Terrible place to work. Very unsafe. I've never seen hilo drivers that broke so many rules. I got a lunch only because they don't pay for it. Last night I didn't get a lunch till after I was there 8.5 hours. We kept getting truck after truck to unload. Save yourself a headache and don't think twice about working here

This company is not safe place to work they pushing very fast like robots dam we are not iron man one person can can t run three machines at the same time it very difficult to work it causes a health problem.dam that company is bad guys

This is a terrible place to work. Their priorities are completely backwards. They don't care about their employees at all. They have ridiculous attendance requirements (98% even during a pandemic when they should be encouraging people not to come to work sick) They work you every hour of every day and you aren't even allowed to take care of yourself or your family. The hard workers are taken advantage of and the laziest people are promoted. The entire place is a failure and noone is happy there. There is no training at all but if you don't learn in time you're gone. I've worked here twice i can go on forever about negative things I've seen and heard. Please don't put yourself through this.

This is the worst company to work for. They will make you work for 15hrs straight up. What kind of horrible work conditions is this. This company needs to be loomed up for horrible working conditions. I will be soon filing a complaint regarding this. The pay is bad. Hire more ppl make more shift. Working 15hrs a day and need to go to work next day and work another 15hrs. What kind of world are we living in. This company needs to be investigated for its work conditions.

It s a car part manufacturing plant under Magna International. This plant does plastic injection molding, paint, assembly, and just in time sequencing for major OEM. It s a decent place to work with stable management and employee welfare. I haven working here for over 8 years.

Not a good experience for a delivery driver. They have very little space on their shipping and receiving docks so if there multiple trucks at once, it takes a LONG time to unload, because they have to put everything away they unload, and have no staging area to setup the loads going out. And because of this, they are not flexible at all if you show up early. Over 4 hours to unload 1/3 of a trailer.

This place use all ppl then when it's time to hire ppl they fire you. And it's not enough diversity. All you see is white ppl controlling everything. If your Hispanic or black the most you can do is team lead. I was there 9 months as a temp and that's the longest anybody did as a temp. Anyway I did my interview got my review to get hired in. Then they told me you have to go on probation for another 90 days so I completed that. Next thing Ik it's 9 months and I haven't hear from them . So I go to HR check on my papers and they said they will get to it. Then I get a call saying your job has been terminated from the temp service. The lady that called said Magna had no reason why they fired you. My position was backup team lead.

This place is not right they are against good workers this place allows other employees to lie and start problems with other employees and they don't do any investigations. I know someone who got fired because of a lie and they said it was because of the employee attitude this person is the sweetest person ever never bother anyone always quite always do they job but they let that employee go over a lie another employee said they only want to hire snitches and liers they don't want hard working people so i wouldn't tell anyone to work for them because this company isnt right nor fair.

The fact of the matter is they let me go with a statement saying I didn't get along with anyone, when I had went to a supervisor 1week and 2 days after starting because almost everyone they had put me with to train would tell me they didn't have time to train me so how are they going to keep people if their employees don't want to train newbies
