The service I received from La Fontaine Collision was outstanding! The body work is perfect, and they detailed every inch of my Blazer, both its exterior and interior. I expected they would run it through the car wash, but I had no expectation that it would be detailed. It looks like BRAND NEW. I appreciated the free loaner car they provided me and was really impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience I ve ever had at a body shop. Had my vehicle a week shy of two months for some paint repairs on my vehicle. Tried to give it back to me with parts still on my floor and parts in the back floor board. Dust covered almost every part of my vehicle. Asked if they would get me a towel so I could clean out my car and they actually went and got me one. Was then asked if they could keep my car as they needed to polish something. So, I came back the next day only to inspect the paint and realizing they missed a whole section as well as nicked my front hood hinge. Showed them both spots and they kept the vehicle for an additional two weeks. Came back to get the car a third time and the nick is still in the front hinge and I m missing two hinge pin screws in my doors.I m just glad they were not working on anything Internally.

This was a nightmare experience for me. The initial time frame and estimate were extended, fine that was fair. I got my vehicle back and things were not right. I take it back to them and they immediately start telling me this was nothing to do with the work they did but leave it there and they ll look at it. They tow my truck to another place without telling me, the discover it was low on coolant. They put coolant in and they attempt charge me $300 for a tow and for coolant. I had to contact my insurance adjuster who immediately agreed that the work on the radiator would have effected the coolant levels and said insurance would cover it. When I got my truck back the second time the back up sensors were messed up and my back brake pads were shredded to metal (likely from the tow they didn t tell me they were going to do) I will never go back. The staff was rude and combative throughout the experience, they told me they didn t do work to the radiator but the insurance adjuster said based on the paperwork they turned in that they did. It was awful

They do amazing work. The technicians here are the best. Fast and friendly with new state of the art equipment. The pricing is extremely competitive.

I liked being able to stop by without an appointment to get an estimate to repair my car. This place works with my insurance company, so it ended up being hassle-free. Dave answered all my questions, and I received an email with a copy of the quote later that day. It took about 20 minutes to get it all done. My car is scheduled for repair. I hope the techs do as good a job as the estimator!

I hit a deer with my 2018 Ram 1500 Night Edition, LaFontaine Body Shop did an excellent job of getting all parts replaced, repainting my bumper and reshaping around the headlamp. Took a few weeks because it was winter time and turn around wasn't probably as good as summer, but other than that they did a thorough job of getting all things replaced and even detailed my truck! Thank you so much for the great service you provided! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them should you ever need some body work or an insurance claim done on your vehicle. I know if I have issues in the future with anything that they will get it fixed up again... thoroughly! (Front end collision, see "before" and "after" photos below)

I am so grateful I happened to call this business one morning. I had a lake of water in my trunk that I had just discovered and most of my trunk was wet and smelled like mold. Roy worked on my trunk for about 2 hours fixing the leak, getting the water out and drying it. This was such a blessing to me because I'm a senior citizen, am mobility challenged and couldn't even lift the tire out of the trunk. I can never thank Roy enough for what he did for me and how much it meant. I know this is a collision center and typically wouldn't fix a leak in a person's trunk, but they took the time and effort to help me. I would definitely recommend this business... They are caring, professional and will take great care of you. Thank you so much again Roy and to the LaFontaine Collision Center.

I had warranty work performed on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, and they did an outstanding job. 4 doors and the hood had some corrosion defects that they were able to correct and paint. The paint matched perfectly, decals were put on correctly, and everyone was pleasant and easy to work with.They are a very busy shop. I had to schedule well in advance, but it was worth the wait for quality work.

I had my vehicle repaired at La Fontaine collision and body shop. I don t drive very many miles. I know that I am driving more and being less than two years my front of my car is shaking rattling. I ve talk to the service manager set up a time to meet couldn t make it try to set up another one. I went the next day and now I m playing phone tag her hide seek. I will update my review after my experience working with the manager. Not good so far getting the run around.

Won t be working with them again! Tired of companies treating African Americans a certain way! Will be calling corporate after dealing with them today! Wouldn t give me loaner vehicle because worker thought I would drive car for business when I was venting letting him know I drive my car for business and I can t be without for 2 weeks! NOT FOR ME TO DRIVE THEIR VEHICLE! then worker put phone down while I was talking and Roy picked it up and just automatically started talking not even listening to what I was saying! The valet company that is paying for the damages they caused on my car picked them, otherwise I would not have went to them! Go to shaheen collision center they are better

I will not do business with any place connected to Lafontaine. I bought a truck from them and it has sat first with a blown engine. Then after that they would not cover it under warranty so I paid to have it replaced myself. Now the transmission is bad and they have a service bulletin on the transmission but will not replace it either. Now it sits again unable to be driven but still making payments on it. If you do any business with them watch out for yourself. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this like I have.

Horrible, took vehicle in for body repair due to accident. They replaced a nice headlight with a used light and has had leaking on the passenger side since. Was told they would make right but we have yet to receive a call back. It's been a year.Updated 04/2023-it has been more than a year and still no call back. The car does not drive nor start because water hasd some circuits. No leaking or damage prior to service. May be a civil issue at this point.Service: Body & Trim

Thanks again for fixing the damage to my door that happened during it's last oil change at the dealership. There was no charge for the repair and the detail job looks great. Highly recommend this body shop. Everyone is professional and friendly. They were the one shop I found that was willing to work with me on what I wanted to fix rather than the "all or nothing" route; this meant my bid came in at HALF what the other 3 bids were! Laurie was great and got me set up and kept me up-to-date on progress. My car was only in for 2 days (again half what the other bids stated) and then it was done EARLY! Beautiful job by Mark on the repair--vehicle looks good as new (inside and out) and I'm confident they will stand behind their work. Would use them again if needed and now I am planning my next oil change at their service shop, hoping to get the same great customer service!

John and Joseph in the body shop was so professional. My truck was towed to the body shop after hitting a deer about a month or so ago. They were so helpful with my insurance claim after being under so much stress. The extra time and over the top help was beyond my belief. I would refer anyone to THIS body shop. Give them a chance. They will be honest whether it's in their power to take care of a situation. Thanks John and Joseph you both were so understanding and easy to work with.

Roy was awesome. He was kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The team did an excellent job repairing my car. They even cleaned it for me, which was nice. I received a loaner car as well. If you want great customer care and quality service, I would recommend getting your car repaired there.

They did warranty work on my 2019 jeep Rubicon. THEY did a great job. They painted all four doors and the hood. Zero hassles and great customer service.

I hit a deer with my new car and was able to get it into the collision center right away . While my car was in the shop I was given a 2018 Jeep Wrangler to drive until mine was done. The staff at Lafontaine was very friendly, professional and kept me informed of everything that was going on. I am very impressed with their work and highly recommend them .Service: Body & Trim

I was satisfied with the work but not the communication level. Call your customer and provide an update when an unforeseen delay comes up.The customer should not find out the day the vehicle is supposed to be ready. Then no call again the second time it was going to be delayed by yet another day. The only time I received an update was when I called in and it usually took two to three phone calls after leaving a voicemail to reach a live person who would give me an update.

I have taken my vehicles here a few times, nothing but great experiences. They ve helped us with loaner cars and fixed damages and had my vehicles back looking brand new.Will definitely head back for my auto body needs.Service: Body & Trim

I had never been in a serious car accident before. LaFontaine Collision Center walked me through every step and made sure I was taken care of. They provided me a loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed, and my car was fixed in a very timely manner. Great customer service, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

They wer2 very helpful and explained the whole process. I felt like they truly cared. Plus when my car rental ended with my insurance they loaned me a Charger for free! My car looked like great and they even detailed it!

I am usually very wary about who I take my car to, but I was recommended La Fontaine's body shop and I'm not disappointed! My car looks brand new. Casey the body tech did a great job on the repair and the manager, John, was extremely nice and seemed to really care about providing the best experience possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for body work.

I don't usually trust businesses with my car, and use friends to fix my vehicle. The guys seemed very honest and talked to me like i was a human being not paycheck. My car is definitely in better shape than when I brought it in. Casey was very nice and I would go back to those guys again and would recommend them to anyone!

LaFontaine collision shop was willing to work within my budget. They even were able to replace parts not on the insurance adjustment. I was very pleased with the work and time frame. The office management were helpful and courteous. I will use them again in the future. I highly recommended there services.

This shop was phenomenal. My vehicle needed the entire drivers side repaired. The repairs were completed a week ahead of schedule and look perfect! John and Casey went the extra mile to ensure the whole experience was pleasant.

I was absolutely blown away with the service I had!! They went above and beyond what I ever expected. Then the detail they did on my truck!!! Joseph did and absolutely amazing job, again he went above and beyond to make the inside look brand new!! I will never take my truck for repairs or detailing to anyone else.
