I purchased four brand new tires 6 months ago with a one year warranty and Smart Auto will not honor my purchase. I am USAF retired veteran with disabilities and top of the line insurance. Called AAA to change my tire so I can get it replaced and they go into they denial game. Receipts in hand and still no honor in this company. Go to Belle tire at least they value the warranty and stand on their work. Don't waste your time dealing with this hood company.

I wish I could rate 0 Start. It took my car to this wield dealer and they promised me that they gonna check my car and tell me what s going on with my car and then they will fix the issue. But they didn t call me and they hold my car for 3 Weeks without any information. And then I went there to ask, they told me they are already ordered the part and it will be delivered shortly. So I waited for another week. So when I went back there again they gave me the key and say we can t fix your car but we found somewhere that they can fix for free. It was wasting my time. Because they knew that they can t fix my car so why they hold my car for one month??? So when I called towing ti see if they can tow my car they told me that *HEY YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR CAR JUST LIKE THAT WE NEED YOU TO PAY US FOR KEEPING YOUR CAR HERE* so I paid them $85 but this it wasn t fair to me. So I can recommend if your car has any issue please don t think to take your car to this place.Horrible place, Lazy people.

Hard to get a hold of of on the phone, but is a small shop with only one or two guys working. Said they had the tires for my car and just to swing by. They did have them and installed them right away, even checked the alignment but weren't pushy with any services. Much better tired than what I drove in with.

I went here originally for new tires they did such a great job with good prices on my tires that I decided to inquire if they fixed other things was told yes ,brought my vehicle in to have it fixed and it was fixed with a broken junkyard part I was told that they were ordering another part , two months later I still have not received a phone call about the part or a callback from the owner! I ve called multiple times, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Shame on them!!

READ.....Wife had a flat tire on her car at work, took the tire off and found a nail/spike in it. I left the car on the jack so I could get it fixed and put back on. Called 10 different shops and they were all backed up anywhere from 3 hrs. to a week. Then I called this shop, and they said to bring it in we'll get it fixed right up. Kid took it in the back "fixed it" brought it out and through it in my trunk. No patch just a plug. But when I took the tire out of the trunk at wife's work to put back on her car there was something in the tire. Instead of pulling the nail out it's now inside of the wheel. Now another appointment to get it fixed correctly.

Had some work done on a van I just bought which had rusted bolts that wouldn't budge on the leaf spring shackles. I do mechanics on my own vehicles and didn't have the compressor and air hammer needed to do the job so searched very mildly and found these guys which I passed everyday to and from work. I thought they only did tires. So stopped in on my way to work and talked to Zozak about my problem. He told me to bring it in to look at it. After agreeing to a price (VERY reasonable for the type of work) 1 day later got my van back and checked the work. He did a very good job. One thing to note, during the conversation about the work going into it, I mentioned maybe needing to cut and he was very much against it. He mention respecting his customers vehicles and avoiding it at all cost which I very much respected. If you need some honest work done at a REASONABLE price, go see Zozak. I will definitely be back.

I found the tires I needed online and called to make an appointment for tires 3 days before I needed them put on. I was told they don t make appointments and to just come in. Upon arrival a young man looked at my tires and said they didn t have them there but I could come back the following day. Except, I needed to travel the following day.The website does not state anything about tires not being at the facility. So, if you can t make an appointment to get tires and they don t have tires at the facility you re out of luck.Great price on the needed tires but the disorganization is frustrating enough that I won t use them.

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from... but every time I ve called they ve answered. I just had 2 tires replaced for the low... and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend.!

Employee said they didnt have the tools to get the damaged lugz off my rim i had to go somewhere else. I did get help with testing my alternator.

Horrible and lazy I have watched the staff turn away business if they have a hour left to work you might as well not waste your time going because they will make an excuse why a hour is not enough time to get a tire
