Very friendly and thorough attention to detail! Was skeptical at first because there was no one at the carwash (they were all in the oil change station) but once someone came out to do the carwash, the service was excellent.

I'm sure the wash is fine, but I sat there for a few minutes and no one came out to help me. The entry door was open and everything, so I'm not sure what was going on.

Very good service and nice, a overpriced light bulb became and understandable discount and wash. I would gladly come back for my oil change. $50 top off everything, wash, light fix, inside vacuum and dash shined.

My mother took the car to get an oil change. It was so quick, she was extremely happy with it! She says Hunter and James made the experience very good. These guys are the best - quick, professional, hard working and they go the extra mile. The car was attendant spent am extra 10 minutes working on a paint spot on my door. I didn't even ask. Over the years, they've given me advice to save me money at the dealership. Very little turn over in this shop. 10/10

There is a black gentleman who works at the Performance Plus Car Wash who always does such a wonderful job. He says, "I'll take care of you", and he always does. He is always friendly and kind. Thank you!!

Do not come here! We recently paid for an oil change by Performance Plus Oil Quick Oil Change. The next day, we noticed an oil leak (size of 5-gallon bucket bottom) on our driveway. We returned that day, asking management to check to make sure correct oil filter, tight filter, and tight oil plug. They dismissed (in a pretty condescending manner) our concerns saying everything was tight and that some oil may have spilled on the engine splash shield and dripped down on the driveway. We then drove up north for the weekend, and when we parked our car, we noticed another large oil spill. We took it to a dealer to investigate, and sure enough, not only was the oil filter not correctly installed and loose, but Performance Plus installed the WRONG filter on our Ford Escape. Had we not noticed the oil leaks, we could have seriously damaged our car engine. Not only are we out a new oil filter and labor at dealership and the hassle from the inconvenience, but we've also had to clean up oil on our driveways multiple times. Do not use Plus Oil Quick Oil Change! We will not go back.Service: Oil change

My favorite Lansing car wash. Great price and they do an awesome job of scrubbing the vehicle before sending it through the carwash. A super friendly team too.

Wonderful place. My father's company took all their work vehicles here for years. Even after retiring he and I both go here exclusively. Very friendly and they know what they are doing. They don't try to up sell anything, and seem extremely willing to answer any and all questions. Personally been going to this place for oil changes for the past 12 years.

The guy who cleaned the car before going in the car wash was very thorough and careful, great service until then. However, the car wash itself did not completely rinse my car, and the blowers at the end were off. When I left my car was still covered in soap!! I will not be coming back

Amazing service, nice and knowledgable staff. Grade A highly recommended. They filled my power steering and washer fluid, and they figured out that I had a blown fuse on my brake lights, and they didn't try to sell me some bs. Very happy with this place.

Great job on 95% of my car. However the passenger side rear tailgate was just as dirty as when I came in. I expect more out of a $15 wash.

I went to Ultra Clean to have my oil changed today and had a great experience. I was concerned about the loud noises my car was making and they happened to be located close to work. I left with an explanation of what is causing it. They did not try to up sell the more expensive oils (I hate when places do that).. and when I realized I didn't even have my wallet (before the oil change was complete) to pay they were so nice. They told me to just call or come back with my card to pay later. Thank you Ultra Clean!

I got the "Best" car wash, if that's their honest to god best then I can't imagine what the other options are like. Didn't clean off most of my sun roof and all of the glass was left spotted and streaked.
