Best location in town. They are always super nice and quick to get your service done. One time I was having a small issue with my hood latch and two people worked together to fix it right there and didn't have an issue after. They treat you well and make good conversation. All around great location and management.

My service at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, was quick and efficient and performed by a friendly and knowledgable staff. A well appreciated service element was the Valvoline staff identifying and discussing "next visit" manufacture-required maintenance tasks. These are the reasons I utilize Valvoline Instant Oil Change.

my team was ethan, douglas and paris and they were phenomenal! in and out in under half an hour, very friendly while still professional. as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, i get nervous getting any kind of servicing done but these guys were great! will visit again

Got in quickly. Everything I asked them to do, they sure "seemed" to do (lol!). It was a clean Valvoline. Actually, I had 1st went to the one on Waverly by Home Depot...even though I was "next in line"...I sat there for over 20 minutes. I was truly glad that I left there bc on my home, the Amazon Prime van was still there...that means I would've still been sitting there. That's crazy!Anyway, everything went smoothly, the folks that worked there were helpful, considerate of my questions & did seem like their jobs were 2nd nature

Manager and staff were excellent and super friendly, and helped me get the best deal for my oil change! Excellent customer service, very efficient and super helpful! They didn t try to push me on anything I didn t want. 10/10 would recommend

I went with my Mercedes GLC 300 and was a little nervous as it needs European synthetic oil and might not be the regular cars they see. I was super impressed with the attention to detail and service that Nicole and Gavin gave me and my vehicle. Definitely will go back! Super refreshing to find a quick oil change place that feels this professional. Thank you!

I previously was a loyal customer to another oil change place in town. I made the switch due to poor customer service. This is my second time visiting this Valvoline. Nichole and Mark were great to work with. They seemed to genuinely be having fun, which made the experience enjoyable. The team was quick and efficient. The employees at this facility are amazing! I stopped for an oil change and after they checked my oil, they told me I didn't need an oil change for at least another 800 miles. Nevertheless, they checked all my fluids and put air in my tires. Honesty and service like this are rare today! When I need an oil change, this will be where I go!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Only place I'll bring my new suv in Lansing. I'll wait for the extra quality this location provides any day!! I don t know what happened to this place they used to be great. But when we came there to get the oil change in my car they had me pull into the first slot and then proceeded to ignore me. 3 cars went through the other bay before anyone talked to me. This includes them working with vehicles that were behind me inline.

The staff at this Valvoline really seem to enjoy their work and one another. I have always been impressed with their warmth and helpfulness. I am honestly always happier for having visited. Made the mistake of going to a different oil change place, as I had a coupon. It was night and day! I will certainly continue to return to this Valvoline!Service: Oil change

You should consider the your dealership if this place's prices are acceptable to you. I asked my daughter to get an oil change for the car she regularly drives, and she texted me some time later asking me how much an oil change should cost, and she told me that this location was charging $98.00 for a synthetic change. I suggested she ask them why the price was that high, and she said they told her because they check the other fluids, which was a laughable response since that has been included in oil changes since they existed. Plus you get the usual barrage of up-sells as if that is not enough. If this place thinks their prices are fair and competitive, I would suggest that they post them online. The dealer may not be the cheapest game in town, but they are at or below these prices. Plus they are knowledgeable about your car, you know what parts you are getting, they can check for recalls, do a REAL inspection (not just to up sell the stuff they have on hand) and they often wash your car as part of the deal. I just don't get how these places can stay in business when their primary goal is high margins and additional sales.

My husband could not stop talking about how awesome his experience was at Valvoline. They were thorough, fairly priced, knowledgeable and timely! The techs, Lorenzo, Avery and Spencer were so awesome. They showed my husband an air filter we didn't even know existed. Our car is a well maintained 2001 Toyota Avalon and this filter had NEVER been changed. It was the air intake under the car, like THE AIR WE BREATHE, and it was so gross, my hubby took a picture of to show me. Changed that baby out and the air/heat works so much better now. And I'm allergic to mold so I'm sure I was breathing it in from that filter. Wondered why I always got super stuffed up whenever the heat was on. Above and beyond. Never going anywhere else. Taking our other car there Saturday . Thank you!Service: Oil change

I certainly give this location rave reviews! I came in expecting the same ol' " get em in, & get em out " mentality. I have 2 say the service, professionalism and top tier performance was unexpected. Spencer the manager, greeted me in a very professional manner and was thorough and took the time 2 answer all of my questions. He runs a top notch operation here and went above & beyond 2 assure my satisfaction! You sir, have earned my repeat business as I now choose this location 2 be MY oil change & service centerThank you Spencer & Valvoline crew!!

Service was quick and Nichole did a great job. Would gave 5 stars but almost $180.00 to change trans fluid seems a bit like a cash grab. No way it needs to be that high at all. Luckily we found a 20% off coupon by having them email it. Seems a bit pricey there though. I'd definitely call around first and I'm sure you'll save money.

The gentlemen who handled my car were excelente and very personable. Little expensive because I usually do my oil by myself. About 75$ for my Kia spectre. But worth going to in the winter.

When I write reviews I am the most honest person when comes to these I can be very negative or positive depending on the service I received and to be honest this is by far one of the most reliable kind caring places u can take your vehicle to. I am a mechanic that does all my own repairs but with the summer months I have less and less time to do easy mantiance on my vehicles like oil changes these guys did my oil change checked every gasket underneith my car, tires, filters etc. Thwsw guys are hands down awesome all the way around and super knowledgable for a quick oil change place. If you want a place you can go to that you can rely on the service and have a great experience with the workers there.t hen this is hands down the place to be I'll never go to someone else again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Great customer service. The Saturday crew is awesome. I was in and out. Didn't try to pressure me for services I didn't need. Diagnosed my problem, very communicative. Witnessed and heard great team work skills. Thanks guys

Usually change my own oil but was taking a last minute high-mileage trip and visited this location before leaving town. Brought my own oil and filter and they accommodated me without any problems. The team had a bit of trouble reattaching the splash guard on my vehicle (completely understandable because it's a total pain for my make/model). Splash guard was damaged during my trip - management corrected the issue by approving a reimbursement for the full price of a replacement within 24 hours of reporting the problem. Great crew and management at this location, highly recommended.
