Very clean and well stocked with products for all of your automotive/mechanical needs. They have very reasonable prices and friendly people to help you with your projects. They employ knowledgeable associates that have experience with the automotive and mechanical skills to help you get your tasks. I would recommend them for their products and knowledge. Overall pleasant experience at all of the stores I have visited.

There are a lot of car parts, and I didn't go there for that. I even visited them to inspect the car and they were very responsive. The car needed to be checked out, and they didn't charge anything for the work, which makes me grateful for that.Free parking and designated parking for people with disabilities are available.

I try to buy all my car needs here and I get a discount for being a business member.My most recent visit Sept 2023, I was not particularly happy. I feel they should hire people who know about the business. A young uninspired negative boy who waited on me was not happy to help me. I ended up paying full price when thus clerk could not locate my business in the computer. I should of received my normal discount but instead of asking another employee for help, I was rushed out of the store.I still give O'reillys a thumbs up because we all have bad days now and then.

Assistant Manager Steven was amazing! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He really helped me narrow down exactly what I needed. He deserves a raise. I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Ronald is very professional. He was able to help my father and I out with fixing our ford focus and making sure we where taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Quick, easy, and overall a good experience. We'll be coming back for now on.

Great set of guys working here. They always do a great job getting me what I need. I have a couple older cars that can be a chore to get parts. Prices are pretty good too. This is a preferred location for me.

I got everything I needed here, however I didn't get everything I paid for! It was my own fault! I didn't look at my receipt (though i saw what was given). When I returned some items it was discovered I was charged double for an item in which I only receive one of

I couldn't find a part that has been discontinued for my Equinox, so I tried O'Reilly as a last resort. After explaining what I wanted to do and twenty minutes of brainstorming together later, I was handed a part that would do the job!! Aaron, thank you for your time and knowledge of vehicles. Your store will be getting more of my business!!

Ordered a set of brake pads on a Tuesday morning and finally was notified Friday evening at 10:01pm (one minute after they closed for the night) my order was ready for pickup. Figured the website made an error and it wasn't really in stock but when I went to get them Saturday morning I asked if it took 4 days because they had to ship them and the guy at the counter says "no, they were here the whole time" .... Ummm ok? 4 days to grab 1 set of brake pads off the shelf and click a button on your computer.... they are lazy plain and simple.

On Labor day I needed to repair my car and have the computer codes read to be sure I was getting the correct parts, the store was packed. Travis was one of the two people working the counter that day, he was answering phone calls and helping customers that came in the door. As I waited my turn to be helped I watched Travis work and took notice of how professional he is, he was very polite and quick at his job. As someone that worked in customer services I appreciate people Like Travis that even though they might be overwhelmed they still smile and are polite to there customers.

Purchased a new headlight switch for my 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier, this switch also has the cruise control, hazard light switch as well as the turn signal switch.I had a issue with the cruise control disengaging when I use either turn signal. So I stopped by O'Reilly's Auto parts an purchased a new replacement switch.Less than a month later it's doing the same thing as the original unit. So I stopped an they exchanged it with out a problem..I got 5 miles down the road and wouldn't you know it's disengaging cruise control when the turn signal is used.Now I go back again, they haven't got any in stock and order a better part at no charge. Today I go to pick up the replacement part and they ordered the wrong part! Hopefully they got the correct switch ordered an should be available tomorrow.

I owe my life to Alexzandria, the parts specialist at this location. Back in the 1960's, Alex pulled my family and animals from a burning vehicle after colliding with a truck carrying artificial eyeballs.

I have never had a bad experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts until now. The gentleman behind the counter didn't seem to know how to change my old landline to my cellphone. He needed help from another person with that. He mentioned a $10 off but couldn't seem to get the system to provide it. I fully expect to get the $10 off at a different location or through another person's help. In the meantime, the other employee served several customers while this gentleman served only me. Usually, I am in and out. Not a happy camper right now.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Always has the part I need in stock. Never a hassle on returns or exchanges. Hard to believe a brick and mortar can compete with Amazon.

Stopped at autozone inly to be ignored then basically tell me there is nothing they could do. They told me to go to oreilly. Went to oreilly and WOW! Great staff. Clean store. The new store manager has really hired the right right crew. I will always go to the them at oreilly. Thank you for helping me out when I needed it most. Customer for life!

O O O O'reilly...This is the Lansing hub store. The only spot I know of that will still turn a rotor. If they have enough help, that is.They stock more than the others too.

Absolute terrible service this evening and this location I came in I had already previously called and asked for a part a pulley for my vehicle come to find out after I called in he told me he would save it in the computer so when I walked in I would be able to get the part hassle free I get there I get the part I get back to the mechanic and find out he put the wrong part on my vehicle and I was given and sold the wrong part this is very frustrating I drove quite a few ways to get to O'Reilly's they have lost me as a customer I will not be back because getting the wrong part on my vehicle I had to pay to take that part off and put a new part on on top of that it could have tore my car up in my engine putting the wrong part on and not catching it in advance therefore they have lost my business and lost me as a customer I recommend you double check and make sure you have the right part for your car before you leave buyers beware

Went to Autozone for the 2nd time yesterday (first time for wrong part in the package), waited in line for 10-12min only to be told by the person that they didn't sell the Oring/gasket I needed for a fuel line. Go to Oriely's and the person was just as knowledgeable (not that much) but brought me into the back and showed me the line and quick connect port I needed. Setup my rewards on the spot and will be making the additional one black trip to Oriely's instead of the Always-packed Zone.

Called up there to see if they had plugs and wires for my van was then asked front or back.... Ummm last I checked plugs and wires were only on the engine.... Please get that know about cars to work there....very disappointed needless to say I won't be doing business there.... My children know but yet you sit in front of the computer and you ask a question like that really....
