Bought a used truck from a local dealer and it had a stone chip. These guys came out to my work and handled the stone chip in the parking lot. Absolute dream of a company to work with and the communication with their tech was great. I'd definitely recommend using these guys for your automotive glass needs.

First the receptionist was very helpful and polite. Their price was super good with no hidden costs like others do. Very on prompt coming to the house and fixed the windshield and cleaned up better then when they showed up

Ford flex limited to replace the rear passenger window they quoted me over 800.00 dollars and took forever to get a quote so not professional and I believe she didn't know what she was doing anyway it's a NOway for me but good luck to anyone else.

Overall I had a great experience with swift! They repaired a chip in my window and it looks so much better than when I first chipped it, the employee who repaired the chip was kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. My experience was with windshield replacement, and the quality of service was excellent. There was damage to my automobile s frame assembly onto which the glass is mounted that required a secondary repair (welding work). Swift handled the entire project very professionally with excellent service and follow up. The customer care person who scheduled the replacement was very responsive and provided a time window on installation day which was very accurate. Cory, the installer who arrived to address the issue with my windshield, was very knowledgeable and a true problem solver. The owner even engaged me in the process to ensure the job was completed properly and to my satisfaction. Our car was being repaired at a dealership in Lansing on Pennsylvania when the windshield was cracked. Dealership was paying for repair of windshield and said they use Swift Windshield Repair. After having two bad experiences with this dealership, I didn't want to bring my car back and was hesitant on using Swift. I asked if they would come to my house and they did. I read their reviews and they were great. When Hunter, at Swift, came out and set the windshield up to check it, he noticed a chip in the edge. He phoned his boss and explained to me that he wouldn't put the windshield on and would be getting a replacement. I was called right away to reschedule. Corey came with the new replacement a few days later and did a great job installing it. Both Hunter and Corey were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most important to me, honest. I highly recommend Swift Windshield Repair.

Swift Windshield Repair lived up to its name. Corey was quick and friendly when replacing my car's passenger window. Swift Windshield also had the best price in Lansing. Also vacuuming up the broken glass in my car as part of the service. Trustworthy and honest company. We are very pleased with the repair to our motorhome windshield. The crack was stopped and we did not have to replace the glass, which would have been much more expensive.
