Super nice and helpful, checked everything and were honest about me not needing filter replacements. I always have a very good experience at any Valvoline which is why I've been going there for over 10 years. I will say that you sometimes have to wait a bit but it depends on the time of day and the day you go. Definitely reserve time to wait just in case. These people work very hard and probabaly rarely get a break so I don't mind waiting, I have never seen any laziness or anyone ever standing around, so great work everyone!

I'm not here to complain too much. I've had good service with a smile previous to this... It is pricey compared to the others that change oil. I will only come if there's a coupon available. Today I sat for close to 35 minutes. The car that showed up behind me was ushered in first because the crew estimated the time frame for rotating the tires on the car in front of me wrong. I had to leave disappointed because this was the time frame that I needed to get my oil changed. Will have to find another option for getting my oil changed. At least this time.

Friendly service. They do work hars to upsell but readily accept when you choose not to have the additional services.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I know they say oil change places try to sell you too much stuff, but when they showed me my air filter, it looked like it had never been changed, it was black! No other place I had been apparently looked at it. The staff was very friendly and I felt they only tried to sell me something I really needed. And the air filter was $24/25 dollars which was actually a good deal. Glad I went, thank you!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Not good. Waited here 45 minutes when there was one car ahead of me. Nobody ever came out to let us know there would be an extended weight. I didn't have time to wait anymore so I left.The guy next to me had been waiting for an hour and still was not in.Valvoline is usually my go-to for a quick and friendly oil change but I will not be coming back to this one. Very disappointed. I understand that staffing can be an issue but at least let your customers know so they can make the decision to stay or go.

I've gone to this service location for years. The staff is always friendly and seem pretty knowledgeable. Once your car's in the bay, service is pretty quick. I try to avoid times when there's more than a couple cars in line.You are generally going to get an up sale pitch for other services and most of them do fit with manufacturer recommendations. They're not overly aggressive with the pitch. They will certainly encourage you to have them done but if you say no, they don't push it. The recommendations will be listed on the service invoice.The cost for an oil change is pretty reasonable.

Fat Mexican chick always has an attitude. Couldn t even help me with a simple task like looking at my windshield wipers which is part of the all service experience. Especially for a store manager she should be going above and beyond for her customers and every single time I ve came in here she always has an attitude.

Had a coupon that they honored and they knew what they were talking about. Gave me a good price on new wipers because it was snowing out. Also updated me on what they saw was wrong or needed replacing. The lady that helped me out was great, actually everyone who serviced my car was great. Worth the price.

I love this place! Brandon, should be the manager. He is personable and knows everything about the car and about Valvoline instant oil change. He even helped attach my reflector light in the front. In and out, even though I had a thousand questions. Remember to sign up for email because you get discount coupons which they scan. I used the money got a 20% discount!

Great staff! Tania is the manager and along with Ben and Kenny they did a great job with everything. Even though they were busy, they took time to explain everything and make it a personal experience. All the staff was friendly! I needed a new battery, but my old one was hard to remove. Two people worked to move other things and get the battery swapped out. I also got an oil change. I always go to Valvoline because they do the overall inspection of the car and top off all fluids!

I specifically told them or asked them to fill up all my fluids antifreeze not full break fluid not full power steering fluid not full check battery said they did it was dead the next day do not go here I even tip smh

really nice and informative employees. work quickly and do a really good job. one of my tires was very low, left rear and the girl there filled them all up to the same level not just the one! then answered any questions we had. when i need my oil changed or anything else I d feel comfortable going here

Very fast service. Also great: half the workers are women. Excellent service. Got an oil change and air filter. Had $10 off coupon plus they put 1,000 points on my Speedway card. Highly recommend!

Did a poor job of taking my old battery out and putting a new one in, I was there for an hour and they put the wrong battery in which was over sized and tried to close my hood on the giant battery, then they had to take that battery back out and put the correct smaller one in.

You can call ahead to see how long the wait is. They do the work in front of you, while you wait in your car. The associate that I spoke with was a lady with fuchsia hair. She was absolutely amazing. She helped me understand what was going on with my Tahoe, but also helped the time to pass, chatting with me.

The service was excellent. Quick, efficient, and thorough. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.I was able to use an $11 off coupon on my synthetic blend oil change and they actually did a price match for my air filter. I have been going to the Waverly Valvoline for years. Even when there's a turn over in employees I have always received great service. Today I went to have the fluid levels checked, tires and lights. My oil is still good for another 1500 miles. Great service! Thanks guys!

Awsome, polite staff.They make recommendations without trying to push an up sale!!!!! You can listen to the crew converse thru each step. They have a video so you can see what is being done underneath.Before a long road trip I stop in for a free check up between oil change.

Excellent service received here. I had an oil leak following oil change from another Valvoline location. The manager at this location cleaned the oil that collected in the skid plate. He also offered to send employees to my home to clean up oil spill. Declined offer but did take oil clean absorbent offered. Oil changes here are done well and timely. Will be back.
