Took my car in for a flex pipe repair and my car was incredibly loud, and they were very quick to get my car in. As soon as they got my car in, they diagnosed the problem and called me to give me an update. They also told me my other flex pipe was on it s way out, but they didn t pressure me into having it replaced at all. They explained what was going on thoroughly, and they made me fully aware of the exact amounts of money I would be paying up front. I had them do both flex pipes, and they were pretty darn fast in taking care of it. The staff is incredibly communicative, kind, competent, and trustworthy. Other quotes at other shops would have been much higher; this place had incredibly reasonable prices, and they did an incredible job. My car is completely silent and runs like the first time I ever test drove it. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone, and if I have any issues in the future, I will absolutely be coming back here. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. This place is excellent.

This is the best Muffler Man I've ever been to. They fixed my van and it sounds brand new and quiet. The other place says it would be 1200 and they fixed it for 500. I'm very pleased. It only took 2 days and that's cause I brought it in late.

These guys are great!! Came in with 2 pieces of an exhaust, and they were able to mount and find gaskets all with same day turn around!! And the price was actually less than I thought it would be. If I need exhaust work again, this is where I'm going.

Paid to have a fuel pump replaced and it took several extra days because they said they had to empty the fuel tank 3/4 full first. After I finally got it back the gas light was on because they never put the fuel back in. A couple days later after I filled the tank the hose that they replaced popped off and the car was stranded on the side of the road leaking gas everywhere. Had to pay for a tow truck to have it towed back to their place to fix their mistake. They said they would get to it when when they felt like it and said that they didn t have to honor the work if they didn t want. They did put the hose back on few days later. Never apologized for their original mistake and acted like they were doing me a favor fixing what they did wrong to start with. The guy at the desk doesn t care about customers and needs to be replaced or he should retire. The mechanics were friendly.The business doesn t care about customers and this is obvious by looking at the fact they don t even respond to poor ratings.

Tony was so honest and helpful. So great that i found someplace that isn't just out to make a buck. Being a woman, he could have been dishonest and sold me things i didn't need. Thank you so much. Definitely my go to shop for all my car repairs.

My car broke down in front of their place. It was the weekend so I waited until Monday and called. He said I needed to get a new rim first, I asked him if he could check the rim size and he said no. No problem, I drove half an hour to measure the rim. Got the car back and it was shaking. Ended up taking to a different mechanic and found out they didn t tighten the lug nuts. Would highly recommend finding any mechanic but these guys.

Look, it's the best muffler place in Holt. Okay, it's the only muffler place in Holt, but the staff are friendly and do a great job for a reasonable price. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They simply identify the issue with your exhaust and fix it. Scheduled service is done on time and within the estimate.

Got me in and out the same day. Identified the problem and fixed it (and it matched my diagnosis). Only replaced what needed replacement, price was fair, time estimate was accurate. Would do business again.

These guys are great. Was quoted a months pay at a local dealership to fix my exhaust system. These guys replaced only one part and for what I paid for the diagnosis at the dealership. I ve found my new mechanics

The guys at this facility were so kind, chipper, and respectful. I was shocked walking in to find such honest workers that had the biggest smiles on their faces. You never know what you re going to get sometimes with auto service centers, but these guys on South Cedar took care of my car like it was their own. They all deserve recognition and a pat on the back. I d recommend this shop to anyone!Service: Exhaust

The reason I gave this place 5 stars is their honesty. While I waited for my oil to get changes (about and hour and the guy at the desk said that was pretty quick) two cars were inspected and found to not have any problems. That's honesty. They are not the fastest, but I will take honesty and good service over speed any day.

I dropped my car off Sunday night and even with a line up of other cars, they had identified the problem with my vehicle by Tuesday and had the problem fixed in the same day. They called with updates to things that needed to be addressed and were very fair and up front with their costs. My parents have used them for years and have always been happy with their work as well. Definitely recommend!

I took my car in to have my rear brake line replaced. After they looked at it, they told me that I had a leak in rear brake line. Which already new about and a leak in the ABS system. When I picked up my car they told me that they replaced the line and master cylinder. They never told me about the master cylinder and my ABS is still not working right. And I paid them over 1200 to get it fixed. Not worth the money!!Service: Brakes

I don t typically put out negative reviews but this has been the worst place we ve ever taken one of our vehicles. One star is one too many!!!In less than a year after having our front brakes done we ve had to bring it back three different times. Rotors have warped and brakes have continued to squeal each time. They have the worst customer service and just blame our driving for the issue instead of looking at the quality of the product and their labor.Don t waste your time or money we ve learned our lesson and will not be returning.

I don't write reviews either, but after going to these guys for a while now, I can say that they probably offer the best prices in Lansing. I've always called 5-6 other local garages to compare prices before I got repairs done on my vehicle, and Muffler Man was always the cheapest. I've had several other people talk about this place too, so I thought I'd give them a try. After getting a decent amount of repairs done throughout the course of 4 years, I can say that the service here is very good. They know what they are doing and won't rob you. I saved over 300 dollars getting my rear main seal changed. I saved 200 dollars getting my oil pan replaced. I saved 200 dollars on a brand new exhaust.If you want to save money, don't look anywhere else. These guys are it. I can promise you that you will not find a better price.

As usual, my man Sean at muffler man on South Cedar in Lansing totally took care of my ride. I've been taking my cars and trucks there for as long as I can remember and I've never been disappointed. Tell him Hollywood sent you lol. Love you bro.

Reception was great. Tom was very professional. The part I needed fixed cost me half the price other auto shops were quoting. I have never been to a Muffler man but the experience here has won me over. Would highly recommend.

Taken several rides here lately for service. Out of 5 times, twice was told "No problems, you should have tires checked" Twice it was the damn tires. Take what you will from that. When I needed work done seemed to be fairly priced and timely service, when not swamped, once took two days just for checkup , but, what do you really expect for free? I do suggest considering them for service.

My husband and I took our truck in so our brakes could be fixed. They told me over the phone it would be around $108 for everything which it was not ended up being $226 they charged me and my husband $60 to bleed clapiers like really thats a little much you think. They kept on putting my husband truck off till he kept calling to find out what was going on. Don't think ill ever take it back thereService: Brakes

My family has gone to this Muffler Man for years of living in Lansing and have received the most exceptional service of an auto repair I ve ever been to. They are honest and straightforward. I have recommended them to many friends and would recommend them again to anyone who asks where to go.

Awesome place, had to bring my van in for a brake fluid leak. Replaced a faulty part they had installed a couple months ago. Being that it was still under warranty so there was no cost to me.These guys could have told me anything but they were honest which is not common these days. You guys are awesome..thank you

A coworker told me about this place and he was right to do so. I've been ripped off by several Lansing dealerships over the last 15 years with "repair" times going from weeks to months to be done.Muffler Man has been a greatly refreshing change. They are quick to call with updates, even to tell me when they won't be able to get it done during the day. The customer service is top notch and very friendly.They honor their warranties and are honest people. My only regret was that I did not discover them sooner for past cars. I would recommend the South Lansing Cedar Street Muffler Man to absolutely everyone in need of car repair.
