I gave them a two stars because Mike was very helpful.I came in at 12:45 PM to get two new tires and an alignment. I told them I had an appointment at 3 o clock. I had to be out of there at 2:30, It is now 2:30 in the afternoon, and I asked Mike where is my car? I have an appointment at 3 o clock and I need to go. Mike goes back check on my car and the tires were just now taken off. I told Mike to put the tires back on. I told you I had a 3 o clock and I have to get too it. He apologized and he was upset because it was not done in the timeframe, He said it would be done. I told him, I have an appointment and probably won t be done until five. He said, will you please come back and we will get your tires on. I come back about 530 and I m there until seven in the evening. So I have to come back two times in one day for them to put on two tires and alignment. It cost me over $700.Where is the money for my time? Where is the money for my inconvenience? I will never take my car back here again.I do not blame this on Mike, I blame this on they take walk-ins and make the walk-ins more important than the people that have the appointments.

Had a 3:30 appointment - were not taking any more appointments for waiting so dropped off shortly after 2 and it was done by 3:30. Awesome!

They're always fast and polite. I have gotten mixed into before that has ended up costing me more (on service packages) and recently the need for brakes (confusing info), prices are reasonable.

Friendly and courteous staff. On time service and reasonably priced. The waiting lounge is clean with all the amenities you could possibly want and tidy restrooms.

Brought my new highlander in for its first oil change, tech was very friendly and personable. Asked me if I was happy with my purchase and if I was hanging any issues with any features. Arrived at 10:30 for apt and was out by 11:10! Even included a car wash which I didn t not expect! We will back for every maintenance need!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Trusted professionals taking care of my car. I never feel they're trying to sell me unnecessary services. They're professional yet always make me feel like family. Cody, the service manager, has been my go to car guy for years. Very kniwledgeable and great at explaining auto stuff. Today my service rep was Alissa who handled things efficiently & pleasantly. I can't imagine trusting my vehicle to anyone else. They keep my 2012 Camry running like it was the day I bought it.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

When I called to make the appointment the person on the phone was quite short and a little rude. I find spartan Toyota s service department tend to be rude on the phone and just hang up on you. All of that has consistently happened to me in the past making me feel like they don t have time for me. Although Micheal made up for is with his outstanding customer service when I showed up for my appointment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Feb 21st 2024: Just stay away. Look between the lines and find a company with better business practices that treat their customers like they matter. Spend your money wisely!First review: I like Toyota and everyone is very friendly and helpful. BUT. I have noticed when i take my car in for its oil change. I think they tend to skip certain steps on the inspection. I noticed one time my windshield washer wasn't filled. So the next time I went back knowing it was tedering the line where the light will come on depending on the level. Just to see if they'd skip this again. And sure enough I got my car back and the light was going between the low line where the light would come on at times. Another time they told me I needed a new cabin air filter and engine filter. So before my next oil change I went and bought brand new ones. Put them in on Saturday. My oil change was on Monday. They told me my filters were nearing their end and that on my next oil change, I'd need new ones. I will probably not be coming back here for my oil changes after my deal on my Toyota as I prefer the place where I can see everything being done to my car. Also when people lie to my face to make a buck. Doesn't make me want to give you my business. But I do love the cookies in the lobby!Edit: Dec 2022 No more cookies in the lobby. Bring your wallet for the vending machines if you want snacks. They also removed the children's toy room. So for womenwith children small inconveniences that they use to cater to.

All staff were very polite and helpful! I had tires rotated and ordered a new side mirror. The mirror came in within just two days and an appointment was scheduled. I always receive wonderful service at the Spartan Toyota service center. They make it convenient, and always have my car ready when promised. Mike is great at providing updates and staying in communication. Rear wiper blade motor and related parts replacement took 4 service appointments but it appears it may be operational. Supply chain was one issue with parts not coming at once or never ordered. I m also concerned about the cost of parts. It is difficult to maintain any car with original Toyota parts which may not be original at all but just outsourced parts of lower quality but with the high cost. This is also another reason our car insurance is so high. Overall Spartan Toyota is good place to to take your car for service and I will continue to do that as I have been taking my cars there for over 30 years.

I called at 12:00 today for a service appointment. Spartan service had an opening at 1:00. By 2:00 they d completed an oil change, tire rotation, and tire tread and brake wear inspection. They are always friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find out that even though I had an appointment at 7:30am, the technicians don t start work until 8:00am. So that defeats the purpose of getting in early to get the service done and getting to work on time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very professional and friendly! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I was provided a checklist with no other concerns to my vehicle. When Spartan Toyota Service Center called to inform me my car could be picked up, I didn't think that I would have to wait 35 minutes after arriving to actually recieve my car. If it's not ready, please don't tell me to come pick it up. Otherwise, fine.

Made an appointment for 10:15a, showed up at 10:10a, told it'll be an hour and 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later my vehicle was still waiting to go in. Fortunately I said something or would likely have been there all day. No communication on their part, just bs excuses. Your service is great and the people are friendly, but it absolutely should not take nearly 2 hours to perform a simple oil change, particularly when I had an appointment.

Excellent Service! If you have appointments they get you done in less then 45 mins and I don t have any complaints so far since past 3 years they are my go to guys for services and also for car parts which i never found around Lansing.

Absolutely horrid since Tom left. Drop off with a 7:00 appointment time for an oil change and to check my blind spot monitor. Told them I'd pick it up at 10:00. No problem, except that they hadn't even started it. Apparently, they put drop-offs to the back of the line, no matter what. The owner told me its standard practice, and he's never had a complaint like this. His manager son blamed it on me for signing the order to get the work done, that had noon pickup automatically, even though I had first appointment and requested 10:00.

Such BS they took advantage of my parents because they dont speak or understand English very well and i was busy and couldn't go with them.So they replace 1 wiper blade for $55 parts $40 labor $15+ tax.... and 1 headlight bulb for another $90 parts 1 blub for $40 labor $45 +tax... mine you that's not including there supply cost for hand soap and shop rags.The main issue was the front driver side CV Axle witch I'm not complaining about.***** BE WARN OF THE UPSALE AT THIS BUSINESS *****
