Been waiting an hour and the business doesn t even open til 9:30 luckily business owner showed up early and cleared it up ! Please change your hours to match the business you are sending people to!

The installation took 5 hours instead of 3. The reason that we were told was to many resets or recalibration were scheduled at the same time. Technical difficulties with the machine also.
