Matt and Kevin were very professionals but also a sense of humor. We're very pleased with all the work that Righters has done to our car.Brakes , oil change, changing tires and etc. highly recommend.

Everything was explained. The person that explained it to us was on hand to tell us what they found after the repair was done. We've been to Righter's several times. They never fail to take the time to chat and look at alternatives. Trust them implicitly.

Great pricing on oil changes. Just had an oil change and they discovered a couple of problems.This was noon. I left my car for repair, Matt took me home, and by 8:06 the next morning the repairs were done! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, highly recommend.

This is a very professional and helpful establishment. They communicate well with progress towards repairs. Prices are reasonable. Very accommodating and honest. The customer service you receive at righters is memerable. It s a blessing to have found a great honest mechanical shop.

Kevin and Justina were top tier in assisting me and helping me get what I needed done for my truck I received frequent calls and updates about service which gave a lot of Peace of mind. I'll be bringing my work truck back for further repairs in the future thank you Righters.

Went to a different shop and was told I needed 1.5k in repairs done, they didn't even go in and check certain parts, just assuming it needed to be done.Righters checked my pins and calibers when replacing my brakes to check if the work was needed. Turns out the pins just needed to be cleaned up. Righters saved me 700 dollars in unnecessary work. They also drove me home as I live locally, so I didn't have to stay while they worked on my car. They also offered to pick me back up when I was done. (Not needed wife drove me)I went into this shop and received honest work, kindness, explanations of what needed to be done, and exceptional customer service. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Righters has always been good about going over everything, including the cost, that needs to be done and whether it's urgent or recommended, but they've never been pushy. They have always done good work on my car. They are also very polite and understanding about my lack of vehicle knowledge. When a problem happens with my car again, I'll be calling Righters.

Drove in for appointment, car was taken inside, back out in 20 minutes. Presented my discount mailer card. Price was excellent. Looks like like life long customer!

I am always completely satisfied when I go to Richter s Auto Repair. Work done &/or needed in the future is explained to me so there are no surprises. Justina & Kevin are friendly & knowledgeable. Can t go wrong getting your car serviced there!

They are the BEST in Lansing Michigan, I love that they take pictures of the condition of your car parts to show you what s wrong instead of just telling you, very respectful and explains everything to you I would recommend this shop to anyone that want their car repair done professionally thank you Righters are amazing

Thank you Righter s!!! I had a lift kit installed on my 2012 Silverado, I was referred by a good friend of mine. Righter s goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in top notch running conditionThey inspect your vehicle with a very detailed report complete with technician s notes and pictures of your vehicle systems and go over everything with you. These guys are very efficient and have a very nice clean and orderly shop. A very nice lobby too. Overall I am very very impressed with Righter s they are very professional and very dedicated.I am super impressed with their work and attention to detail and care for your vehicle. I was so happy when I picked up my truck from them.Keep up the awesome work guys!! You have made a new customer out of me for sure!!

Probably not the cheapest around. But I trust these guys to get my car repaired in an affordable timely matter. They certainly treat their customers like family. I very much appreciate this place. I came in early on a Monday because I was told my car had a faulty alternator. They provided a shuttle to work and also were willing to pick me up after and the next day when my car was ready.

They replaced my transmission lines had a small leak still after they replaced them had to have the new lines replaceed again because the first set the connection to the radiator on the new line was bad and the warranty they give you on the service covered the issue. Very friendly and professional about what was needed to be done. Very happy with there service.Service: Transmission

My car needed several repairs. Mostly age related. The mechanic did a thorough job from head to toe making sure everything was checked. Since I'm giving this car to my son, I needed a reputable repair shop. I got more than that. I was given a breakdown of what repairs were safety issues down to those that could wait. The work is guaranteed as well. Cost was comparable locally and from the start, the communication was fantastic. No hidden surprises. It was such a great experience that going forward, Righter's is the only auto repair shop we'll use. Thanks Justyna!! We appreciate you and the mechanic who took care of us!!

USED to love them but very recently STOPPED giving them business. Not only do they never have rental vehicles available somehow whenever "I" needed one but would see them giving out all the time. But they couldn't even wave a inspection fee of $135 out of all the business I've giving them through the years at even before they came to Lansing! Our bank had identity theft and was froze and we were going to give them $4000 worth of repairs if they could do us this favor but they couldn't even wait to do that!! Definitely not as Family friendly as they make themselves seem!!!!!

Satisfied with service. Oil change and changed an oxygen sensor. The oil change was about $68 and the rest was diagnostic, part and replacement cost for sensor. Seems like they could discount the diagnostic/replace since I paid them to replace it. My impression was it was pretty straightforward find and fix.

Straight to the point, seem quite honest and trustworthy especially compared to some places in town, friendly and actually listen. Good at communicating their services and inspections. 10/10 would recommend.

The Oil change was done pretty quickly. The coupon made the cost reasonable. Staff is very friendly.

In and out fast for the oil change and they provided video documentation of the issues found upon inspection. I have never experienced that level of transparency before, definitely will go back!Edit: went back a couple more times for a rear main seal replacement, alignment, tensioner pulley replacement, suspension work, complete driver seat motor and track replacement, transmission flush and more I m forgetting .all went great in a timely manner with updates along the way! Glad to have found a shop that s trustworthy and n close to my house to boot!
