I used to go here every time for my money orders but today when I went there was a lady working there she was very rude she don t know how to talk with somebody And there are two other girls working there they are very nice (bad experience today

I would give this place a 5 star review beside the new manager she is terrible doesn t know how to smile nor give good customer service it seems like she always has an issue or she is jus racist

Beware of the creamer for your coffee. It seems to be spoiled more often than not. I've called this location several times to let them know their creamer is spoiled, sometimes selling milk well past the expiration date.... apparently they don't care because it keeps happening. Otherwise it's an okay speedway.

Just rude service all the time, they mess up food orders and act like it s the customer fault, never greet anyone that walks in. The food service leader Lorenzo is rude and unprofessional I don t recommend going to this store the other locations are way more professional and courteous

Some of the best gas prices in the area. Pumps work well and usually able to get a receipt. Able to get my discount by loading my Rewards card number. Easy in and out. I do not go inside very often for drinks or food.

I love the DEF at the pump, so much easier than buying 7 gallon size jugs and filling it up 1 at a time. It's also cheaper.

Convenient, some of the staff could be a little friendlier. For the most part everyone that works for Speedway are great. A great deal of people who go in are good! The staff do the best they can while other customers expect to much and complain or yell at the staff trying to belittle them while they in turn are an embarrassment to themselves and others. Just keep doing your best Speedway staff, your doing an awesome job. Make yourself feel good about everything you do in one day. Don't let the bad customers get under your skin. You are awesome

Cafe fryer Is always down, today It was being cleaned at 5 o clock In the evening. Like really? People are getting off work and you decide to clean the fryers at the worst possible time? Roller grill was empty other than a few things that looked like they had been cremated and the fountain pops are always weak and have no taste. Had no chicken sandwiches or burgers in the warmer.

Speedway is a one stop shop. I like the variety of snacks they have available, from croissant sandwiches, fresh donuts, and cherry slushees (my personal favorite), they even have fresh fruit. I can always find something that hits the spot. Not to mention they always give me winning scratch offs and I love that! Their coffee is pretty good, too and they have every flavor of creamer under the sun. Speedway s my favorite convenient store for sure!

I stopped in today for a coffee and a snack this morning before work. I was greeted immediately and it smelled really good inside. The store was very clean. Also everything was easy to find. I came and got breakfast and gas. I was in and out in 10 min. This is a really good store. I seriously recommend it

Location: Jolly & Dunckel. Larger convenience store. With hot sandwich service. Small dining area. Usually clean restrooms. Good beverage and snack selection. Good gas pump access for large or long vehicles.

Andrea was rude and refusing service. I came in exactly at 1:50a and she refused to sell me alcohol. She is the only night shift employee who has ever done that to me in my five years visiting this store... I guess she makes her own rules.

Like speedway gas station been going there for you most people are very pleasant and out gas station bathrooms are not always the cleanest but I use my speedway gas card on my speedway rewards card and receive six times off per gun found out recently you can use your Kroger rewards card and still get three cents off or two not sure per gallon so when I can't find one use the other and usually have to argue about the Kroger's card have them run it anyways and still receive my three cents off

We were on our way into Lansing and needed gas. We stopped into Speedway and got gas. It was cheaper than some gas stations we went by and since we needed gas we got it. The gas station was busy but we got right up to a pump. It is easy to get in and out since there is a light at the intersection. You can even go in and get food and drinks, and more.

What is going on with this location?! No cold creamer, no pink sweetener, they're out of Columbian coffee, they have lots of hot dogs on their grill, but no buns, and they're soda machine is out of order! I don't know if it's inept management or lazy employees, but this place is going downhill.

I really love how Speedway takes customer rewards literally! Get a Speedy rewards card in your wallet! You are truly appreciated for being a loyal customer. Everything you buy has a point value attached. You get points for buying the stuff you would have at any other gas station, but for a great benefit. You can end up being able to buy a free gas card in a short amount of time. Love free food? The 7th is always free at Speedway with many of the everyday favorites. Plus, you can use all the points that u collect to buy free gas, food, gift cards and more. Speedway just made itself even greater by adding the Speedy Cafe. You can get so many guilty pleasures at super reasonable prices. The food is made fresh when you order and it's better than I expected. The $5 large one topping is actually my go-to for pizza night over our family's former go-to Little Caesars. They also have great subs. Their menu continues to improve and the service is exceptional at this location. The workers really do what they can to make your order right. I highly recommend those who think gas station food is some how taboo to check it out. If this sounded like an advertisement at some point, sorry. I love it that much.

Had no change to give with my cash. My order was $7.19 I gave the cash registered clerk $10 dollars. She gave me back $2. I asked where is my other 81 cents? She replied we are on a change shortage I'm sorry. I told her she could put back my items and get me back my $10 bill.

This location is a poorly maintained mess. Never fill the gloves or towels in the truck filling area. Always cat litter/fuel mud getting all over your shoes and truck floor. When busy the line inside is stupid. Layout forces the line to block the door and then snake into a barely used dining area that is full of boxes supplies. I will always hate speedway for jacking prices when ever they get the chance.

Payed for my breakfast and couldn't even eat it because they couldn't make it in time. Waited twenty minutes.. had a shift to make, didn't even have time to get my money back. Dissatisfied and upset this business consistently doesn't meet their own standards and still calls it 'fine' because they make money

Barb is a great manager, seems nice and funny. I love how this place was remodeled. The cafe has a lot of great food and drinks, and it's nice to have an E85 station here. Problem is, it is a pain in the butt to navigate through the station, and also to get E85. The pump is almost always taken by people getting gasoline on both sides.

To bad when Quick Trip comes to Lansing there going to put Speedway out of business! QT is Amazing there coffee is just GREAT!! YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN FANCY COFFEE! THERE. THEY HAVE MUFFINS HOMEMADE!!! HURRY QT AND GET HERE!!!!! OH THEY TREAT THERE EMPLOYERS WITH RESPECT AND PAY STARTS OUT AT $13.00 HR.

This morning (9-12) I went in about 9am was standing by the cafe and watched a worker drop a hot sandwich on the ground. She then picked it up and sat it next to the warmer. She then finished putting the rest of the sandwiches in the warmer. To my surprise she then picked the sandwich up off the stand and put it in for someone to buy. My thought is if it hit the ground and you set it off to the side why put it in there? What people don't know don't hurt them? Unprofessional if you ask me that sandwich should have been put in the trash. Made me not even want to get any sandwiches. People have to remember everyone is watching needless to say I don't think I'll be going back for food. Hope she atleast gets talked to of course after watching the cameras and seeing for them self's how it was handled. Just my opinion.

My favorite Speedway. I love the soft pretzels. Service is usually very nice & hospitable. Sometimes there is a line at the registers, but you are not in it long.

As far as Speedways go, this is a great one. Several pumps, including truck stop diesel stations and parking. The Speedy Cafe has great food relative to other gas station food options. There is a "beer cave" if that is something you look for in a gas station. Fairly clean restrooms for a high traffic location like this. Decent staff with the only ongoing issue being the normal turnover of employees you see in a place like this, which means there is a good chance someone is still training or very new and not proficient in the operations yet. All around this is a great location and I would recommend driving here off the highway rather than falling for the Marathon gas price *with car wash* that is always displayed at the top of their sign. Plus, they have an awesome rewards program.

Wow, super good pizza with made to order toppings and ready fast... like you could order it, go fill up your tank and its ready as soon as you are. It tasted delicious!!

I bought a gas gift card for my grandson for Christmas. And the Speedway gas price on East Jolly Rd is $1.79. With the 3 cents off I got it for $1.76 a gallon. Pretty sweet!
