I had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Blackwell. He s straight up, knowledgeable and honest. The vehicle I was interested in was at the Lansing location but I live close to the Kalamazoo location and had limited time and wasn t able to make it to Lansing for a test drive. Not an issue for Randy, he went and personally drove the truck to the Kalamazoo location so I could test drive it! He was able to tell me what he liked and didn t like about the vehicle and really showed me that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable. During the purchasing process, Randy was on it! He got me a great deal and still had no problems telling me a couple of interesting stories. Totally enjoyable process! Kudos to Randy and the team!

Incredible experience from top to bottom. Marti, Jenn, Simone and John were all a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to ensure I loved the car. Which I absolutely do! I was a bit hesitant to purchase without being at the dealership, but the videos and reassurance from the owner were first class. Thank you!

When I pulled in to the parking lot, I could feel the aura in the air. Kindness was everywhere, and was greeted with hospitality. The deals were out of this world, and blew my mind away with the deals they proposed to me. I will never forget my experience here, and especially this G wagon I got. Will definitely be buying cars here for the rest of my time on this earth.

I was told this truck was in perfect condition. I don t think I ve gone one day without some different engine light coming on. Service parking brake. Service exhaust system. Service DEF system. Just this weekend I got stranded in a small town in Colorado because my DEF tank heater went out and the truck wouldn t let me drive it until it got replaced so I had to wait two days for the dealership to open. Also had to get a new trailer electrical socket. I feel like I got scammed. Buyers beware!

David was the best. My time at Motorcars was easily one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've ever had. I was headed to an appointment at another dealership, but David showed up and showed out by delivering exactly what I wanted, literally. The vehicle I wanted was at the Kalamazoo location, but they had it delivered to Lansing in no time. I definitely felt the love and warm from the staff, and they made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle before I signed.

I purchased a vehicle from them, had issues, and they were quick to rectify the problem. John (owner) , Orlando (sales) , and Jen (finance) did everything in their power to make the situation right, and make sure that I was pleased with my experience. I'm an out-of-state customer, but I will absolutely be purchasing my next vehicle from them. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the way they handled the situation. I highly recommend buying from them.

Randy Blackwell is stellar at his job!! His 25yrs+ of auto sales really makes him excellent at selling cars. From start to finish he was there trying his hardest to get everything we wanted in a perfect vehicle. He sees things you don t notice and he goes to bat for you and gets them fixed or detailed. My hubby and I have bought a lot of cars in the past. from this point on into the future it will be Randy from motor cars of Lansing who will get our business. Thank you for making us comfortable from start to finish!! We were impressed by the entire team at motor cars. We love our Cadillac XT5

I just had a pleasant experience purchasing my first car at Motor Cars of Lansing. Not only was the customer service extravagant, I got an excellent deal on a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee srt.I really would like to point out John as he was a big part of getting the deal to go through even with my shaky credit score. At first I didn t know what car I wanted, I just told my salesman John what I like and he was able to find what I was looking for. I also told him I just got out of high school and was looking for something fairly affordable and he reassured me that there is a car for everybody. I had an excellent experience at Motor Cars of Lansing and will definitely be visiting again for my future car purchases.

I have been waiting to buy a car for a long time and I cannot believe how easy Rick made this process. I don't know much about cars and he made sure to answer all my questions. He was very patient and gave his honest opinion. Never once did I fell like I was being pressured into making any decisions. What I was most appreciative of was that Rick stuck to the price we had given him and he made sure he never went over it. After many searches Rick found me the car I absolutely love 2015 Cadillac SRX Navy blue in color with only 81250 miles. Thank you Rick for all you hard work and dedication. I would not buy a car any other way and from any one else as no one can beat the service that you will get from Rick.

Shout out to Tommy and micheal for helping me bring home a new car. They responded fast to emails and got me in that day to test drive a vehicle . Got paper work that day to take to bank and approval went great. Paper work was really fast. Can t believe I get to call this car mine. Wish I had a full tank when I left the dealership tho but I am very happy with their work here. Thank you Tommy and micheal.

Came in to look at a truck Saturday around 10:15. Not a single person on the sales floor but a bunch staring at me from a conference room upstairs. Hung out for a couple minutes, no one to talk to I haven t bought a car in a minute but I m pretty sure I gotta talk to a salesman to do it. Facility is very nice and they do have a lot of nice looking vehicles here though.

My family and I came in to motor cars looking for a nice and spacious SUV and that is exactly what we got. We ended up purchasing a 2023 Land Rover Discovery and we love it. The customer service was also phenomenal. No complaints from my family and I, thanks motor cars.

Yes we purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer, XLT the sales rep George did an excellent job fixed a few items. I pointed out though the vehicles not brand for the money I spent it was worth it there s still no issues, but for a 10-year-old car it s great money thank you

Looking for a truck and found exactly what I wanted at Motorcars of Lansing. Great place to shop and look for a vehicle. Salesman, Randy made you feel at home and at no time made you feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from MotorCars of Lansing yesterday and it was the smoothest car buying experience ever. I worked with Rick and he rolled right along with how I wanted to get the deal done. I was coming off an experience with a different dealership in which the sales staff did not want to talk actual price with me, in fact, they refused to do business with me because I wanted to determine the sale price of the vehicle prior to discussing my trade in and financing. My experience at MotorCars of Lansing was completely the opposite. They were more than happy to discuss actual price with me, were completely up front with the numbers, and were not pushy in any way. I was preapproved for financing prior to coming in and they were able to work some magic and beat the rate. I will 100% give them my business in the future.
