Guy I talked to had an attitude because I went and had my vehicle scanned before bringing it to them as if I did somethimg wrong, they supposedly replaced a part that was causing my truck to stall at times. 300$ later and my truck does the same thing. This is the second time this has happened to me. Will not be spending any more money at this place

After meeting the owner of this place by chance, I took my car there after a different auto place failed to provide good service. The service David and his team provided was absolutely exceptional. From the picking me up and dropping me off to the affordable and timely manner in getting the job done! Is definitely my go to place! Thanks so much Chris, David and staff.Service: Auto maintenance

Called about getting some work done to my vehicle. Had several questions. Made an appointment. Called back a few days later, to cancel. Some gentleman answered. Was very rude and slammed the phone down. So, if your thinking of taking your vehicle here. I would highly think twice about it. Glad I never did

I ve had two experiences with Lansing Car Care Center, both have been nothing short of professional. The first time I came in on a Saturday and they replaced my water pump, the second time I came in I dropped my truck off on Monday morning got it back early Wednesday morning after they rebuilt my rear axle with all new seals and bearings. The staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth guys out there. They won t lie to you- if something is wrong, they ll tell you. They know the value of their work, so it might not be as cheap as some other mechanics, but the work they do is worth way more than what they charge. I will definitely bring back my vehicles in the future.

Don t use if you have a newer or nicer car that you really care about. They messed up several things on my car so that I would come back and spend more money. I should have asked for a refund while I was there but all I could focus on was getting out of there as soon as possible. Went in for a simple inspection and got ALL of my lug nuts broken and was given a sorry excuse that the lug nuts were cheaply made and they break all the time. I have had my car at 4 different shops recently for various things and no one has messed up the lug nuts or complained about them. All 20 of my lug nuts either are dented or have little holes in them now. These are some sketchy mechanics and your better off going to the dealership for things like that. If I wasn t in a hurry I wouldn t have stopped there but in the future I wouldn t even let them service my bike.

Called this morning and was pleased they could see me right away. Tom went out of his way to be helpful and they were able to fix my Jeep the same day. I appreciated the time Tom took to explain what needed to be done and showing me the parts. Will definitely be back for routine maintenance!

Great place to take your car. Dependable and trustworthy. I am a single mom of 3 boys (husband passed away) and I took my son's car here and they had it repaired with using the best of parts that same day.There is a LOT to say about knowing your children are safe and secure in their automobiles and for this I thank you Dave!

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. They did the timing and phasers for the F-150 for close to $3,000, then less than14k miles later they replaced the cam sensor and said "whoever did the phasers work (which they did) messed up the pigtail and they had to replace that too". Now, they don't know what is wrong with it. Took it to another place and they said the timing and phasers were never replaced and that is exactly what the problem is! Now when we call up there, they hang up on us and won't explain how they are going to make it right. They don't honor any "warranty" they say they will give you and are not a part of the BBB. They aren't to be trusted whatsoever and they know what they are doing to people.

Great service. Very honest and competent people.My daughter came home late one night and was terrified that her car was making a terrible noise and she was afraid to drive it to work the following day. I offered to drive her car to a shop that we had patronized many times. They told us it will be a week before they can get to drive it to diagnose the problem. I told them that from the kind of noise that I heard, it was from the exhaust and should be easy to fix but they won't bulge.Then I remembered that I had used the services of the Lansing Center back in the day when they were under a different name and management. We drove there and went into the office to discuss with the manager. He just asked for the car keys and called one of the technicians to drive it inside the shop. It took less than 5 minutes to fix the problem and to crown it, it was free. I was surprised and grateful at the same time.

The guys at Lansing Car Care always do a great job. They ll do their best to fit you into their schedule, even when it s a busy day, and they re straightforward about costs and pricing. They get the job done quickly, and provide excellent communication. You can t go wrong with this shop.

I had my vehicle in for lots of different repairs,on different occasions. They were very polite and helpful definitely cost friendly as well as hard working. I'd recommend Lansing Car Care to all my friends and family. The call taker Mike was very helpful and got my car in asap, was in and out in less than two hours for something most shops would've taken a day or two. thanks alot and a shout out to the owner that was very friendly

I've taken both personal and company vehicles here. These guys are just all around great to deal with. Service is always pretty quick and they communicate well. It's not a just a transaction with this shop, it's a friendship.

Great place. Great work. Awesome people and they wont mess with anything on your car but what you tell them unlike other places around lansing. Please support this place so they can get a bigger parking lot. Lol.

I went to pickup my vehicle on Friday, I have worked with the owners in the past and had a trust built up with them. After paying for the services done to my car, I went to find that my car had been cleaned out. Aftermarket radio, prescription Ray Ban sunglasses, Nike elite soccer cleats, boombox bluetooth speaker, all gone from my vehicle. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation, not once was I called stating my car was broken into, no glass broken or sign or forced entry. I have filed a police report and will be pursuing further. Will never be here again and am spreading the word to everyone I once recommended to come here. Unbelievable.

I will never reccomend this place. My muffler needed to be fixed. They said it was $800. I called muffler man and they said it would be $500 to fix my muffler and my back axle. If you wanna get robbed this is the place to go. If you're smart like me you would go to muffler man.

Im all for support of my local business when that business treats me with respect and integrity never again they will tell you ANYTHING don't warranty there work and wont use your parts after catching there mechanic in a lie the Blaming others and excuses came.. "support your local business." Goes both ways LCC

My mom took her car in to find out why it was over heating. They told her that she needed a new water pump, and since the water pump was bad, then her timing chain was "probably" bad too. Then said it would be almost $1000 to fix... She went back to get her car because she didn't want to pay that much. When she told the worker she was just gonna take her car, and have someone else do it, he got super rude, and told her she couldn't have her car back until she paid $50 for diagnostics. She was never told that there was a fee, and there was no reason for him to be rue, all because she didn't want to overpay.

They worked on my car and overcharged me like crazy and it didn't even fix the problem. It drove worse after they fixed on it. Nice guys but I won't go there again.

They took the time to cater to my needs!
