Excellent experience! They helped a female friend and they where very respectful and didn't screw her around. They quoted a reasonable amount and they were very honest about the actual repair. It ended up being a � of the cost. They performed the repair in a timely manner!

I've used Lansing Radiator for all of my cars. Pat has fair prices and the repairs are of great quality and have lasted for years. I can't recommend this place enough.

I needed a new water pump / timing chains. The owner was amazing , friendly , & got me in & out relatively fast ! Quoted me a decent price but when I picked up my car it was way cheaper than I thought . Highly recommend this shop

I was amazed by their service without charging me a dime where most shop will charge you just to check a minimum problem with the car.The lady of the front desk came out and help me for Free and offered such a greAt deal whether I need to replace the radiator.Since now on I ll be checking on them whatever problem comes up to my car.Thank you so much

Phenomenal service. Quick, effective, and fair. The woman at the front counter was so nice and sweet, she helped walk me through my problem and was clearly very knowledgeable and caring. No better place for emergency help!

They took a shot at repairing my very damaged radiator because they no longer are sold for my vehicle, they did a great job and only charged $40 for it, still holds after 1,000 miles put on the vehicle since then. Good work fair prices and honest people

Highly recommend. These guys quickly put a radiator in my 2016 cherokee for $1400 cheaper than I was quoted from the dealer. Would use again with no hesitation.

I dropped my car off in the morning after calling to ask if they had availability. My drivers side heat was not working properly. Within 30 hours my car was ready to be picked back up and it cost way less than I was expecting! Great place, great value.

I came here for an A/C repair after having the system repaired at another shop 2 months earlier, and so I was very anxious about the cost since I figured it was the same issue. Turned out it was just a blown fuse! Me and my (elderly) vehicle were very well taken care of and I am extremely thankful that I brought my car here. I can't recommend or thank them enough! The next time I need a repair I will be coming here.

This shop did great by me. Long story short, they did an inspection/testing of my coolant system, topped up the fluids and wouldn't take any payment since they determined that no work was necessary. Time isn't cheap, yet these folks didn't charge a penny for theirs, even though I brought it in saying that I thought I'd need my radiator replaced. A good, honest mechanic is hard to find and these folks seemed very nice, honest and are also the epitome of local business (even better).Full story: My car ran hot on the way to work and I later realized it was due to low coolant. I called them up to see if they could look at the car that afternoon and if they could give me a quote in the case of a radiator replacement. The car has 133k miles so it isn't out of the question. They said they could do it that same day and gave me a very reasonable quote (granted I have a pretty generic car, no BMW/Aston Martin). I dropped it off at their shop in the late morning and got a call a few hours later from the owner of the shop saying that they had run multiple diagnostic tests (I listed a couple since I'd done some research on the potential problems that afternoon) and they couldn't find any problems or leaks. He said they had topped off the radiator itself and could do the replacement if I wanted but otherwise they'd drain the coolant overflow reservoir a bit (I had over-filled it, being over-cautious before driving over to the shop), top up the coolant in the radiator and clean things off. I went in to get my car and asked what I owed and they said nothing - they didn't need to do any work so n payment was needed.I only wish there were some way to give them some business now but I'll definitely be back if/when I need work done. In the meantime all I can do is give them a great review because in my mind they deserve it. Keep up the good work!

Pat was a true kind professional. Everything he told me about my vehicle was true. He did a great job with the repair requested. Engines, radiators, head gaskets, and pumps are all complicated. Even though my car Blue Betty is on her last legs, I highly recommend Pat and Lansing Radiator!

I been going to pat for 8 yrs and he did the most incomplete job. I gave him 2000 in cash and he had my car for 2 weeks. I went to him for my shocks and air conditioner now my car is low in the back still. He then tells me that after driving it for a while it ll pop back up. I ask why he didn t fix that he said the part is expensive and he didn t know if I ll want to pay for after I gave him 2k! Furthermore he said parked my car in the back of the shop bc a bum was looking at it like he was gonna steal it. He straight cap black own mechanics for now on !

I was referred by a mutual friend, unfortunately I cannot comment on the actual work of this business, I never even got that far. Pat is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in my life. I pulled in after speaking with him on the phone earlier in the day (and previously the week before). He told me to drop my vehicle off before 6pm. When I pulled in he literally came out full force shaking his head making offhanded remarks at and towards me. He was the rudest, nastiest, most snide excuse of a man I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I have never been treated more disrespectfully. I have absolutely no idea how anyone could run a business with such an obnoxious attitude. I don't care how knowledgeable he might be, I wouldn't recommend ever having to encounter such an intolerable human.

They tried to scam. Honestly, becareful coming here. They will do whatever it is necessary to up the price. Also if you drop your car, don't expect an inspection any time soon, these mechanics over book and don't know what they are doing. No wonder the business is so small. They can barely keep up. Good luck on whomever may read this.

I took my 2009 ss impala here needing a second opinion about a possible coolant leak. The other shop I had my car at found the issue but added on things that did not even need repairing. Lansing radiator verified the issue let me know a price and fixed it for a third of the price the other shop was going to charge me. I got updates on the progress and a estimated time the repair would be done. They were great efficient and professional. As long as they are able to fix any issue my car may have I will be going back. Thank you again!!

Lansing Radiator is very professional, kind and helpful! They have good people working for them and we felt secure taking our vehicle here knowing that they would not cheat us in any way. The owner, Pat is genuine and sincerely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

Pat is the "Best in the City" for sure. He is fair with respect to price, he always treats me well. I was referred by one of my friends who called him "Best in the City and now I know why and I will always go to Pat. He does great work and I never have problems with vehicles he fixes. Most mechanics in Lansing rip you off but not Pat. He is definitely The Best in the City." Visit him and you wont be disappointed!

Needed a radiator for a 98 dodge Durango. Called a few places that were recommended. Lansing radiator offered the best prices. By far! Pat was very accommodating and met me before opening, so awesome, and gave me a quote and I went to work. He called to tell me the car was ready and even fixed a minor problem at no charge. When I got there he presented a bill that was less than the estimate. That never happens. ever! It was only a few dollars but that all adds up with an older vehicle. Bottom line, highly recommended. Great price, friendly staff.
