! I will be a customer for life!! thanks to everyone at Vehicle accessories for making me a very happy customer!! 2015 Silverado 1500 with a 6" BDS lift and Fox shock upgrades with some 20"rims and 35's!!

Best auto accessory store in town. Great customer service and prices. I've been using them for several years now purchasing automatic starters to the heavy duty seat covers, you can't go wrong here! Shaggy and his crew are awesome ... I'll be in real soon for another automatic starter for my mom's truck, looking forward to see you guys.

I have almost never left a review for a merchant, but received such outstanding service from Vehicle Accessories of Lansing Michigan that I had to leave a note to share my experience in this case.I needed a hitch installed, and the one I ordered from Amazon arrived damaged. They did everything in their power to assist me even though it was no fault of their own. The person helping me hustled to find a replacement hitch to address my unfortunate circumstance. As it turned out, they were able to get me a hitch, keep my appointment, and get me setup on the same day even though I couldn't use the hitch I was planning to have installed when I drove in for my appointment.The store was clean, and the whole team at Vehicle Accessories was amazing! I can't thank them enough. If I lived in another part of the state, I would drive in to have them service my car in the future. That's truly how good they are. Plain and simple, they charge a reasonable price, they do an awesome job, and they care!Thank you so much Vehicle Accessories!

I stopped in here because I had a bike rack that was rusted into the hitch. These guys are great. They were professional, and really quick. I'm very happy with the service. As soon as I get my bike rack reorder, I plan on coming here to get it by installed. Very clean inside, including the restrooms. Impressed!

GREAT STORE AND EMPLOYEES. Couldn t have asked for a better crew that works there and they do some great work. Did a 3 inch lift on my Jeep Wrangler at a great price and it s very professional done, it has no shake what so ever at any speed. If you have any aftermarket needs definitely choose vehicle accessories for any of your needs.

Worked with Shaggy to have a trailer hitch installed on my car. I shopped around town for the best price before going with Vehicle Accessories, eve though they were recommended to me by a friend who works in the car industry. Not only was Vehicle Accessories the best price I found, but they were also very quick (only took about 30 minutes to install and have me on my way), but the hitch looks great with wiring tucked up and tidy. Would definitely recommend these guys to a friend and will take my car back if I have anything else done!

I brought my truck in to have a lift installed. Upon drop off of my vehicle, I asked that they install the front struts on the 3rd clip for a little extra lift.Fast forward 2 weeks and the truck / suspension have settled and I notice the front has a noticeable rake. I checked the struts and they were left on the first clip. I brought the truck back to Vehicle Accessories and explained my case. I was told that the instructions say to leave it on the first clip and that it would speed up ware on the ball joints. I understood the risks, hence my asking for them to be installed in that manner.They told me they would make the change but that I'd have to pay for it but they'd not charge me for the alignment. It seems to me as a person who also works in customer service that one of two things happen.1 Do as I asked or 2 let me know you can't or won't do as I asked with some explanation .

Awesome place. They had the tonneau cover I wanted. Dom took good care of my truck and had the install done right away. Huge inventory of accessories in stock. Even though it was an hour drive, with that kind of service, I will be back soon. Thanks Dom and Team

I had fender flares and mudflaps installed on my 07 Hummer H3.With my particular vehicle and tire configuration "ready made" fender flares were not an option so I had husky liner mud grabbers and mudflaps installed.Alex, the installer did a great job. He went the extra mile to fabricate support brackets to eliminate the sag on the fender flares at the rear door seam.He did an outstanding job and I'll be happy to return for future accessory needs.

Bought the wife a Jeep as a surprise and Shaggy & the boys HOOKED IT UP! They put in extensive labor hours over a few days into aftermarket installs, and far MORE than bent over backwards to make sure I hit my surprise party deadline after a few hiccups with wrong size products that I ordered separately! I will definitely go here for future work. They ve more than earned my loyalty. Thank You Vehicle Accessories!

Had them install side steps I purchased on the web onto my Jeep Gladiator. Quoted $100 but bill was only $80!!! Took about an hour. Great service.

I worked with Shaggy and Bill and was very happy with their professionalism and customer service. I had Vehicle Accessories put a BDS lift on my new 2018 Dodge Ram with air suspension. There was some technical difficulties during the process, one created by my aftermarket 35s that I had put on two weeks before. Shaggy and Bill worked through all the issues, the tire issue included, in the most professional and customer centered way possible! I received constant updates on an action plan that was being done the right way. All areas of the inconvenience were addressed. Outstanding! True test of a business character is when things don t go as planned and how they respond. Vehicle Accessories service at the Lansing location is world class.

Shaggy consistently provides honesty and professionalism as well as the knowledge/expertise I expect from a specialty establishment. For example, he recently helped me troubleshoot a wind noise I was getting as a result of a bug shield I installed myself (purchased elsewhere - I won't do that again) and explained how the change in aerodynamics by introducing the bug shield caused the wind to lift a windshield seal and create a chatter against the windshield at highway speeds. He told me exactly how to fix it and his advice was spot on. I highly recommend this shop and have already done so to several friends and family. They've even helped my Granny deck out her Silverado and she couldn't be happier. I can't think of a higher compliment you can give than sending your Granny in on referral. BIG THANKS again to Shaggy and the team!

The sales clerks and installation tech were excellent. They installed a tonneau cover on my truck, running boards, and a mat for the bed. Very professional, reasonably priced, and fast installation. I highly recommend them.
