Nick Parks was one of the best interactions I ve ever had with a salesperson! I called him after looking at their website for a car on a Saturday afternoon 30 min prior to them closing. He continued to work with me for an hour after they closed!! Our conversation picked right back up on Monday morning once they opened and he was able to get answers for me. Nick never talked down to me like the salesman 5 miles from my house did! He respected me and not once made me feel incompetent because I was a female. My husband came home and I told him I bought a car and how kind Nick was. He was also impressed by what I told him about Nick! I d recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! Communication was great. Delivering the car to my home 70 miles from the dealership was awesome as well. Grant came and showed me how to use the technology and connected my phone for me. When I had questions after he left. He set up a time to go over everything with me again. He took another hour and never made me feel dumb! This place was WONDERFUL to work with! If I could give 7 stars I would!!

Matt is a professional with great character. He exceeded our expectations helping us purchase a Lexus IS 350 F Sport. Matt is a wonderful asset to the Lexus team and we hope to work with him again in the future! Megan exceeded our expectations with Financing. She was professional and had our best interest in mind while incorporating any potential benefits into our financing. Nick was great to work with from start to finish! Very responsive and considerate of my time. I didn't expect to drive an hour away from where I live to lease my new GX 460 as I have a Lexus dealership in my town where I have leased my previous three Lexus vehicles. I also don't tend to shop around but the declining customer service at my existing Lexus dealership prompted me to do so. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everyone on the Serra team greeted me and treated me. They even put a bow on top of the car and stayed late on a Saturday to finish all of the paperwork so I could drive away with my new car on the same day! They made my trip more than worth it! If you are interested in acquiring a new vehicle I hope you will consider them because I like to see businesses thrive that demonstrate genuine care and concern for their customers overall experience.

I turned in my lease today to Serra Lexus Lansing.As always, particularly since Serra took over this business, I was treated as a prized guest; just like I had bought their most expensive vehicle.Because of some of life s turns, I wasn t able to purchase/lease another Lexus, but I was still treated as a valued customer.Several people help me today and I d like to mention each one:Alex, who I had the appointment with;Rich the manager, who helped me with the paperwork;Megan, who took my license plate off for me, and she remembered my story that I told her over a month ago; andTrevor, who gave me a ride home in a Lexus 300 NX!If you need a Lexus, and you want great customer service, I highly recommend Serra Lexus Lansing!!!

Bought my new ES350 from here. Matt Stephens knew everything about the car and financing and made all the little details crystal clear to me and my girlfriend. Brian and Rich the managers were great too. Everything was concise and quick and everyone was transparent and I didn t feel pressured at all. Highly Recommend.

I had a great experience with Ron Dodd at Serra Lexus. He was very accommodating to my schedule and made the process of test driving and purchasing a vehicle very easy. I often find purchasing vehicles to be high pressure and difficult situations to navigate but that was not the case with Ron!

I just purchased a 2024 RX 350 Premium and could not be happier. Our Sales Advisor, Ron Dodd was amazing. Ron was able to secure the exact vehicle we were hoping for and executed a very smooth buying process. Nick Parks is a fantastic to work with, and he always keep me in touch and respond timely. Unlike the other dealer in Michigan, he was extremely helpful and patient to go over everything with me, never talk arrogantly, and more importantly he is being honest!! I just picked up a 2024 Lexus TX. I had Nick Parks as my new car salesman. I went to this dealership on a recommendation, and it was about one hour from my house. It was well worth the drive. I highly recommend Nick and the entire staff at Serra Lexus in Lansing.

Very pleasant experience working with Nick Parks as my salesperson. I was thankful that he was the one assisting me with my car. I spoke with him about what I was looking for and he immediately found it. I was informed that my car would be arriving in a month because it was a 2024, and to my surprise the car arrived 30 days earlier. Nick Parks was absolutely amazing. I bought a car from this dealership the people who work their are good, but I want to mention something here when you already approved for loan from your bank don t apply from the dealership again because that will impact your credit scores and more fees even if the financial man or woman tell you I want to save u time or can find u better deal don t believe them . It s better to do your loan directly from your bank it s less fees and less interest rate . I have been fooled so don t be like me.Thank you

Per my review of Gerry Sibanda at Spartan Toyota, my wife and I closed the deal on a pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX 350 Sport at Lexus of Lansing. Wow.. what a fantastic experience! We met with Tony Deck the Sales Manager & Misty Gautz the General Sales Manager to ink in the purchase agreement ect. Both were very professional, kind and explained the numbers and details very well to us. I have much experience at my age buying and trading in vehicles. This particular transaction was one of smoothest I've experienced to date! Hard to believe we were in and out of there in just two hours of which included a test drive and a trade in. We couldn't have been more pleased working with Tony and Misty! When my beautiful, well deserving wife is ready for another upgrade (it'll be awhile as she LOVES her RX Sport) hands down we'll straightaway do business with Lexus of Lansing.

I recently had a wonderful car purchasing experience at Serra Lexus of Lansing. Mr. Ron Dodd was so helpful and professional, making the whole process seamless and enjoyable. We purchased a Lexus RX 350 for my wife as an early Christmas present. Mr. Dodd had two models ready for our review and test drive upon our arrival. Ron met us at the door and was so professional and well versed in all the Lexus products. Ron was able to answer all our questions and put us at ease about our purchase. We are both very excited about being a new Lexus owners and Ron made that possible. Ron was even kind enough to provide my wife with a new Lexus knit cap after our purchase. Ron made us feel very welcome and let us know that we should come back when we have more time to learn more about the vehicles many features.
