Very good experience with installation. I needed the front windows tinted since I didn't do it nine years ago. They matched the tint very well. I SUPER appreciated the tape on my window buttons. Small detail, but it saved me more than once in the two days after install since they should not be used. Parked my car in the sun right after so here's hoping I never need to use the lifetime warranty. Happy customer.Notes: double the timing estimate they give you, no public bathroom, and they wanted cash.

I took my car in to have the windows tinted, and i met with Carlos. He did an excellent job of explaining the different options, demonstrating how much they could be seen through and telling me when the car would be ready. When a complication arose during the install, Carlos stopped and asked me how i wanted to proceed, which i really appreciated. His prices were fair and the car looks beautiful!

This is a preliminary review. I came to pick up my car, I live backcountry now so it was rough. It wasn t quite ready and not what they wanted to present so they asked to keep my vehicle. I am super impressed with their attention to customer service and pride in their product I can t wait to continue the review!!

Amazing quality tints and attention to detail! I've had cars previously tinted by other shops in the past and they didn't do nearly as good of a job cutting the tint so seamlessly.This is my second car taken exclusively to Spot-les. Lifetime warranty and reasonable pricing. Might I add, one of the few tint shops that are transparent with their prices upfront on their site. Don't be a puss and get the 5%

I ve been to Spot-Les a couple of times. Once had the wife s car detailed and the other to get my car ceramic coated. The detail job was excellent, looked better than new. Only gripe is the wax they used on it looked nice but wore off very fast. Even so, the best detail in the area and a very competitive price. The ceramic coating was relatively pricey, and they need the vehicle all weekend to apply it, but once it s done it s like having a high quality wax on your car year round. It can still get stone chips, but dirt and bugs wash off it super easy and it looks phenomenal! Need to bring it back every 6 months for reapplication ($60 or so) but they do such a good job cleaning it and the coating has lasted perfectly for over a year now. You can do ceramic coating at home, but the good stuff isn t cheap, it is pretty labor intensive, and you really want someone who knows what they re doing to apply it. Spot-Les knows what they re doing. This is a wonderful business and yes, Les is a real person and a good guy. I hope this place is in business a long time, maintaining this high level of excellence. They did a fabulous job on our car! We have used Spot-Les for detail work several times and always been happy with the professional attitude and attention to detail. We had them put a ceramic coat on our car and they did an awesome job.

Had a great experience, everyone at Spot-Les is super friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my '90 Ford Probe in to have the windows tinted and it turned out great! The main guy who handles the tint (can't remember his name) really knows his stuff and takes it seriously. I plan on bringing my other car in for tint in the future.

I really wish I would have taken a before picture of the inside of my 2007 Buick Terraza before Spot-Les Auto Detailing employees performed their detail work.The way they returned my van to me was Fantastic . It was so clean it looked & smelled as if I just bought a new 2020 vehicle. Very reasonable price & quality work. Thank you Spot-Les Auto Detailing for a "New"- Used vehicle!

I thought my windshield was done for! Scratched it with a window scrapper and went to Spot-Les and they saved me hundreds!!!! Les was the sweetest and so very helpful - I d give 10 stars if I could- his energy and willingness to help me without charge - amazing!!!!

These guys did an amazing job on my truck! They got all the swirl marks and scratches out. Nice tint job too. Super friendly and courteous. They were just as excited as I was about how great it turned out. Real pride in their work!

I took my husband's new car into Spot-Les to get the windows tinted and discuss having a ceramic coating done. Discussion turned into "let's do it" since the hubby was out of town and wouldn't need the car for the week. Carlos did a sweet job on the tint, but the ceramic coating....well, the photos don't do it justice. Les and Dan knocked it out of the park! I can honestly say that I don't think I would have left his car at any other shop and felt comfortable with someone else applying the Puris Jade Quartz. Les is particular (obsessive? ) and made sure there wasn't a single imperfection in the paint before he and Dan spent hours laying down the ceramic. Spot-Les has previously tinted windows and detailed a few of our cars and they are top notch. If you're wondering where to get your windows tinted, your car detailed, or a ceramic coating, Spot-Les should be your choice!

Kinda pushes the service on you with little details. I first got quoted for 9 windows @275 then all of a sudden they didnt include front windshield and so I came expecting to pay a little less but they kept that price and didn't give me a receipt

They did a great job tinting my Chevy Volt and Ford Fusion Hybrid- still holding up well after about five years. Did a full detail on my mom's Toyota Avalon Hybrid for Mother's Day, looked brand new! They do a very nice and efficient job. Thanks!!Update 3/2024: Have now had three additional vehicles detailed and one tinted. Still very happy with their work!

Just picked up my Audi A6 after a full detailing inside and out, and couldn't be happier with the results. The interior and engine bay look show room new. The guy that did the work give me a full walk around the car and showed me everything he did. You could tell he was proud of the work he does. So nice to find a company that wants to do good work anymore. I had my interior detailed about a month ago. Picked it up same day and it looked brand new! I was amazed at how clean (& already dry) it was! I recommended them to a few people.Since I was so happy with the outcome, we took my daughters (new to her) used car in for the same service. I am disgusted.After having the car from 9a-4p all of her seats were still sopping wet. Her pants were soaked after driving 2 miles home. So we put a towel in each front seat to be able to drive to Kroger. By the time we got home, the towels are soaked with dark brown liquid from the seats. Now 30+ hours later, the seats are STILL wet.Not sure if it was just a fluke, a new guy or what but I'm beyond disappointed.Service: Seat shampooing

Took my Wrangler in for a full interior and exterior detail. They did a phenomenal job. My Jeep looked like it did the day I bought it off of the car lot. I bought a used SUV that had been abused by drive thru car washes. Spot-Les did some major paint correction and a one year ceramic coating. It looks so much better! I shopped around and their pricing was about the best in Lansing and I trusted their experience!
