Last week I had a tire that was losing air rapidly so I went to the closet place I could find to get it fixed. It cost $37 to put a patch on and a 2 hour wait. On the side of the building was a sign saying free car wash with service but I was informed that it's not included with tire repair. Seems like you could throw in a car wash for that price.

I buy 89 octane. My car went through it like water. Very unusual occurrence. Store was clean outside and inside. But hey the pay at pump worked and I got my receipt.

Jake has always been very helpful. He researched an found us new wheels for our 2012 Chevy Tahoe. He is kind and efficient.

Great place to drive through a touchless carwash! The works is the best option!! We always stop by everytime we're near by Lake Lansing Mobil gas station. I even got a $5 gift card for downloading their Mobil app to pay at the pump with a credit card without swiping at the pump. This is a great option so you don't have to worry about fraud. Thanks Mobil for another great option!

I had my vehicle towed here on a flatbed tow truck after it broke down nearby. I was greeted by a rude station manager. After he told the driver where to park the vehicle, and the driver obliged, he grumbled about him not putting it exactly in the space. The following day I spoke with Jake who was also rude. I quickly made another plan to take my vehicle to another shop. Also, the quote to fix my vehicle from Jack was over $1000 MORE than the shop that eventually fixed the vehicle.

Small but convenient. The restroom was Ok. Parking is a little weird. Garage service and car wash if needed.

Fantastic auto repair service. My car broke down on way to Chicago and stopped here to see if they could troubleshoot. Jake jumped on it and quickly identified the problem which was quite extensive. They were able to take me in right away and had it all fixed within 24 hours. Additionally they checked other aspects and recommended additional preventive maintenance needed. Fair prices and just amazing, knowledgeable customer service.

Stopped in for fuel and some c-store items with my kids, was delighted to run into and talk to a local broadcasting legend for a brief moment. Also enjoyed a nice conversation with the man working the store.This has always been a clean, friendly environment.I have used the auto service in the past and have always found the technicians to be of great skill and knowledge... as well as the shop offering concise solutions to your vehicle's needs.I would not hesitate to use this establishment for any reason.

My battery died in the gas station parking lot that this place is connected to awhile ago. When I came in to ask for help, they treated me like I was dumb, told me it wasn't my battery that was dead, and I had to wait in the parking lot for a different car service to come. Turns out my battery was dead.

Jake, and the whole team really, are great! They take great care of my car and work with me, keeping me involved. They will explain what they need to fix and why, which has helped become more knowledgeable about my car.

The touch less car wash is very nice. Reason for 4 stars is I bought the premium car wash specially because it advertises that it removes bugs which it definitely did not. I had to pressure wash the front of my car the same day.

I bring my car here for every little thing. Jake is honest and trustworthy. If I bring my car in for an oil change and he happens to find another issue he will tell me how long I have before it becomes urgent. I ll never go anywhere else

I would recommend Lake Lansing Road Mobil services to friends and family.Before visiting, I knew my vehicle needed a lot of TLC and I've visited many other mechanics around town. What I really like about this place is that I am comfortable trusting Jake and everyone else there. Repairs may not be cheap but the diagnosis and work I've had done here is all in the best interest of my car. I had a tire with a slow leak and I needed it patched or replaced as soon as possible, as we only have one car. I called a few places and nobody could get me in right away, and besides that I would have had to leave my car for half a day to get the tire patched.So I called Lake Lansing Road Mobile (less than a mile from my house, I should have called them first) and Jake in the service department was the one I spoke to and he asked if I could be there in 20 minutes. After he took a look at the tire, the wheel was seized onto the car and he couldn't get it off with a rubber mallet, which meant he might have to use a metal hammer on the wheel, which would result in more parts/repairs on the metal wheel. Jake came to the waiting room and explained how hard he tried to get the wheel off with the rubber mallet without damaging it, but it just didn't look good.I appreciated him talking it over with me, he really wanted to make sure I understood what the issue was and that I agreed before he took any more action. So I told him to do whatever he needed to do to get the wheel off. A while later he came back to the waiting room and told me he was able to get the tire off without damaging it after all, I was really pleased! A simple patch job after all. He also gave me guidance about which tires would need to be replaced before winter, etc.Jake clearly understands customer service as much as he understands cars. And before I left he mentioned that I was due for an oil change, which I thought was brilliant, and I happily said please do it.My car just got out of warranty and I'll need to start paying for repairs soon. I'm 57 years old so I have been to a lot of shops and mechanics in my life. Shops that don't try to gouge you and honest mechanics like Jake are hard to come by. Jake earned Lake Lansing Road Mobile a new loyal auto repair customer, and I will continue to recommend Lake Lansing Mobile to people for trusted car repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It's easy to overlook the service component of this station, but it's there and they do a great job. I had a problem with what turned to be related to the transmission. I booked an appt online and was able to get it in the next day. Jake quickly identified the ssue and also noticed a number of additional issues with the car. I knew about these and was going to get them fixed eventually, but he did a thorough inspection, identified all the issues, gave me a reasonable quote and promptly fixed everything. There were a lot of things, so the price tag added up, but the cost was very reasonable. Overall the service and communication was great. I moved the the area relatively recently and am glad to have a reliable place for car service in the neighborhood.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I went to Lake Lansing Mobil on 4/28/21 for a oil change! It took 6 quarts of oil at $7.89 a quart for a total of $47.34. Every time I go to a Auto parts store I purchase oil and am only charged $2.89 a quart. So at Lake Lansing Mobil it is $5.00 more per quart which is expensive! Then I had the 6 spark plugs changed at a cost of $37.19 each for a total of $223.14! Then I had the Antifreeze changed and it took 2 gallons at a cost of $25.69 per gallon for a total of $51.38. I was shocked when I went to pick up my SUV and saw how much I was charged and I felt it was totally outrageous! Then I took my SUV in on 12/16/21 for service and when I went to pick it up I was told the oil had been changed! I was surprised since I had just had it changed 6 months earlier! The cost was $11.29 a quart or a total of $67.74! The increase in the quart of oil was $3.40 more per quart then I paid 6 months earlier on 4/28/21! On 1/14/22 I took my SUV in as it needed a new alternator! I was promised on Friday at 9:00am that it would be ready to be picked up that afternoon! I had not heard from Jake at 3:00pm so I called to see if it was finished! Greg answered the phone and told me he didn't think he would have it done that afternoon but Monday! I think they took other cars that came in after mine repaired first! I told Greg I wanted to talk to Jake he told me Jake was out on a test drive! I told Greg to have Jake call me when he returned! Jake never called me and my SUV wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until Monday! So Jake had my SUV for 4 days to fix it! I called Jake and authorized he perform the service on my SUV! That would of given him 8 hours to finish the repairs by Friday afternoon and he Didn't! I had to rent a vehicle for the weekend since the repairs wouldn't be finished! I will not be going back to Lake Lansing Mobil again since the parts are astronomical! I can take my SUV to the Dealer and the repairs and parts will be cheaper!

The touchless carwash is my go to carwash in Lansing/East Lansing. It has four cleaning options. But it can get backed up on nice days.

My longtime auto mechanic retired. My brakes were making noises; so I decided to go to the Lake Lansing Mobil station because it is close by. They could have repaired all four brakes, did only the rear telling me the front ones were still OK, but that they should be watched.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I like the guy that works the counter. I, however, didn't care for the mechanic who came out to tell me I couldn't work on my car there. The radiator popped and I was adding water to leave. If this was a ploy to get me to leave it there for service, it had the opposite effect. I'd never hire anyone who came off as rude.

Called in for a tow, and I was told it would be about 20m. Waited for 1h 45m. No contact from the company at all. Call in and the guy tells me his partner was supposed to call me back and tell me it would be 40m instead of 20m.Last I checked 1h 45m is more than 40m. I understand things happen, but it is not acceptable to be 1h 25m late without any contact and no update to when they will actually be here.Called them to cancel so I can give my money to a competitor. I can't imagine a company being this unprofessional. Glad, that I didn't have them repairing my car.

Told me eveything that was wrong with my car but what I sent it in for. Took it to Outback auto next day east fix two oxygen sensors. They charged me $200 in diagnosis and didnt fix a thing I love the gas station but these guys will rob you if you let them..

One of the last true all in one service stations left. Polite and help full staff. Extremely cheap gas but I'm from Florida. Will go out of way to give them my business next time I in Lansing.

I go to this mobil all the time. The same couple of guys are always working. The pumps work and will authorize even when they are closed with the speed pass app. It's always clean. Also the have great deals on gas. Especially when you get a carwash. They have bogo coupons for carwashes on the back of Kroger receipts.
