We have been using O'Donnell auto and truck repair for a long time and have always been very happy with the service. Most recently, in the past 9 months, we've come several times to get our vehicles serviced. Each time we've come in, our contact person has been, Eric Linderman, Customer Manager. He has always treated us very well. He is very personable and great in explaining things in detail, and most important, he has always been honest. We trust Eric at his word on any issue concerning our vehicles and can trust O'Donnell 's excellency to get the job done. I recommend O'Donnell's to anyone, and as a matter of fact, I have and told them to ask for Eric.Service: Air conditioning

Yesterday I dropped my Tundra off for a coolant leak and the customer service was amazing plus they got me back on the road asap right before work. I highly recommend them for future repairs, everyone experience is different but mine was nothing short of expedited great service. Thanks to OJ, Scott and Eric for the great service.

When I trust a shop, I keep going to the same place. I've been using many different auto shops in the Lansing area for the last 10+ years, and it seems like this shop has become my go-to place from now on.I had an issue with the ECT sensor, and I was worried about the price. But OJ there explained everything clearly without any shenanigans, and found reasonably priced parts while keeping me updated nicely on what was going on.

They had my car fixed so fast and even made sure I knew other issues I had with my car, still made sure I had it fixed when I was told even tho they had to order a new part! They even helped me with finding help towards the rest that needed fixed & just altogether so nice & helpful. Even will give you the best discount they can because they understand how hard times are. I highly recommend them not even just because my warranty with my car company makes me have to get engine work there. I ended up having a lot that wasn t paid for . Thank you so much you guys

I got signals on the dashboard in the morning. So I went to O'Donnell's Auto Repair. They immediately checked my car, found the reason, and solved the problem. The mechanics technician is very professional, efficient, and nice! It's a great experience to me!

They re liars. I had to bring my car to this particular shop because the warranty department from my leasing company uses them. I drop my car off for a coolant leak amongst a few other things. I kept getting a low coolant warning and when i put coolant in my car it would leak through. I pick my car up and they say everything is fine and i no longer have the warning on my car. About a month later i get the warning again but I m thinking maybe it just wasn t topped off so i do it. A month later i get it again and knew it wasn t right. I called my warranty department and they said these people said they didn t find a leak. So my issue was never fixed, my car is out of warranty now and i have to pay out of pocket now to actually get it fixed. Why would you guys lie? I literally told you guys when I m pouring the coolant i can hear it come straight out. But there s no leak right?

All whom working here always has a smiles and welcoming you. Honest people who really care. Great management. OJ is totally understanding and VERY HELPFUL.Would highly recommend this place to everyone

Just an all around joke! Had my truck for 2 weeks at 1 point in time just to fix my spark plugs. Got down the block truck died on my at the light. Come to find out they only fixed 2 of the 6 SMH. Scott is just rude doesn't like his job or black people in general. Asked him how long before my truck is ready this time just for tires. IDK I'm not working on it. That's not my paperwork IDK who's going to be working on it. Can you have it done by noon? I'll do my best. Then hung up. Never coming back. Bad enough I bring my truck there for tires & an oil change. They tell me that they didn't order my stuff till 3 so they'll have to do it the next day. Went to another oil place got in & out in 30mins. This place needs to be organized & get a proper system because the fact they bite off way more than they can chew is such an inconvenience for me & I'm sure other people as well. Should've just stayed with Goodyear!!

Excellent service! Quick to respond, reasonable price, clear breakdown of what was needed and what wasn't.Their hourly labor rate isn't the cheapest out there, but for the quality and speed of service I got it was more than worth it. I can't even put into words! The guy that owns the place is a very great caring man! Very honest, straight to the point and very kind. One day I locked my keys in the car and he called me a tow truck, my rear end went out and he made the calls to get my vehicle to his shop and gave me a ride to pick up my boys from school! Also very reasonable prices. O'Donnell's Auto is the place you want to go if u want it straight to the point, andmakes u feel better when ur stressed abt ur vehicle with great conversation, if u have any doubts he will go over it with you about ur veichle! He has all my business!

I brought my car in last week and after ordering parts I was told it would be done mid-late the next week. I mentioned I had an important test the 27th and they were unsure when it would be ready. They called me today and were able to get everything finished up today. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and accommodating

I Can honestly say they really do everything to make sure my experience was good!They ended up needing putting a new transmission in my truck and they went above and beyond to make sure it was done properly.Got it back and it rides like a brand new car.Scott the guy that answered the phone was amazing. Each time I called and wanted an update he gave it to me without making me feel like I was bothering him.Would really recommend these guys!Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement

Our bus was having problems during our roadtrip and Scott at O'Donnell's offered to help us out that day. We stopped at their place in Lansing and Dan, their diesel mechanic, immediately took a look at the bus. Both him and Scott went above and beyond to make sure the necessary parts were ordered and put in so we could get back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend them and their shop!

If this is your regular mechanic, you re doing great. If you need a regular mechanic, go here. Everyone on staff is thoroughly knowledgeable and informed. The details provided in my assessment are crystal clear and I now have a better understanding of my vehicle. They are also incredibly kind. 6/5 stars. Great experience and nice looking out. I have a 26ft box truck and so expectedly, my cost are going to be higher but the pricing is fair.They've had my truck now for about a month and have been working on it [I was sold a lemon] so they're doing a great a job.Two thumbs up.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent customer service. They were prompt with diagnostic testing and contacting me with findings. I love the fact that they provided timely estimates and upfront pricing. I have worked with them a lot in 2023 so far, and I have had nothing but quick and reliable service everytime! My side mirror was broken , because my truck is 20 years old and Ford didn't have it nor could they give me an answer of when it would be available, so I found one online and ordered it. I took my truck to O'Donnell's and asked it they would install it and they were willing to install it that day. Unfortunately the mirror was not the correct one. My first visit there and I'm so glad I found them. I wasn't even charged for the time they put into it to find the mirror I had ordered was the wrong one. They are wonderful people I will take my truck back to them for all my services ! Great customer service and honesty. These guys are awesome. I had never used them before and they like all other shops that are good and reputable were busy. But these guys worked me in and diagnosed my F250 found it to be something simple they fixed it and very inexpensively got me back in the road . These guys are awesome thanks O'Donnell's

Everytime i take my vehicle here, its always right on the money. Ive taken my 2015 chevy traverse into chucks garage over on st joe, THEY ARE A JOKE, told me my RACK AND PINION that o donnells replaced was bad and it was going to be another $1800! i decided to take it to o donnels and what do you know. it had nothing to do with a rake and pinion and now my traverse runs great! that was about a month ago, just today 06/16/2023 they replaced my altenator in no time and as usual happy with results!Service: General repairs & maintenance
