Great work, Gary! I rarely leave comment but want to do it for Gary. Great result with very affordable price. I almost gave up my car since the quotes I got from other place were so high. Gary gave me a quote I could never resist. More surprisingly, the results are way better than I anticipated. Now, I have another reason to repair the other car. You made my Day!

I took my spoiler in to get painted not too long ago and I loved the result. Great value for your money, probably the best in the area. The paint on the spoiler perfectly matches the body. Will for sure continue going here for my paint needs.

I had a great experience here. I got dent in front of my Jeep and also need to replace lower bumper. So I contacted Gary. He offer a very nice price so I drop the car off on this Monday. It looks fresh new when I get it today! They washed my car and clean the interior! Well done! I would love to visit here again soon to do modification on my truck :)

Brought my car in for an estimate and Gary was both friendly and informative. After obtaining a few other estimates around Lansing, it was clear Osband had a fair price and was the way to go. This was an amazing experience and job done on my vehicle! Gary of Osband Body Shop had my vehicle look totally new and they even vacuum my car and mats! I will definitely be coming back in the future! Pricing was excellent

This is my second time dealing with Gary and Osband Body Shop. Both experiences were fantastic. The work was impeccable and the pricing was more than fair. Relatedly, this second time involved both parts that Gary determined were needed upon the work being started, and others which were not. Gary made this very plain to me and the final bill was LESS than the original estimate. Great work from a totally skilled , honest, person.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gary is awesome!!! Other body shops estimated to repair my car which will spend $1500 or $700. Gary only took 10 minutes to repair my car and charged $40!!! He is amazing! I will definitely recommend others to come Osband to repair their cars.

Phenominal experience with Osband Body Shop and with Gary (owner) yesterday in repairing my vehicle damage. He did everything very well and a clean repair. Can't tell there was ever any damage done to car in the first place. I would highly recommend Osband's especially, if you are like me, and HATE working with larger commercial body shops. Super personalized care and attention--you work directly with Gary. Will be a return customer for sure!!Service: Body & Trim

I rarely take the time to write a review; but my experience with Gary and Osband body shop was so good that it warrants the effort. First and foremost, Gary is just a great guy; professional and friendly. His estimate was on the money with no additional charges. He completed the work a full day ahead of schedule and then came and picked me up to bring me to my car. The workmanship was perfect and the paint match is exact. I can't tell the difference. I hope I don't need his services again.... but if I do....

I needed my passenger side doors fixed in a really short time frame and Gary was able to take the car in 10 minutes after we called and got me two new doors installed in less than a week. I had a super short time frame to deal with since I was moving and he exceeded my expectations. The car looks great and the service was fabulous! Highly highly recommend Osband Body Shop!

Gary does amazing work... AND for a fair price. I had just bought a "new" vehicle and noticed a few pinholes of rust starting and didn't want it to spread, and other body shops were quoting $500+! Gary did it for a fraction of that price and it looks amazing... he even got out a few dings I hadn't noticed. I highly recommend you call him for an estimate next time you need auto body work done.

I came to Gary's shop to get help fixing the dent in the front of my car. Gary not only did an great job at making the dent 'disappeared' ( I wish I could show you the pre and post photo!) but also helped me cleaning up the coke spill accident inside of the car with a steam cleaner. Cleaning is not the service what he normally offers but he tried to help me anyway because he understands it was so difficult to remove stain spots myself. He is for sure a real professional at his job and he is also a very nice person. I only have one car. After dropping my car off his shop, I need a ride back to school. Gary kindly drove me back. I cannot ask for a better service than that. Relative to other repair shop around the area, his pricing is much more reasonable and accurate. I paid for the quote given initially. His estimate of the time it takes for him to fix the car is also very accurate. I came to pick up my car within the originally estimated time. Gary is very professional and prompt. In short, this is a highly recommended place!!!

I found Osband Body Shop by searching reviews on Google. I am adding my 5 Star rating to the others. Before I found Osband I went to the same body shop for a very long time. After two generations the initial owner's son sold to a local multi-shop operation. The new owner did ok work, but the new owner charged top dollar and estimated that I needed more work than I thought was necessary. I needed to clean up scrapes and replace a side mirror. At Osband I got exactly what I needed. Gary said I needed only the cover over the mirror, not the expensive movable mechanism inside the cover. THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. When I picked up my car the invoice was less than the estimate. Gary found the part for less than he expected and passed the savings on to me. First rate work, first rate businessman. Osband Body Shop is my new go to body shop.

Cheap work, for cheap price. Yes, the price is exceptionally cheap. Other body shops cannot compete the price. I first visited this place after getting quote from other body shops for a dent of my car, other body shops quoted at least 1200$, but this guy said 500$. So I fixed the dent here and the fixed area now has rust.Not only that, I had many scratches and I wanted to paint again, the paint they use looks really cheap. When they paint over your original paint, he doesn't even use the right paint. It is obviously different color, you won't satisfy the result if you do any series work here.If you are looking for cheap work, then it's your choice, but if you really care about your car, I assume you do since you are looking for the body shop, then don't get the service here.Service: Painting

I've taken my cars to Gary for more than 20 years now. From one major accident to a number of other repairs, he has always provided accurate estimates, performed excellent repairs and proven to be helpful, honest and enjoyable to deal with. I highly recommend Osband Body Shop.

This is the most honest and professional auto body shop you will find not only in the Lansing area but all of Michigan. What a pleasure to hire a professional that still loves their craft. For those who don't have time to read a lengthy review, I highly recommend Osband Body Shop for any work you need done on your car. Gary Osband was kind, courteous, professional, and patiently explained all of the details of the body work we had done on our vehicle.After damage to the front of our car requiring extensive body work, my wife and I initially took our vehicle to the dealer recommended body shop. After multiple miscommunications and a heated discussion, we looked elsewhere for someone to do body work on our car. Gary handled the towing of our vehicle, and returned an estimate for the repairs that same day.When we went in to get a more detailed account of the repairs, Gary systematically explained all of the details in layman's terms, patiently and knowledgeably answering all of the questions we had. He also told us the maximum we would have to pay - if he discovered more damage, he would absorb the additional cost.Gary kept us well-informed every step of the way, and at the end the car looked better than it had before the damage. He even called us over a month after repairs were complete to let us know that the credit card payment had been delayed in processing so we wouldn't worry about the charge showing up on our bill.I will definitely take any future body work I need done to Osband Body Shop, and I strongly encourage all others in the Lansing area to seek his help when it's needed.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Gary and Osband Body Shop.Without going into unnecessary detail, Gary did exactly what he promises on his website: He helped make a bad situation better. When I experienced some pushback from my insurance company, Gary was flexible on his end to get the job done.During the whole experience, I knew I was getting the best deal possible. Gary never pressured me into choosing anything, but really helped explain my options as objectively as possible.Gary did an excellent and timely job getting my car up and running again. More recently I experienced an unrelated issue in my vehicle and he's been gracious enough to help me figure out the cause even though it's a transmission issue and something I'll have to take elsewhere.My experience with my accident has made me really cynical--except for when it comes to Gary. He's a rock star. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.Thanks, Gary.

Absolutely THRILLED with the service and outcome on our 2007 Corolla!! Paint matched up great and work was completed quickly. This owner doesn't have the expensive overhead of the bigger shops. And thankfully passes that savings on to the customer. He does all the work himself and his expertise and experience really shines. Thank you!!

Love everything about this body shop. I have been here twice and was very happy with the work both times! Absolutely great service, the owner is always friendly and does his best to help his clients out in any way he can. Highly recommend for any body damage/paint needs!

Gary at Osband Body shop goes above and beyond what you would expect. He does a great job and at a reasonable price. I hope I don't need him again, but if I do there is no question in my mind that I would take my vehicle back to him. I would highly recommend Osband body shop!

Gary goes beyond your expectations. He does a great job for a reasonable price.The 5 stars are only for the quality of his job. I would also give him 5 stars for his fairness and price. And he has 5 stars for his timeliness and understanding.However for his excellent communication skills and friendliness and flexibility and honesty and trustworthiness and helpfulness, 5 stars would not be enough.

Gary the owner of the shop knew what was wrong with the door on our van before we even told him the problem. We were in a bad spot, our door would not close and we needed the van in two days. He fixed it for us in one day! It looks great and it works perfectly. On top of the absolutely impeccable service and super reasonable price he is a friendly and nice person to work with. I am glad I had the opportunity to do buisness with osband body shop. Here is your chance to shop local and get the best service arround!

I was surprised that he had the parts there before I even brought my truck in, and he did a phenomenal job, even washed the truck and cleaned it out. I took my truck in on a Monday and had it back Thursday morning, and he had to replace the entire front end lights sensors bumper grill. I will definitely refer him to others..Thank you so much!

OSBAND BY FAR IS THE VERY BEST!!! I WAS TREATED VERY FREINDLY AND THE WORK WAS AWESOME AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE SO MANY 5 STAR REVEIWS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TRULY EARNED THEM!!! SO IF YOU WANT THE VERY BEST THERE IS ONLY ONE PLACE TO GO!!! MY CAR ALWAYS COMES BACK SO VERY CLEAN!!!

Not sure if the owner (Gary) took my business seriously because of my age or what after he scheduled me a month out , just to tell me on the day I drive my car to the shop that one of my parts are discontinued, didn t care to take my number down & contact me about it , I even called a week before taking my car in just to ask if everything was in order & he said it was .Honestly more disappointed that my time was wasted .

Went over to Osband Body Shop and had my back light replaced and had an amazing experience . Gary was nice and patient . Amazing customer service! I will be using Osband Body Shop in the future.
