Nathan, Joel and the rest of the team were great. My 2010 Mini Cooper needed a replacement cylinder head, a major and unexpected repair. They were quick to confirm the issue and were willing to work with my third party warranty company. Since getting the car back it running as well as it ever has. As a recent transplant to the Lansing area I m glad to have found an independent shop run by honest folks. They will certainly be my first choice for any repair and maintenance my vehicles need moving forward.

Fixed my driver window that wouldn t roll up a couple months ago, and I thought of them when I needed something else fixed, which reminded me to leave a review. Great guys who truly educate you and have your best interest in mind. I didn t feel taken advantage of or overcharged like when I go to the dealership.

Needed an oil change and as usual they came through when needed and did it quick ! They are are knowledgeable and have good customer service ! I have recommended master tech to numerous people . I come here and trust them for all my car repairs !

I have been taking my vehicles to Nate for 6+ years. He is always trustworthy, timely, and honest. I fully trust his recommendations and his communication is top notch. I ve never had a better mechanic and I will never go anywhere else!

Best auto repair I've ever had. I was told by another well known auto repair that I had metal flakes and they were ruining the engine. 8 months later noise increased so I took to MasterTech. Turns out the engine was not effected and the horrible noise was a wheel bearing! Also needed fuel pump and timing belt. My 2013 Buick runs like new!! So very Happy!!! I highly recommend fair prices and great service.

Nate has taken care of small issues on my Honda Accord for years and has always been someone I can trust to do quality work at a fair price. Now that my car is getting older he is starting to do slightly bigger ticket repairs but I know he won't sell me anything I don't need and his prices are reasonable. The communication is clear and the whole experience in his shop is highly professional. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Awesome, hands down best place to go for repairs. I thought my engine was done, they were able to get me in quick, found the problem and fixed within 4 working days. They explain the issue and what is necessary and not necessary, to fix the problem. I felt very informed and valued as a customer. Master Tech Auto Repair is by the far the best repair shop in the greater Lansing area. I have been frequenting the mechanics here for years now. I have continued to bring my 2014 Honda pilot touring here for services. Anything from an oil changes, brakes, alignment to more sophisticated repairs such as VSA and check engine lights. They have always been upfront, honest, and transparent about the repairs. I have never waited too long for a repair or have been sold something I didn't need. I've also brought my 2005 Honda Accord for timing chain, CV axle, and suspension repairs here too. Repairs are done correctly the first time and I've never had to return for anything. If I could give Master Tech Auto Repair 10 stars I would! I recommend all my colleagues and friends here too. Who also have raved about the quality of repairs and impeccable customer service. I travel past multiple other auto repair shops to visit Joel and Nate! I trust their opinion and recommendation! I also have family who live 45 minutes aways drive to Master Tech because of the trust I have in them. If your looking for a repair shop this is it. One hell of an establishment. As someone who does most of the repairs on my vehicles I HATE the thought of taking a vehicle to a shop. First of all I never leave reviews lol but this shop was exceptional. Couldn't find anyone to do a repair on my electric vehicle. Called every single shop in Lansing and surrounding and the auto electrical places, everyone was scared to work on my car. Ran across this place on Google and he said they were certified. One day I was rolling. Everything ran great and about 80% cheaper than the dealer!!!! The Joel guy went out his way to help me with everything. I'm bringing all my cars back here. . Joel did some auto repairs on our Town and Country Van. It s getting older, has over 100,000 miles on it, so we have had some wear and tear issues with the vehicle. He went over the van thoroughly, then called to let us know by order of importance what needed to be fixed. I have never had a mechanic do that before. Called around for a serpentine belt replacement, these guys had the best price and would take a belt I bought, unfortunately I had the wrong size belt, they ordered a new one and got it on the next day for 50$ cheaper than other shops. Staff are incredibly helpful, skilled and made a great impression on me with their work and friendliness. I ll be coming back for any repairs I need.

Joel and Nate at Master Tech installed a heated steering wheel on my wife's 2022 Honda CR-V. Both have extensive Honda experience, so if you own a Honda, skip Capital and see these guys, you won't be disappointed. I called March 15th to get a quote for replacing my radiator. Dropped it off that night and got a call the 16th it was ready. Picked it up the 17th in the morning. Good to go. We heard a grinding noise from one of wheels one hour into a road trip, so we stopped by unexpected. The guys here were able to get us in and out in around 20 minutes and fixed the issue. Great experience and would come back in the future.
