I pulled in 20 minutes before they closed and I could see the gentleman was tired. After convincing him how bad I needed my tire changed, he agreed to do it and he took care of 2 other customers who pulled in after me. I truly appreciate this young man!!Price was perfect plus I didn t have to drive all the way to Holt for a used tire!

Excellent service! This is how used tire buying should be. Called ahead to confirm they had my size. They confirmed and told me to come down. As soon as I pulled in they started working on my tire. A total of 10minutes and I was out of there. 10/10

I contacted them asking for a scrap tire to cut up and use in university research. Was amazed at how nice and helpful they were, giving me a tire free of charge and even going out of their way to help me choose tire treads while answering some questions about tire properties. They know their stuff!

I got two used tires here to hold until I change some lower ball joints. Price was fair at $55 each, including install. Tires were 245/60 R18. I saw the tires before they did any work and they were solid tires with good tread.Install took about an hour total (waiting+install).Tires, that I know, didn t get balanced but were perfect when I hit the road.4 stars because the shop waiting area was pretty dirty and cramped. Also their parking lot is so small, cars were all trying to get in and out and it was a mess.This business (while I was there) had tons of people coming in....there is quite the potential to grow...they just need to figure out how to do so with so little space.The employees were great. Although they lacked professionally, they were straight forward, no nonsense guys who will take care of you, but will not kiss your @ss or put up with any non sense.

I was told they had tires. When I went their sat their for few hours they didn't have it. I also was told they would order me some new tires. The owner was on his way back. Never should up. Very unprofessional. Very displeased with the experience. I also was told I would get a call back. Which never happened.

Only tire place I've ever been too that couldn't get a tire off. Went up and used my impact on the tire and it came right off

I live in Clinton county, called and spoke with a guy on the phone(with an accent) and asked for a pair of 215/60/17. He said the size back to me and said it shows we 2, let me just double check. He checked and said I have them right here $90 mounted/balanced. I said ok I'll be out there just shortly. When I got there one guy comes in and asks what I'm looking for. About that time the other guy walks in (with an accent) and his coworker tells him why I'm there (with a smile/smirk. The other guy smiles/smirks back at him and says we dont have any that size. Huh?He says I said(on the phone) we only have 215/60/17 also with a smirk. I walked out and will not return. So this guy thinks I cant hear the difference between fifty and sixty on the phone??? As well as he NEVER once said we DO NOT HAVE YOUR SIZE. Absolute piss-poor business practices.

Worked with me as an out of towner & got me on the road fixing some serious issues quickly at a more than fair price. These smaller tire shops get a bad name, but this is the place to trust

I stopped to get a used Tire the guy said I have a set of two then he ask how many do you need I sed one he sed just a minute I will ask the Boss so he steps around the corner and starts cooking himself food the he walks by an he I will ask my boss so I I standing there all you can here is 3 or 4 guys out in the shop just laughing so hard but did the guy or boss come out to tell me something No Not at all so I left I fegrd thay dont want to cell used tires and yes it is pretty dumpy I was not going to touch nothing.It's not a place I would take my automobiles to have worked on and you cud not tell how working at this hmmm. So I won't be going back again .

Called got a quote for a used tire. Stopped by check in. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road with basically an new tire.

Went on a Saturday around 3pm. They took bad tire off and put used tire on. Was there a total of about 10 mins and only cost $30.

Fair price was a little slow getting it done today but they were slammed with customers and they close at 5 but were still helping customers when I left at 5:15 I'm going back for sure

Stopped it took about a half hour before I was helped. And after being helped was told they didn't have the same size tire. Had 1 guy help me then tell me the other guy would help and just left. Then it got busy and still only 1 person there to help everyone.

I walk past this place 3-4 times a week. I have never been inside. Just from the way they maintain their property, I would not buy anything or get service there.

These guys are so awesome they will help you and they also take their time to give you explanations of anything that you misunderstand prices are a little high and I really wish they'd pay more attention to that but the customer service is way awesome

Guy originally was going to charge me $50 tire for 2 tires I asked about 4 and the price went up to $55 a tire I later bought tires for 60 piece brand new
