I just purchased a battery for my car at Sam's Club. The service was excellent. The sales woman, Laura, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I even received a free upgrade because the battery I needed wasn't available upon arrival. The battery was installed (under the back seat) in less than 20 minutes. Not only was my experience a positive one, but I saved over $50 based on the quote I received from a dealership. I highly recommend Sam's Club Tire & Battery, and suggest making an appointment to ensure a shorter wait time.

You are better off taking your vehicle somewhere else. Everytime I try to call nobody answers the phone which makes me wonder if Sam's Club even cares about their customers at all (they don't). I should be able to call and set up an appointment without having to come into the store. I have bought tires though this Sam's Club for two vehicles too with the most recent in 2019 but their system doesn't show mine or my wife's vehicle at all, proof of purchase of tires, or any service performed at all on our vehciles.That seems very sketchy to me and makes me wonder if this is done on purpose to screw over customers. In addition, I have a tire that is under warranty and needs replaced but have to pay for a new one because of their archaic system and incompetent employees. Do not take your vehicle here as there are so many better places to have your vehicle serviced.

If I could give it a zero star, I would. The worst experience I had ever for auto services. They messed up my tires had me wait for a long time and even after that, they did not do the work properly. My tire went flat on my way home right after the service. I used to be with Costco and such situations never happened. Now I m thinking about canceling my membership with Sam s. Seriously, worst tire center ever.

A bad experience this morning. Automotive department clearly understaffed of hands and experience. I have a leaky tire under warranty. I tried phoning but it rang for over two minutes before I gave up and drove to Sams Club. It took almost an hour to finally get an early Monday appointment (this is Friday). I felt almost invisible at times. The obviously new, inexperienced, and undertrained clerk wanted to help but didn't know the ropes well nor did he know how to prioritize. My worst retail experience in quite a while. But their is a silver lining: The Walton family is still filthy rich and ultimately that's all that apparently really matters, that they stay rich.

Don't trust them. I was close by when I got a flat tire, for members tire repair is free. What caused the flat was a piece of metal, something that has happened a couple times before and repaired no problem. So when I described it to the kid working the counter he knew they wouldn't be able to fix it and if he could help me find a replacement. 10 minutes later he calls me oh we can't fix it why don't you get this tire, I didn't realize they get a commission or pressure from store management to move product.I took the tire to someone with integrity and they fixed no problem. Don't fall for scams keep your car away from Sams

Worst customer service. Horrible employees at the front desk who does not know how to talk to their customers. I was trying to return/exchange the tire under warranty, but they came up with some weird reasons not to do that and somehow the club manager was also not really good tempered so I started shouting and yelling. I ve never had such kind of experience ever in any departmental place wouldn t recommend going to Sam s Club.

Will never purchase tires from this place again. So let's begin, never gave my wife the option to purchase road hazzard even though I specifically ask them to make sure it is included. So my wife gets a flat tire a day or two prior and she takes it to Sam's since that's where we purchased them at. So, Monday the 14, 2019 after waiting for 10 minutes she has to go and find an employee for help. It was still a few minutes before a auto employee came out. She explained to him that she has a game she needs to get to in Durand, hoping they came get right on it she she can make our sons first game. Well that did not happen. And for the icing on the cake, we've had a few flat tires just as everyone has. You take it in to have it fixed every place has put your spare tire back in its place, the jack and the tools. Well not Sam's its still scattered in the back of the van rolling around and she will not take it back to have them do it. So I will see the manager tomorrow with the van and I will watch them do it. CAUSE THAT'S PART OF YOUR JOB.This place doesn't even rate 1 star!!!!

I Bought tires there and they never have time to do all the "included" maintenance work like balance, rotation, and fixing leaky tires. Believe it or not Discount tire is better and will match sam's club pricing. Save yourself the headache and go there.

It is always extremely busy because they have some of the best deals around. May have to wait a few days before you can get serviced but it's worth it. Almost gave it 4 stars because I once had to wait 2 hours at my appointment to get tires put on. But I'll let that slide

They NEVER answered phone, and no msg service. Only way I could deal with them was to actually drive up there, show my card, walk through the building to the service center, and then wait and wait and wait to get assistance. Frustrating!!!

These idiots tried telling my dad that his 14 year old van with 150,000 miles on it had the original battery still in it (it's the 4th btw) because and I quote "It's AC Delco, so it has to be the one it came with".... Just wow! The level of stupidity is REAL high, steer clear people.

The level of incompetence and bad service is unparalleled. Try to make an appointment over the phone, it s impossible. I fooled around getting hung up on and put on hold for over 30 minutes and still wasn t able to talk to anyone. Go someplace else, anywhere else, maybe you ll get treated like a customer
