They were supposed to do a windshield wiper repair for me and gave it back to me twice the same way it was when I dropped it off and charged me $54 never gave me my money back. They never took care of the issue or called me back. I called about getting a quote on doing a battery terminal replacement spoke with Joe said he was going to send me an email with a quote never sent me anything again. I also went to go have a door lock insinuator replaced and they stripped out the screws and said that somebody else did it. This place takes no responsibility for their actions and they do absolutely terrible work. I will definitely not be coming here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I ve taken 3 vehicles and a camper here for tire repairs (that I thought would need replaced but they fixed for free), rotations, realignments, and tire and valve replacements; and every time I m amazed at how professional and kind the entire staff is and at the excellent quality of service they provide. I d confidently recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

Very friendly and honest folks. They were straight with me about my car being a lost cause. They let me sit in their lobby for a good while as I tried to figure out what to do next with my useless car. They gave me a referral to a second mechanic (Town and County), and I was highly satisfied with them as well.

The men there were excellent. I stopped for quick assistance and they were very friendly, fast and courteous. I highly recommend them. As a traveler, their service was 5 star all the way. Thanks guys.

Even though I'm not a commercial customer, I've gone in twice for small things I needed help with and the gentlemen at Meekhof Tire have been professional, friendly and helpful. Today I asked them to help me re-seat a tire from my riding lawn mower, the service manager, Kyle, took it back and did it himself and refused to take any money for the service. That's good stuff right there, that's how you build a business. Keep up the good work!

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service and quality of work by the shop. Gave them a try after being disappointed at Belle tire, and discount tire. friendly staff is amazing. Got me right in will definitely be coming back.

Called them because a previous shop installed tires and claimed to balance them. These guys got me in right away and took pictures for proof that the balance was never done right from the old shop. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them. Super professional and helpful

Checked around quite a bit. I had options within 5 miles but decided to look a little outside of my usual area. I found Meekoff Tires through the Michelin site. Even though it was 20 miles away on the other side of town I decided to send an email requesting a quote and I heard back within an hour. A couple more quick emails and the tires were ordered. Less than a week later ( the day after tires came in) I was in the clean quiet waiting area. Joe's prices were as good as any discount place and technicians were very professional. A great transaction with great place.

Meekhof is a large truck tire/service center but they've always been able to take care of my passenger tire needs. Got good prices on new tires, and they're price for mounting -remounting/balancing can't be beat. And not crowded. Give them a try.

They do a good job but BOY are they slow... came in for 4 tires and an oil change, even brought my own tires. We figured it wouldn't take long so we stayed and waited... it was over an hour and a half before we finally got our truck back... nice people and facility but geez, I dont have all day to wait for a job I've had done in 30-45mins before.

Staff is very friendly. They were able to replace my strut and do a font end alignment in a day. Guardrail: 1 My car: 0 lol . If need be (hopefully not) I will be back. Would recommend to anyone in the lansing area.

Crook's charged me $40 was for what looked really good. Come to find out both tire's had plugs in them.Very disappointing when you get to buy the tire's again. Wouldn't ever recommend anyone else to go there!

Was there several times over the last 6 months trying to resolve a tire problem on a steer axle. Chad and the Michelin rep. were able to provide a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. We bought brand new tires from here less than 2 months ago ($700) and 4 days ago one of our tires completely snapped off our vehicle. That's right, the tire completely separated from our vehicle and went rolling down the road beside us. We were traveling at 70 mph down the freeway when this happened. Thank God no one was hurt and we were able to pull to the side of the road. After multiple conversations with these people (I was never able to speak to a manager because they were always "busy" or out of the office) they informed me that they would not pay for any of the repairs to be done because they didn't think it was their fault even though our tires have been touched by absolutely NO ONE except them. The repair shop even told me that this happened due to over tightening of the lug nuts....they all snapped right off.Stay away from this company at all costs. They obviously do a terrible job installing tires then don't take responsibility when they mess up. I can't warn you enough...STAY AWAY!!!

Very nice establishment. Incredibly friendly staff who got me out the door very quickly and at a very good price. Just moved to the lansing area and so far can't believe how poor the customer service is at most places. Didnt have that problem at Meekhof Tire. This will be the ONLY place I go from now on.

prompt service and friendly guys, took care of my tire repairs on the front of my ford five hundred and cleaned corrosion on the rims and replace the valve steams and repaired a puncture. would look to go back again.

Average tire place. One star because when I asked if they had a discount for veteran's ...the clerk said "Nope...company policy" I thought, "and I won't be back"...that's my policy.
