I ordered 2 Headlights for my truck. I liked the prices and the quality. The staff in Lansing was very friendly and helpful. The restrictions for in person contact are very understandable. Loved the parts and prices. Great job Keystone Lansing!!!!! I will be back when I need parts.

Great place for parts just wish they were a little bigger like some of the other LKQ (their affiliate but maybe that's an ordinance issue?) so you could pull your own parts and get an even better discount. Otherwise my hubby loves this place for the deals.

Ordered a part from this company back in the beginning of March. It was not even picked up until 4/14 from the company. I had to make 3 different phone calls to see why this had still not been delivered. They gave me the excuse multiple times that someone needed to be home, i had already explained previously that I work from home and delivery at any time of day was fine. I finally received this part mid May. Upon opening I discovered it was the wrong part. Called this company again and was on hold for a total of 45 minuets to return the wrong part and order the correct one. In that time all that was accomplished was the return process so I decided I would not be purchasing from this company again. It is now 6/15 and the part has been delivered back to the company by ups, I am still waiting for my refund. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Have to love talking to a lady on the phone asking her if she has engines available for different cars and she giving me attitude like it's not worth her time to look it up even though I was looking to purchase 10-20 Engines. I won't waste my time here again.

called and had the extreme displeasure of dealing with a Wayne LKQ employee. The sales reps in Wayne WILL treat you like a Sub Human Mongrel. I made the mistake of dealing with these people - my bad but never again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I fix up a few cars and I get quite a few parts from Keystone in Lansing and Bruce and Ermina are both very very good and take good care of me
