I pulled in with a car that stalled for no reason in front of the shop. They worked with me to figure out what was wrong and helped get me back on the road! I'm grateful to Rusty and the whole crew there. Ms. Lynn was wonderful and very kind in my moments of panic. Highly recommend.

I was driving on the highway and had an issue with my car overheating, so i pulled off and found this shop. The owner and service techs were so nice to me as a young, woman. They didn't judge me at all and were very informative of the status of my car and what the issue was. They were honest and reasonably priced and were able to help me with my emergency car situation to get me back on the road safely!

Very rude on mlk in Lansing. Not worth ur money or kindness. Different employees give different quotes and they charge to PRINT off quotes. Lol. Midas is a total joke on Southside MLK.

Kept my car for over a week. Did not call to update on anything. I asked them to call me so I would have transportation to work. Never did. Charged me double quoted price and didn't call me to notify of the price change. "Reattached ABS" didn't ask and the light is still on. Don't go here!

Took my car in for an inspection with detailed information foreshadowing the issue I need confirmed. I arrived at 8:30am in the morning. It is now 3:00pm and I still do not have conformation on what is wrong with my car.I have wasted my day on a damned Midas inspection. 0 stars. Employees don't even know what they're looking at.

I work here as a service writer. The Technician's are very thorough and explain to customer's what is exactly going on with their vehicle. I just want to clear some things up. When you as a customer make an online appointment you're not ordering anything. It comes through to my work email and someone either confirms your appointment threw email or calls which ever you choose to be contacted. The prices we don't make them, The rules we follow them, We are big on customer satisfaction and work with our customers to provide the vehicle needs to them in a timely fashion but as we all know things can happen big or small.Thank you!!If you have any questions regarding the service's we provide feel free to give us a call.

I love this Midas! Me and my fiance moved to Lansing from out of state in December. Since we've moved we have had two semi serious issues with our vehicle. Josh and his team have been so great to work with and seem to genuinely care about fixing the problem in the most affordable way which we appreciate so much!!! I also feel like it is very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Josh always gives it to us straight and for that I will always go to him first!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Ryan and his team were very professional when they took care of my alternator and battery issue expeditiously. I will recommended this team to all my friends and family because of this great service.Lastly, they squeezed me in today and got me back on the road same day. I got a rear brake replacement and it was overall pretty good. A caliper broke after the inspection so the mechanic called me personally and told me they wouldn t charge me to put it on and even gave me a discount on the caliper.

I am so glad I found this place. I have needed several things done with my car and they have taken care of the issues in a timely manner and the customer service is outstanding! They help me out in a pinch. Had a Tire valve stem break on my tire before a fishing trip. They were only open for a 1/2 hour and they said bring it on in we'll get you back on the road. And that's exactly what they did, much appreciated thank you...

They do a good job but what a rip off concerning price. I could buy a new set of tires for the price I paid for new brakes. Their gold touch come from your empty wallet

I came to this midas in a pinch. My van was leaking coolant. When i pulled into the parking lot it was rolling smoke from the hood. When we popped the hood everything was soaked . They could see i was upset and they were very friendly and helpful. He located what was broke and told me that it was an $800 fix but he could repair it for $200. I had to sit there for 3 hours but it was worth the wait! I will definitely be going back for future repairs.

Rick and the guys at this Midas were awesome. Highly recommend them. They looked over our son's car and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need like most places. Excellent service.

Got charged $400 for a part thats only 170 and $199 for a part thats only $90. Had to pay since the work was already done but I'll never be back again. Save ur money and go elsewhere.Update. They didn't fix the problem that i paid them to fix and now my car smells like a carton of cigarettes and has multiple lights on thr dash. Thanks midas. I'll look at this as a small investment to keep them from ever working on my car again.

On 96 battery light came on. Found Auto Zone on MLK In Lansing where awesome employee in grey cleaned my battery and discovered my serpentine belt had broken. Referred me to Midas across the street where I met two more awesome people the tag team of Jenny and Jamie who promised they would fix my car that day and they did! There was a wait for the parts... but as a woman with no appointment but a strong prayer to God to find me the right people, I was a happy blessed woman. Jenny found the parts and Jamie put them on. Kindness and efficiency ... make a great combination!

I took my car in to get diagnosed. I allowed Midas to fix my car and 2 days later after I got my car out of they shop my engine failed. Been contacting Joshua and asking to speak to the owner and he s been very disrespectful and won t allow me or give me contact his info. At this point I m going to get a lawyer and just sue because their bad service destroyed my carService: Auto engine diagnostic

Service was good. I did not take coupon, they suggested to look for coupon online and show them. After showing coupon, my high mileage oil change service became only 39.99 including labor cost, tax.

Staff was friendly, and it's great that when you get your oil changed, they don't charge extra for a tire rotation. It's also nice that they offer free wifi. I'm leaving a low rating because of the CIGARETTE SMOKE--it's pretty bad. My vehicle smelled strongly of smoke, so I had to leave the doors open over night in the garage before it wasn't overwhelming. My clothes also smelled terrible. I had to change my clothes immediately and even ended up having to wash my ski jacket, which required a special trip to the store for powered detergent. It was pretty frustrating. I'm happy to pay extra for a tire rotation elsewhere just to avoid the unpleasant inconvenience.

I took my car in because the muffler system had broken off at the flange. I thought I needed the whole system replaced. They could have told me thats what was needed and I wouldn t have known the difference. Tom Milbourn was able to fix the break in my muffler system, saving me hundreds of dollars! He was honest and the price was very reasonable. In less than an hour, I had a quiet car again. Thank You Tom Milbourn for the great service!
