Had some minor body shop repairs done, The ladies in the body shop were extremely nice very helpful. They got my car done two days earlier than they told me it would be done and when my car got picked up, they also cleaned it so nicely inside and out.!! And I didn t even have to ask. Thank you so much. Made my day!

The team had repair my bumper on the passenger side and it was some scratches on it too. A lady hit me in the parking lot while I was sitting in my car. I just wanna say that this is my first time going to Shaheen Collision Center and everything turned out great!! The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond and helping me from one step to the next step. They did an excellent job of explaining how claims work. This is the first time my insurance was not paying for anything and so this was all new to me. Well anyways all the staff were very helpful!! My baby Sparkle looked brand new when I got her back lol. I had a wonderful experience with Shaheen. Everyone was so personable and extremely helpful. Even the general manager was kind enough to drive me to Enterprise to get my loaner. I took my new car in for deer damage, right from the start Rebecca was very easy to work with. She thought most likely, because it was a towed vehicle and would be worked into their schedule, that it would probably be a month. She kept me updated and my car was actually ready just under 3 weeks. The car looks great. All the ladies in the Collision Center were awesome.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall quality of the repairs to my truck were good. We were rear ended at a light by a distracted driver. It took nearly four weeks from drop-off to final assembly. I understand there may have been incorrect parts sent from the manufacturer. I ve never had a vehicle repaired like this, so I don t have a reference on the time it took, just seemed long.

They are always very helpful. They did not have a very common part for my 6L chevy. It would take a week or more to get the part. Shaheen wanted over $150 for a part that I purchased elsewhere 15 minutes later for 1/3rd the price.I like Shaheen, they just weren't up to the task this time. I'm glad they didn't have the needed part. It saved me $105.00

Great experience! This place has the biggest parts inventory in Michigan. My vehicle was repaired in great time. Not having to wait on parts for my truck, because they had everything on hand. Great service! Great workmanship. They are my #1

Insurance company approved for me to take my truck here to get my truck repaired, clean and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Shaheen body shop to everyone for everything you need done to your vehicle. Including buying a great used or even a brand new vehicle. Since I received my truck I can't lock my topper

I wouldn t go anywhere else they are great people! They provided me a rental until my car was fixed or totaled. I went to them twice for the same car! Second time it was totaled!!! When it was time to bring the rental back they drove me home! So glad I didn t have to worry about being stuck there until I could get a ride! I would recommend these guys all day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They gave me & wife the run around holding on to our truck taking to long to finish simple things, and we still have to go to another place to have the recall work done. Because another Shaheen business want let the one it's at already at do the work

Jessica was very rude and condescending over the phone wouldn t recommend going here, there are plenty other body shops with staff who are happy to help out the customer and Jessica certainly isn t one of them

I was involved in an accident few weeks back was hit on my driver side I have to say these guys did an amazing job on my car you could never even tell it was in an accident they match the paint to my car to the exact color match... suspension was replace with all brand new GM parts... I would highly recommend this place to have work done... The guys up there are very helpful and friendly they don't treat you like a customer they treat you like family thanks guys!

If your work is not covered by insurance don't go here. They will not do the work. After 25 years of using them off and on they don't want my money. So take yours elsewhere.

You have to call to get a parts person of who I was disconnected more than twice. And you can't even go in to talk to someone to get the proper part you need. Whereas you can go to restaurants and wear a mask and then eat without it on, but you can't go get an auto part. I don't get it.

They took 4 weeks to fix my car. Just to hand it back to me all screwed up. Avoid them if you can.
