Call me crazy, I flew on a plane from Massachusetts to this dealership to look at a car. They had a 2010 mustang gt for sale that caught my wife s eye. Keith the salesman was nice enough to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership.The level of professionalism in this place was top notch! I liked the hospitality and welcoming they offered, while I was trying to make this purchase as fast as possible since I had a 13 hour ride home!Buying a used car can sometimes be a gamble especially on a 14 year old car. Being a car guy and owning mustangs over 20 years, I knew this was a car that was well taken care of. I made it home with no problems. At this moment the car sits in the garage receiving a few mods while we wait for spring. Could it have problems in the future? Anything is possible it s a 14 year old car with no warranty! But we knew that when we bought it.I feel this dealership has a reputation to keep and at these difficult times would take all necessary precautions to ensure a customer is going to be happy. They have my respect and would get my business if I was closer and interested in purchasing a vehicle. I know not every sale is perfect, things happen, but that s something you can t control. Sometimes you need to take a chance, regardless to what this review or any others wrote.Thanks guys for making this a pleasant experience!!!

Today I made the switch over to Shaheen! I worked with Tyler Howe, and he made the whole overall experience amazing! He took the time to communicate with me and made sure he did everything he could to make my new vehicle fit my price range! Between Tyler and Brent, I felt like this dealership really took the initiative to put our needs first before them making a profit! It was nice to come into a dealership where you feel totally comfortable not only with the salesman but the whole atmosphere!! For that alone I will be a returning customer, and refer everyone I know to Shaheen!!! Highly satisfied with my whole experience!!!

Devan went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new car. He communicated with us every step of the way and he genuinely took care of us. We also thought Sierra, in the financial department, was the sweetest person and very helpful. The whole experience was easy, quick, and enjoyable. We highly recommend Shaheen's.

Bought a 2021 chevy blazer. I love the vehicle! Bryson Mitchell was a great salesman. He was friendly, helpful, followed up with all my issues and did a great job. They put brand new tires on the used vehicle as part of the deal. I would recommend and I will be back.

We were looking to upgrade our vehicle after a decade and had purchased a car from Shaheen over 20 years ago before moving out of state. Well, we are back in Michigan and there was only one place to go for a great car buying experience Shaheen. Devan Reed was helpful, patient and showed us trucks in our price range both used and new. I would recommend this dealership and Devan to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck.

An energetic salesperson greeted me when I entered the store. He was pleasant and seemed sincerely interested in my needs. We sat down to review what stock was on hand, but nothing met my exact needs. He wasted no time going online to find an acceptable vehicle for me. We agreed on the price for my trade in and made the deal. I was grateful not to have to spend time in negotiations and have to go to the manager's office to have further discussion. My salesperson was good to add a recently added discount to my purchase (I was not aware of that discount.)...nice work! All in all, it was a good experience, and I will probably visit that store again. Thank you.

Went in for an oil change on our perfectly good truck and left with a new truck...that's how AWESOME this dealership is. Our salesman, Rich, was more then helpful and spent a lot of time with us without even a sigh on a very busy Saturday. The manager, Tad, literally jumped through hoops to get us the perfect truck at the lowest price and spent a lot of time on us as well which is not usual at a dealership in my experience. Ryan in finance was more than helpful and worked out awesome deals for us on protection services for our new truck. I buy A LOT of vehicles and this by far was the best experience. I also love the fact that literally everything is available in one area; sales, service, oil change, and even car wash!!

We went in with a difficult ask of buying 2 new vehicles and trading in 1. We wanted to make this happen in a budget and Troy made sure it would! Our wonderful sales friend Matt showed us exactly what we were looking for and gave us the time to chat about things. Then we met with Mr Faber to sign papers and get the job done. He was so friendly and honest. We had a great team the whole time and my husband and I left with new vehicles were in love with!

Just bought my first vehicle from Shaheen and was overall a great experience! Roger worked with me while doing my own pre-purchase inspection and finding a couple things wrong with the (used) both him and Mike took care of the issues without hesitations!

Our first time buying a vehicle from any dealer was here. They basically sold us a lemon. 3 months in it had coolant and engine overheating and oil leaks. 3 out of 4 tires all had patches in them and 1 tire had 3 patches in that one. I was trying to see if they would negotiate the buying price even just 5$ lower and I was rudely told if he took 5$ off he would be out of business. Proceeded to buy it anyway. Vehicle ended up getting in a wreck. We even had gap insurance for it but Shaheen or gap insurance wasn't paying their due of any of it. It went out for over a year and some how we still owe on gap insurance to this day because their end isn't pushing through or whatever it needs to be done. I do not recommend buying here.

We worked with Devan and from the very beginning to the end he was very hands on, respectful and really went above and beyond to find the best vehicle for not just myself but my family. The entire staff went out of there way to give my daughter snacks and help if they could. My daughter is very shy but by the time we left she was very open and liking Devan! We will continue to work with him going forward for all our family needs!

Never thought I'd say this but this has been the absolute best dealership experience ever. Period. Truly, this is the way of the future as far as dealerships are concerned, IMHO. Emily was so attentive, prompt, called me right away, and also patient, she knew exactly when to be. A real professional in the way salespeople should be, like she had it down to a science, or it just came naturally to her, either way I am fortunate to have worked with her. Got me a phenomenal deal on a brand new 2024 Equinox that is a beautiful color, and with so many features. Didn't have to play any games, as she came to the table with a great deal and even Chris the manager fast-tracked everything. There were no gimmicks, no frills. And they went above and beyond to make this happen for me. From the time we started talking I was driving home in my brand new Chevy THAT DAY. In spite of the short turnaround time, and working with me to get the deal done, so I would be able to get to work the next day and not rely on...alternative transportation (not proud to say). I didn't even have to step foot in the showroom, and distance be damned, as I lived an hour away but Emily and the crew moved heaven and earth to get the car to me in spite of the lateness in the day. This was really special for me as it was my first ever lease (and first new car as well) and they understood that and made it feel that way for me from beginning to end. Don't think twice, just go here to get your awesome deal. They work super hard for you. Let your money do the talking. This is the kind of business we should be supporting to reward exceptional customer service and ethical / professional business practices. I'll be coming back after this lease is up. See you in about 3 years Emily!

Gage was so helpful & went above & beyond to help us get our brakes & wipers fixed on our Suburban we bought from Shaheen in 2015. I had a wonderful experience with Richie! I was a first-time buyer, and he answered all my questions, helped me with my documents, was very patient with me, was extremely accommodating, and delivered the vehicle. Really above and beyond!I understand why my friends recommended Shaheen. The customer service was fantastic, and the office had a good atmosphere (friendliness and care from the moment I got to the door and through the process). They worked to find me the best rate, were very straightforward about options and alternatives, and more. Car was also very clean and ran well.Highly recommend and very excited to have my first car (Subaru club)!

Shaheen was one of the best experiences iv ever had buying a car. I looked at almost 20 cars around the state and just couldn t quite find what I wanted, most of the salesman were dry and didn t know much about there stock. When I got to Shaheen I was approached by Jordan Schmaltz, he was polite and knowledgeable on the vehicles. I told him what I was looking for and he got right to it, took his time and asked all the right questions. He exceeded my expectations and got me into the car I was looking for.
