I called and made an appointment to get my INTERIOR ONLY cleaned. The girl said it will be $100. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they tried charging me $159. Not to mention they left the windshield and the rear window smudged and streaked. There was still dog hair on my rear seats. They didn t pay much attention to detail, that s for sure. I won t be coming back, it s definitely not worth it!

Usually it's great but this time I got the worst car wash ever. And nobody was there except for six guys wiping down cars. But it's kind of an exception cuz usually everything is good. Except when they detail they always forget my flipper window.

After 20+ years of taking my cars to Showroom Shine, I have lost confidence in them. I recently had to take my car through the car wash 3 times to get it clean.The 2nd & 3rd times were AFTER I showed the owner the problem with the 1st wash. Very disappointing!Although this was not a detailing job, it is not a good indicator of ownership & management's commitment to attention to detail.Again, very disappointing! I have several nice sports cars and vintage cars have preferred the hand car wash. But that only works if the cars are actually clean when you are done.On that last visit, my wife's car looked like it had been washed by a Jr. High girls charity car wash.

The work just done on my wife's car was comically poor in quality. We paid $50 dollars for their "Executive" Package, and we received only a fraction of the services they claimed to provide. I don't think they even opened up the trunk (see the first picture this was after they "cleaned" the interior). The one thing they did appear to do was the floor mats, but even then this left much to be desired (see the second picture). They did not appear to do any of the vinyl work they said they would online, as every surface of the interior that wasn't the floor mats were left completely ignored (see the third). All around, these factors (paired with lackluster customer service) made for a truly dismal (and expensive) car cleaning experience.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This car wash left paint chips in multiple spots on my car. When I called the owner he immediately started screaming at me on the phone saying his car wash could never have damaged my car and that it was my fault. These paint chips were definitely not on my car before the wash. Wish I could give this place 0 zero stars due to a terrible quality wash and even worse customer service!Service: Car waxing

Very disappointed in the service I've received. Came through a few times after getting the Star Club membership and have been disappointed every time. Only a few examples of my truck after the "Executive" package wash... Time to cancel.

Very poor job done. The amount of detailing was not worth the cost. Secondly, whatever chemical they used ruined my dashboard, and cleaned off most of the paint/ink. Sadly the owner tried to convince me that their detailing brought out already existing problems...as though I am stupid. How is washed off paint that happened after detailing a pre-existing problem?. As if that's not enough, he tried to convince me that my use of the steering wheel is the reason why the ink on my indicators got wiped off. How do those 2 even relate?!! A fairly new car that has varely been driven? Not even a "sorry about that". Definitely my last time going there! What a waste!

Wasn't pleased with the job they did showroom shine is what they're called well the only thing that was shining when I left was my car the detailing was awful to me I don't know anybody that was sell a car from a showroom that looks like this. I have more if you would like to see this is just a little bit of it

My husband recommended this place for me to get my car washed and cleaned inside and out. It was the worst service ever. So many details were left undone and unattended to. When we lifted up the first floor mat, the second mat that was under the first mat still had dirt and footprints on it. Then while lifting the second mat there was dirt and trash where the seat and floor meet. There was popcorn under the drivers side seat, there was paper under the passenger side seat. The door jams were not wiped down they were still dirty, the dashboard was still dirty. We had to wipe down all the doors and console area. It was just a poor poor job. There was no quality of work taken into consideration, just an attitude of lets hurry up and get this car done.. I am very disappointed and have had my first and last car wash service at this location.SincerelyVery disappointed Vehicle Owner!!!

Just took my car there a few minutes ago, paid for the executive package, thought it was gonna be thorough cause I was kinda of skeptical how fast they did it, not thorough at all! My trunk is still as dirty as it was before it went in, bugs still on my bumper, if i knew what a less than mediocre job they would do I would have Rather spend my money somewhere else that will do the job right. If you want a quick LAZY clean go here. If you want it thorough detailed for what I paid for go else where! This place is a rip off!

Showroom Shine is absolutely the best place in the Lansing area. The owner himself takes pride in working on your vehicle. He goes above and beyond to accommodate your detail appointment and working around your schedule. He cares deeply about giving you the best experience ever. Honestly it s one of the only touch-less car wash places that I was able to find. He puts so much attention to details. You will be so happy you went there. I've gone here for the last 2 years to get just a quick wash and interior wipe. Prices are good and the work they do is good too. However I wanted to my car detailed and it was by far the best detailing I've ever received. I have a large white dog and there was dog hair in every piece of trim and other areas you wouldn't expect. They cleaned and vacuumed and looks like a brand new car again. I highly recommend taking your car here.

Do not go here. My detailing service was quoted one way then when I went to pick up another (I keep a very clean car) They also damaged my mirror (paint chipping off it) and left shine spots all on my seats - terrible just terrible. I have never had such a bad detailing experience and the owner was not helpful in dealing with it at all!

Been disappointed the last couple times coming in hoping maybe the first one was just bad luck but this was my last try. Paid $40 for a wash, tire shine, and vac with an interior wipe down. I ended up having to clean my wheels as soon as I got home myself as the rims were dripping with tire shine, had to wipe up spray spots from a lot of the interior, and had to vac the seats still. Floor mats were not even put back into the clips just kinda tossed in. Asked for no brushes on the exterior and had to run back out to drop someone scrubbing their way down the car. Used to be a great spot but maybe too many kids working here now or something. Better places out there for a quick wash at a decent price.

I used to visit Showroom Shine several years ago for all my wash and detailing needs because I was so impressed by the value and service. I recently needed my exterior and interior cleaned, so was looking forward to returning. I'm not really sure what I paid for exactly to be honest. I asked for the executive package but received a lackluster vacuum job and 2/4 tires shined. They missed the entire back half of my 3 row vehicle and I don't think they even touched any of the vinyl surfaces of the interior. The windows were left streaky and still had spots of dust and dirt. They did a fine job on the mats but that's about it. This place used to be the best but I'm sad to say I'll have to go elsewhere in the future.

Just picked my car up after paying $150 for them to detail my car. They did vacuum at the very least, and I can tell they wiped my center display. However, the quality of the service is disappointing for having spent that much. I had it detailed since the previous owner let a smell accumulate in the car- I was hoping a good shampooing would take care if that. They sprayed something on my dash, but since they didn t wipe it properly, my appliances look greasy and patchy. They ran my car through the wash but didn t wipe the windows so there s soap stains on 3 windows. I got a scent thing to hang in my car since the smell was still lingering. Coulda saved myself 145 bucks at least doing the rest of it myself smh. Don t go here for detailing unless you have nonexistent standards or enjoy wasting your money.Service: Auto detailing

As far as available it was easy to get in. I had visited this place a few times in the mid 2000's and was happy with their service. After taking my vehicle back there. The service has dropped. My pilers weren't wiped down, the rubber from the cup holders wasn't removed and wiped down. The gear shifter was only half wiped down. It's unfortunate.

Fine for a plain car wash, but don't bother paying extra for their quick detail. The kids they have working wouldn't have done half the things they claim the service includes unless I had specifically asked them to. They were going to have me drive off without vacuuming the backseat + trunk. They also didn't wipe down windows or the dashboard, but I let it go because I wasn't trying to be a Karen.

Took my care for the executive wash and clean mats were not pulled up and cleaned there were leaves and Dirt in all the corners wheels not cleaned well poor outside wash and dry. This is second poor experience with them. They wd not refund when i called very poor customer service

They did a great job on our cars. The prices were fair, staff was nice, and our cars were ready a few hours after drop off. FYI, Sometimes they do close earlier than posted on their doors and I wish they had a night drop off option. Other than that, no complaints from us!

Showroom Shine from my experience is one of the worst car washes in the area. As a new customer, I had high hopes for the car wash when I pulled into the location. However, this car wash failed with flying colors. I paid $25.00 for a platinum wash. Any reasonable person would believe with the price they would receive the best results. Unfortunately, I feel ripped off and believe my car would look better had I ran it through an automatic car wash. When I received my car, it had dust in the inside in areas that should have been wiped if the employees cared about their jobs, respected the company, and respected me as a paying customer. The body and rims of my car were still dirty. I thought maybe it was hard for the employees to remove the dirt so I took my finger and ran it along the dirt spots. The dirt came off so easily, so why didn't the people I paid to clean my car feel the need to do what I paid them to do. By far a waste of my valuable time and money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am highly disappointed in Showroom Shine.

I ve been here about 4 times now and honestly I ve been disappointed every time. Unless your getting a detail your car will not be be cleaned properly. I always get the platinum package and today they didn t vacuum my floors or seats. As you can see the outside of my car is still VERY dirty on the rear view mirrors and the front and back. The need stronger soap or something because I have a brand new car and there is no reason my car looks like this after getting the best package. I also have had my car detailed here and that s the only time I felt like my car was actually decently cleaned.

Aka b L. Negative doesn't even deserve a star at all but had to so I could entail my encounter of damage caused and they won't fix damage caused by their equipment be careful people if if you care about your property don't get it washed at this place. My2018 dodge journey has a huge(size of the managers head) paint stripped off. I have him the manager on video stating that he knows it was caused by the car wash yet absololutely nothing was done it's embarrassing and outrageous that they did this and get away with it and even more that I actually paid for it. I will show pictures soon....

Great detailing service! I dropped my car off in the morning for a complete detail and they had it done well before noon. The car is spotless and every inch inside and out was attended to, despite my car being very very dirty. They did better than I expected and are really worth the money. They even found an unused gift card and left it in my center console. Couldn't recommend this shop enough, will go here again for more services.

I used to love coming here. The same crew was always here and knew how I liked my truck done. I never had to wipe my vehicle down after leaving. Star Club is a $25 wash and extra time should be spent making sure it's done right.I've had to take items out before they started. Today I took everything out and turned off the radio. Surprise surprise...I get in and the air-conditioning is blasting and my radio is on a rap station. Unbelievable!!I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
