We went on a Monday night to get a new battery and the employee there was super helpful and was willing to help us install in then but we had to order the battery. We were told that they could install it the next day. My husband called them today (they didn t call us like they said they would) and he was told they didn t have time today even though we were told they would have time for us. After asking a question to clarify the situation, they just hung up on us. This was a different employee than Monday night.

I needed windshield wipers. The assistant Brad was very nice and helpful! He took the time to make sure he was getting the right size, I paid for them and thanked him very much for his help! Then he put his jacket on and said he would put them on for me! I told him that I planned on doing that myself. Then he pointed out the sign that said basically if you purchase them they will install them for free!! I never paid attention to the sign! He was so very polite, nice and very helpful! He is an asset to your company! Thank you Brad!!!

ONLY parts store we use for our company. The manager Rob is a huge asset to this place. Without him I d go somewhere else entirely. Fast service and always willing to help load large orders.

Stopped in because my mother needed assistance replacing her rear wiper on her Chevy Traverse after other unsuccessful attempts. The employee Rebecca went out and replaced it for my mother and was happy to help. We appreciate her willingness to help and take care of issues.

I bought 2 sets of wiper blades for my vehicles. i used their little blade computer. neither would work for the vehicles i bought them for. then Rebecca told me if she wasnt on restrictions she would show me they fit and threw them on the counter. i have never been treated so rude. She acted like she knew more about my truck than i did. Never going back. will take my business somewhere else

Definitely not the grand Ledge store. I knew that when I walked I and wasn't greeted or asked if I could be helped by 3 different employees as I walked around looking for something. I would of understood if they were busy but it was only me in the store at that point. Grand Ledge store you should show this store what customer service is....great job grand Ledge

Rob at the west Saginaw location deserves a raise. Never let that man leave. He was the most helpful worker I've had at any place. Without his input I wouldn't have fixed my exhaust, found out my brakes lights didn't work or have any idea where to start with my blinkers. He took the time to explain my truck to me and even showed me what he was talking about. Best of all he helped me tighten a nut on my exhaust I wasn't sure if I could get. He went above and beyond.

The customer service makes it great. Friendly staff. Let's face most parts are very very(MOST) close in cost, some by as little as a few dollars. So the little things will set the stores apart. I feel like this location has the " difference " needed. Thanks again.

The managers and the whole team are awesome! The manager went out of his way to help me fix a problem that could have cost me hundreds and even thousands of dollars to get fixed! And had a great sense of humor . They truly have my business, thanks O'Reilly!

What a nice store!..Counter staff is knowledgeable and glad to help you. It was nice to deal with a counter person that did not make me feel like a bother. I got my parts lickitey split. in and out in 10 minutes.

Very helpful I brought a pair of wipers and they did not work out. They had me bring them back and exchanged them for another brand just as good quality. That is customer service I can appreciate.

This is my favorite auto parts store. They have lots of free services like testing your car's battery and charging system, running an OBD II test (for check engine light problems), and installing new windshield wipers. Friendly, helpful people on staff.

Horrible experience was given wrong part then I take it back under warranty get it installed to find out that I needed to re use old parts I called and was told no you don't need them. FYI I do. Went back to get them to be told they are gone ooops. They don't even sell the parts I need. Do to their failure to know there job my vehicle is useless. Thanks for your lack of knowledge and no customer service skills.It made me give them a star.

Went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to purchase a headlight tonight and one of the gentlemen working offered his help with the install. I am in awe of the customer service this place offers. I could not have fixed my issue without the help of this person and will forever go to O'Reilly's for any parts I need. These guys go above and beyond to help the customer. I also visited the South Cedar location years ago for a new battery, and they were kind enough to wheel the battery out on a cart and help me install it. THESE GUYS ROCK! I am going to call tomorrow to find out the gentleman's name so I can tell his manager how awesome he is. If you need an auto part, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Autozone and Advanced Auto Parts don't hold a candle to O'Reilly's. Stay awesome you guys!!!

Walked in asking for gas cap. Lady heard Cap and thought I needed wither oil cap or radiator or window washer cap. They had 10 different gas caps for my vehicle. More than AutoZone.

Simply amazing. Really. Being a 24 year old female that works at a coffee shop and knows absolutely NOTHING about cars, I walked out of the door feeling comfortable, secure, AND VERY HAPPY. I will ALWAYS go back here, Rick is amazing.

I was a loyal customer, until now. I called for help with a part and was told to take it into a mechanic. I told him I wasnt asking him to fix it I need help with finding a part. He responded with I'm not familiar with these newer vehicles. If you cant help, find a new profession.

Unreliable. Never ordered my part, never shipped it, never called me and told me that I was wasting my time waiting on them. Now my vehicle has been put up for two weeks and I've got to wait another week to get the parts elsewhere. Don't appreciate having to explain that to my boss. Thanks guys.

The atmosphere here is borderline toxic. I am disappointed with the overall behavior and approach of the staff and their overall inability to treat customers with respect and dignity. You're much better off going to the AutoZone next door.

The staff was friendly buuuuutttt, went there twice to different stores for different stuff and they were out of inventory each time. Might want to call ahead before you go as apparently they don't have a lot of stock on hand.

Went there yesterday to get paint match for my car.... The guy working the counter could not pull himself away from the computer to help me determine the color I needed for my vehicle... After me coming in and out of the store trying to find the code he needed I just got fed up.... Usually the people there go out of their way to help.... He did not give a rip.... So I went to Auto Zone, stood at their counter and had people peeking from behind the racks at me, but would not acknowledge me as a customer... So left there too.... Does anyone provide good customer service at these places...?? Very frustrating.... Going to Grand Ledge Auto Zone next..... Never going back to O'Reillys...

Went to purchase a high pressure fuel pump the gentleman sold me the wrong part. when I specifically told him what I needed in my car and where. Need to hired technician that are qualified
