Jessie was very helpful during the time that my vehicle was waiting for a part. He communicated with me mostly every week, listened to my frustrations and explained that the part was on back order. I really appreciate Jessie and feel like with his knowledge and experience, he should receive a promotion.

Have been dealing with them since I have had my GMC and Buick, so it's been several years now. I have always worked with Jesse, a wonderful person that keeps you informed through the full process no matter how big or small. The regular maintenance that needs to be done, is so wonderful I can go to Jesse and he has his team do a wonderful job.

Appointment setting for routine oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Service done all in one day, while I waited. Jesse in Service , was AWESOME. He explained everything. He didn't push a whole lot of things that needed to be done. Thanks Jesse!

Great car buying experience!! Mike Doyle was fantastic and took great care of me through the whole process!! He was not pushy at all, which I appreciated so much!! He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and never tried to talk me into something I didn't want just because they didn't have exactly what I wanted immediately!! I did a test drive on a Tuesday and by the following Friday I was driving away in my new Buick Envista, which I absolutely love by the way!! Andrea in financing was excellent to work with too!! Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all!! Same as Mike, she never tried to talk me into something I didn't want, and she helped me secure what I asked for. She also got me an EXCELLENT interest rate compared to the rates everywhere else. Overall, wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!! Be sure to ask for Mike Doyle, he'll take care of you!!

I went in on a whim to look for a truck. Walked into the dealership and two gentlemen greeted me, that's when I met Ron McComb. This is when my fabulous experience started. He was patient letting me test drive 4? or 6? trucks during heavy traffic time. We had a blast! Every truck I drove he genuinely asked what I liked. I feel like he could pick-up what I was looking for in the first test drive. He is straight forward and honest. I also didn't know we live in the same town, and when I drove up with my van he said, "My wife and I love this van, the sloth decal we see all the time around town!" 5 out of 5 stars!We also financed there and had fast paperwork/Docupad experience with Andrea

The process was so easy! Brent started the process over the phone. Had me send the necessary documents via phone. He communicated efficiently and answered all our questions. Everything was so timely and such an ease. Then we finished the process and paperwork in person. Everyone was so kind and made it stress free! Highly recommended working with Brent!

I am so happy with my new car! The whole team was very friendly and helpful but the shining star was Amber Baker. Amber kept me updated through every step of the process and worked diligently to find me the right deal. Buying a car can be so stressful, picking the right one, managing the payments, etc. Amber found me the car that is just right for me and gave me the best deal possible. I highly recommend :)

My husband and I had a very good experience shopping for a SUV at LaFontaine of Lansing. They have a huge inventory of vehicles to choose from. When we first got there we were immediately greeted by a friendly salesman, Mike Doyle. We really enjoyed working with Mike as he helped us find the perfect SUV! We are now the proud owners of a 2023 GMC Terrain! We love it! Thanks, Mike!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful especially during the stressful time of the day during the thunderstorm and tornado. They helped me walk out of the dealership with my first car and on budget. Again wonderful people and a wonderful experience

Sales staff: Brent & AmberCan I give 10 stars? I have to leave a review for LaFontaine Ford also. I had a ford with numerous issues due to a recall that I needed to trade in, and wanted a new GMC pickup, that I had actually ordered from another dealer closer to Detroit who failed to communicate with me at all, even when I inquired, about the status of my order. A simple reply of "The truck has not arrived" would have kept me happy with the other dealer. I called LaFontaine because they had a truck matching what I wanted, talked to Brent, explained my issue with the Ford. Brent wanted to confirm the truck was still on the lot before I drove the hour plus drive so he said he would call me back. Brent called me back not once, but twice, all within probably 10 minutes, confirming the truck I wanted was there and he assured me they could work out a deal with my Ford. Brent was unfortunately busy when I arrived but he passed me off to Amber who was just as great to work with, had answers when I asked, and if she did not have the answer she didn't hesitate to say "let me go ask someone who does have that answer" rather than just try to give me a fluff answer like some sales people do. Nobody has every answer so I would much rather honesty than fluff! The entire team was great, sales, management, finance, it might be silly to say but I definitely know why their slogan is "The family deal."They were also able to without a single question or concern get me a fair value on my trade in that had plenty of issues, saving me a HUGE headache. I will be back again in the near future to purchase a Buick from this dealership also.

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at this location yesterday. Customer service was flawless. Zach had everything ready to go for me when I got there and got me everything I needed in my deal. The sales manager Alex was who I signed all my paperwork with was exceptionally professional and detailed throughout the process. He had me in and out within an hour while still answering every question I had. A+ job by both guys!

Kevin was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for my wife for the right price. He provided excellent customer service to us by helping with a few specific requests with the vehicle and overall exceeded our expectations. He even had a hot wheels toy that he gave to our toddler to keep her busy. Overall great experience at the dealership and will likely return.

I worked with Aaron on getting my car serviced through their service department and he was Amazing! He communicated with me regularly about updates on my vehicle. He went above and beyond in making sure all my services were done as well as checking my warranty to get as many things covered as possible. When shipping went longer he provided me a rental that was covered through my warranty. Overall, I greatly appreciated his hard work and commitment to giving me the best service!

I stopped by and was helped by Timothy. Hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. He was super helpful, professional and honest through the entire process. I truly feel like he cared and wanted me to get the best deal possible. With Tim s help I was able to finance my very first car and he walked me the whole way through. If you re thinking about stopping by, I would 100% recommend. Everyone there is so friendly and you won t have to deal with all the gimmicks other dealerships put you through. So glad I m a LoFontaine customer!

My wife and I were out shopping for a mid size SUV. After a few disappointing stops, we stopped at LaFontaine Buick GMC. We were greeted by a salesman named Mike Doyle. He asked us a few questions and then showed us a few cars that fit our criteria. One of them was a 2023 GMC Terrain. It had all of the features and options that we were looking for. Mike was friendly and very knowledgable. Thanks to him, the purchase process went very smoothly and we drove away with our new car that afternoon. I would like to add, LaFontaine has the largest selection of used cars of any of the dealerships that we visited. Thanks Mike, we love the car!

Updated Review: Tried calling on another day and have had decent communication since.No one answering the phone. Tried four times and nothing. Selected sales via the Automated system . Nothing. Just a guy trying to buy a truck. Wow
