I will just say really bad service. Definitely not a quick service, not complete attention on the customers or the service providing the vehicles. Sorry but very disappointed on the service us customers were receiving.

Friendly workers. I love Valvoline Instant Oil Change. They didn't just give me an oil change. They checked the levels of all fluids. They put a tester on the battery. They checked the air filter. They checked tire pressures. I told the worker I had received an email advising me that I should have my transmission oil changed. He told me they could do it for me, too. So I had them do my oil change, new oil filter, new air filter, and new transmission oil. All within less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, and my vehicle was as happy as I.

Super respectful and helpful employees! They are always friendly and work very efficiently so this is my go-to spot for my oil change/maintenance. It helps they have a 10% military discount too :) Shout out to Tori and Quatavius!

Very slow service. Only two workers, yet three bays were open, and my oil change took almost 40 minutes. The first worker I got was not friendly at all, and destroyed my air filter when he took it out to inspect it. He sent the manager over after that, who replaced the filter free of charge. They are quite expensive normally, but they also have 50% off coupons available online.

Dropped the oil cap under the engine. I've been here for 40 minutes while four people try to locate it. Zach and Cody are the comedy duo knocking their heads together, gazing down beneath my hood. I doubt I'll ever get to leave. But if I do, I'll never come back. UPDATE: I've been here more than TWO HOURS now. They finally gave up and sent a guy to a store (apparently one that is VERY far away) to buy a new one... acting all the while like they're doing me some big favorNO apology and haven't heard anything about a refund. Not even a coupon.

Always get good service here. There's a little bit of an upsell but it's never high pressure and always just recommendations. Good folks.

They were very efficient friendly and knowledgeable! I had an issue with my skid plate and they were able to assist me with getting it back on. I highly recommend this oil change center!

I've been going here for years, and stopped in to get oil changed. All 3 bays were full so I sat there watching a few people actually working. Nobody was in pit changing oil. I asked the girl what was up? And of course I get the same excuse that nobody wants to work. I say, just pay them a better wage and maybe they'll show. Well of course after almost 30 minutes of WAITING, I left. I will not frequent this place again. That goes for my wife's car also. I will give the one on the North side my business.

Charged me $275 to change oil and front and rear differential fluids. They snapped 2 of the bolts off for my skid plate using an impact driver and left it hanging with the bolts seized in there so I can't replace them until I can get them out. Rather than offering to fix it they offered to zip tie it. Extremely unsatisfied would not recommend at all!

Hubbs stopped for a quick oil change (right after he grumbled that there was no such thing as a quick oil change anymore. He's old and remembers when there was a 10-minute oil change!)Anyway, we waited about 10 minutes for a bay to open up, which wasn't bad, imo.The lead tech was very engaging and friendly and was a real pleasure to deal with. I don't remember his name, but it stated with q. He was training another guy and was a very patient teacher. They were thorough with the entire process.He gave hubbs a discount on the oil change and within a half hour, we were back on the road.

Best service I have ever received, I usually take my SUV's to dealership, quick oil or walmart, this location had a team that was super professional, well coordinated, fast, focused and friendly.Loved the concept!They should place a tip jar in each lane.Will have my family use this shop from know own! Thank you guys keep up the team work it matters!

They did not check tire pressure and adjust them as they said they did. Receipt states 35# per tire and my dash display show 31-33#. Makes you wonder if they do everything else they say they are doing. They definitely work hard at selling additional services while not completing the services you are paying for with a oil change!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service location. They know what they're talking about and are very helpful. They will try to up-sell you to get more services for your vehicle, which are probably worthwhile but not necessarily essential. They weren't super pushy about it, which was nice, but they aren't cheap. Overall their services are worth it, but their expertise comes with a cost. It's a fair cost, and reasonably priced, but it can be a little expensive.

Save you time and go somewhere else. After waiting in line 30 minutes, told I need to be moved around to do customers in order. Which I get. But if you have 2 workers, don t have 3 bays open. And if you do and know you cannot serve me next, when I pull into bay 3 tell me so I can get in line behind the appropriate car/bay.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I visited here this morning to get an oil change for my work vehicle. The line was empty but all 3 bays were full, so I remained back to go to the next available bay door. (I was in line for less than a minute) While waiting, an impatient and ill-mannered person pulled directly in front of me. A gentleman who worked there (I believe he was the manager) saw this and approached their vehicle to tell them I arrived first, and directed me towards the bay that would be done first. He informed me he had a trainee and I may experience a slightly longer service time. I am very appreciative of his actions. He saw someone do something wrong and did something about it. Professionally. I also planned on "voicing my opinion" and may not have handled it as well as he did. Service was 5/5. Thanks for proving there are still good people in this world.

I've come here for years and really appreciate the quick oil change. But the last couple of time it feels like a shake down. They constantly try to upsell wipers, tire rotation, other fluid changes...it's getting annoying.

I love this branch! They are so friendly. And honestly the best thing is that they employ so many females!!! Its amazing. I have used these guys for years and usually they are good. Last time I went in they tried to sell me a power-steering fluid change for $100s of dollars AND a transmission fluid change for $100s of dollars. But my car (Ford Escape) doesn't use power steering fluid and the manual recommends changing transmission fluid at 150,000 (im at 40k). Not happy with these guys lying to me.FOLLOW UP: you see below they ask for my info. They are pretending to care. Got an oil change and my power steering went out the next day. I don t know what all they did underneath my vehicle, but I won t be back to this very slow location!!!! I think they added the wrong fluid or messed up my hoses. My steering wheel doesn t turn !

Trust this place with my car all the time. They keep me informed of my car even if not recommending service. Literally had to ask if they could do a service today instead of wait so no pressure to have something done. Discounts and politeness galore. Kept me informed the entire time of what was happening.
