Just went to get oil topped off and low tire checked. Fixed a leaky valve and I was home in a jiffy. No charge. Great service from Zachary and his team.

Quick and friendly service.They take appointments so you don't have to wait.They include it, tire rotation and a free car wash with an oil change.They will also price match for tires.

Shaheen did a good job with my oil change. Abs at the end gave me a flower, which was nice. Also, they help me navigate through Buick so I can see my points and use them.

It was all right because we lease our and you get your first oil change free. But I did have to wait a while when I had an appointment at 5:00.

Mr. Reggie at the carwash, he just don't know how he made my hour. My Melvin passed away two years ago. I was having a moment of grief, Mr Reggie kindness made me laugh and smile. I think he needs a shout of praise and a raise. Sincerely, Mrs Anderson

Always very helpful and courteous. Got my daughters car in for low pressure warning. Replaced valve stem at no cost. One reason I buy from them.

On 11/30/22 I had winter tires put on my car. Made a 3pm appointment and arrived at 2:52, with one car waiting in front of me. At 3:45 myself and the car in front of me pulled in. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to begin work on my tires. Work completed at 5pm. Two hours later. What is the value of having an appointment if it isn t honored? Given the amount of backed up customers, there was no sense of urgency, purpose, or customer service when there was clearly a need. I know Ralph and he doesn t like people standing between him and his money so I m not sure if this was just a one-off day for this center or if this is business as usual. The dealership sales/service is OUTSTANDING so I m not sure where the disconnect is happening. I won t be returning, but hope others have a better experience than I did (and it seems like most will, given the majority of other positive reviews).Service: Tires

They got me in super fast...but I thought that they were supposed to clean the windshield and vacuum the car and neither of those happened ...they do give you a free car wash though and so really I have nothing bad to say about them...100% I will go to them everytime

Had a flat tire this morning. Limped my car into the quick lube and tire center at Shaheen. Upon inspection they discovered a nail in my tire. They patched it up for me and had me back on the road in about 35 minutes. Very good job!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I went to their website on Wednesday and asked to get a quote on some new tires for my truck, they told me someone would be getting a hold of me and nobody ever did. I went in for a oil change on Saturday and they asked me what I needed so I told them I needed a oil change and would like to talk to someone about new tire prices. They did my oil change just fine but never did talk to me about tires even though on report they listed tire my need some attention soon. I figured I shouldn't have to ask a 3rd time about it so I left. Long story short you missed out on a tire sale because I stopped at Belle tire and they were happy to sell me new tires. Seems like your customer service is going down hill .Service: Oil change

Everyone is always professional, and courteous. Never have to wait long, and they always let me know if something needs attention with my car. I appreciate them sweeping the front floor mats too!! You guys are all awesome!!

No masks, during a major pandemic, refused to top off coolant, cited some law about a trained tech. I call B.S. and research brought up no law. I will go elsewhere next time! Did not see them inspect anything, or add any fluids.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Paid for an oil change and inspection. Only got an oil change. The only thing they inspected were my tires. Even though the "inspection report " says they inspected 27 points of my vehicle. Clearly it was not inspected properly. Seems like they only will inspect something IF they can make money off you. I ended up speaking with Tom from the the main building and he "refunded" my money while I was getting a serious attitude from him about the service the oil lube center gives its customers. Overall not happy. I took my truck to them because I was told they take care of their customers. Will It be going back.

Recently brought in my Trax for another oil change, and my fianc�'s diesel Cruze. Caleb and Garrett made it a breeze scheduling both vehicles at the same time so we could get both oil changes done and out of the way. Ther service guys are always phenomenal, checking everything, telling me what they are checking and how everything looks. Very thorough. Shaheen just all around is a great dealership and service center to work with.

Top notch hard working staff. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently my oil change and tire rotation was and the Carnation put a smile on my face! Mr. Shaheen...give these folks a raise!
