Aside from selling cars, Mustafa was so nice to help me get the front end of my car sanded and repainted with no issues. Even loaned me a car from his lot so I didn't have to get a rental. Great people here.

Edit: upon further review, the car needs a brand new engine lovely. It s been one week. And the warranty is actually garbage. Thanks so much!They were incredibly nice and the whole process was super fast. Their prices were fair and it was a painless experience. So far, car drives like a dream!

I was in need of a good used car because I was rear-ended really badly in a recent accident. The people here were very friendly, they even me offered a bottle of water for my own convenience. They were very fast, efficient, and processed my paperwork and information very quickly. Before you know it, I was on the road in my brand new car. Thanks everyone!

I bought a car here 2 weeks ago (dec 2023) and i wanted to wait until after i drove the car a significant distance before i wrote this review, and now that i have, i can say its been amazing. the car drives great and nothing has gone wrong with it. even if it did, the price of the car included a warranty. for the price, i got a lot of car as well. the guy who sold us the car was also great. very patient and friendly. he also recommended who to finance the car with which got us a way better rate than the company they finance with. overall a 10/10 experience and i love my car

I've had so many bad experiences trying to buy a used vehicle that was reliable. Mustafa assured that I felt completely satisfied with my choice. Even went out of his way to offer me a ride when he knew I was planning to take the bus. Humility is what I found within this dealership

Just came here to say how awesome the staff is at Prime Motors. Bought my car a little over a year ago and have loved it the whole time. Mustafa takes great pride in his work and I m very happy to be a customer. Had to stop by last night to get a tuneup done was in and out in 15 mins! Would gladly considering referring anyone I know to buy a car from them!

My husband and I went to test drive a vehical here, and just a mile down the road to take it to a mechanic, the whole car shook and the rpm went to 0 multiple times. We immediately turned around and brought it back. It was a managers special, so we knew there would probably be some issues with it, but to put your customers in an unsafe vehical (in the rain) is a really awful thing to do. We were thinking of trying out another vehical that had a wonky door that drained the battery, but after that experience, I wouldn't trust any vehicle they tried to sell us.

At first everything was good. Until just recently my Chevy Traverse had a leak and I took it in to the shop since mufasa said that the warranty I had would cover any damage of transmission or engine. Of course the transmission has a leak and the problem is that the warranty didn t accept my request saying the the problem was because of me and at the time I only had the car for like 2-3 weeks. My Girlfriend had them called the dealer and mufasa was disrespectful to her since she was just trying to see if we could return the car or even get it fixed. DONT BUY A CAR HERE. Now I got to fix it on my own.

Can't sing their praises enough. These gentlemen ( Jamie,Jaun & Mustafa) were amazing! Worked so hard to help me find the right car and the right price. They know what they are doing and I am so happy that I chose them. You should for sure head out to their sales lot.

The guys I bought my car from were kind when I first met them! However it turns out my car had a coolant leak, an oil leak, and when fixing the Chevy Cruze while in Prime Motors shop, their mechanic used construction screws and the completely wrong hardware! I had a professional mechanic come and look at my car and he informed me the leaks have been in my car a lot longer than three months! I called the dealership and the man that answered instantly started arguing with me, swearing, and being very unprofessional and hung up on me!

Mustafa and Juan were very professional and friendly people! 10/10 would do business with them again! They even put air in my tires and filled the tank up with gas, before i left with my new car!

Prime motors is definitely the place to get a used car, Mustafa is very professional and has integrity. The car is everything he said it was and they even check carfax before they buy their cars to sell. I couldn't ask for a better experience and fair price. I highly recommend their business. Buyer Beware!! Very poor customer service by the owner Mustafa! Just for one, the Carfax says this car was a rental, he didn't want me to believe that to be true!! Had absolutely 0 patience letting me make up my mind and I'm so glad I chose to walk away! He did not like me being thorough ( big reminder to buyers to take the time and be thorough) in my findings and just got more upset with any questions I had. He had at one point walked in the back room and slammed the door, I was shocked and in fear of this man loosing his cool, and decided to leave!! Very poor Behavior!! I really feel it's necessary for the the public to know about this owner mustafa!!Then he goes on to respond to my review and says I was mad when I came back the next day and the car was sold !! That is a huge lie. If that is what upset me, don't you think I would say so!! That NEVER happened and the car is even still on his lot!! He is a LIAR!!! I warn you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LESS THAN COMPITENT SO CALLED DEALERSHIP!!!

They immediately transferred my old license plate to the car so I don't have to go to the SOS, he noticed the gas was on E and went and filled it before giving the car to me, and dropped the price when we realized the AC was broken. Great experience for the first time I bought a car by myself!Edit: it's been about 6? Months since I came and bought my car. Since then the shift gear has broken, and now my steering wheel doesn't turn properly. It fights me all day everyday. I will be attempting to trade this car in soon.

Prime Motors is a very excellent dealer and I would 100% recommend. I bought a sedan from them and I love it. They were very open and transparent about the car and very communicative with me with all the small details. They went above and beyond to drive the car an hour away to my house to finalize the sale. Mustafa was very nice and friendly and went above and beyond to insure I loved my new vehicle.
