I've been doing business with Jerry's Automotive for thirty years. Jerry, the founder, set very high standards which were followed by his son and now grandson Chris. Jerry's Automotive have serviced several of my classic cars, specialty vehicles and daily drivers and they do not disappoint. Chris, the owner, is the absolute best at customer service. The staff are professional, friendly and certified. Chris always gives a follow-up call to confirm that the problem was solved and that I was pleased with the service. This is a standard that I experienced for three generations of that family. Chris even gives a CHRISTmas and New Year's call to say thank you for the business. I can't say enough about the wonderful service from Jerry's Automotive.

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now, but I've been so busy driving my car since the guys at Jerry's fixed it for me. I couldn't be happier! They were upfront and honest, told me exactly what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. They very reasonable too, what I got done could've easily been double the cost if i went to the dealership. Thank you guys so much and I'll be back if needed in the future (hopefully not too soon )

I have been coming to Jerry s for several years now. I have always been extremely satisfied with my overall experience. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They take time to make sure I understand what is going on with my car, what work is needed, and what the work will cost. The cost of repairs is fair and reasonable. They do a really great job! The waiting area is clean, with good music and comfortable chairs. I highly recommend David or anyone else at Jerry s Automotive.

I've been going to Jerry's for years now. It's a clean and honest place to have your vehicle looked over and worked on. All the staff are pretty great with communication. As a women trust is very important when not knowing a thing about fixing a car. They make me comfortable leaving my vehicle to be fixed and even offer a ride from dropping it off to picking me up to get my car. There's no surprises in the bill. I will never go anywhere else but Jerry's.

Looking for honest, reasonable place! Jerry's is Definitely it! They are more then reliable! There professional, dependable. A car place that has standards and truly care about people! Not just money! These guys are truly hard workers and have my respect! Give it time but they will definitely get you right! Jerry's

I always worry about leaving honest reviews but here goes. These guys are awesome, like seriously!!! I loved getting the text updates about the status of my vehicle, they included pictures so you could see what they were looking at, they communicated amazingly, and even though my repair wasn't what I was expecting, it was way better than I thought it was going to be. I will for sure be entrusting all my repairs to these guys. Thank you Chris and Leroy and to whoever worked on my car, I feel safe driving it again.

I have been in the auto parts business for over 30 years here in the Lansing area. Jerry's has always been synonymous for quality work at an honest and fair price. With a combined 60+ years of mechanical experience, Jerry's techs are some of the best I know. Chris, a third generation owner, makes sure they stay up to date on all the latest technologies. In my opinion, with Chris's commitment to the highest standard of service, Jerry's is the best all around full service auto repair shop in the greater Lansing area.

I been a customer for a while , every time that I have an issue with any of my vehicles I don t hesitate to call this guys. They are honest people trying to help the hard working people to get back on the road without emptying your bank account, if it s a repair not worth doing it they tell you upfront. I trust mike and all the guys that work there with my car repairs. If you are looking for an honest shop and excellent customer service look no more Jerry s Automotive is the place. Thank you guys for all your hard work it surely pays off.

My experience with Jerry's Automotive was a very positive experience. I have had many repairs done to my vehicle and I will continue to go there. The staff are very courteous and efficient. I dealt with Chris most of the time and appreciate him and his staff for doing a good job. I would definitely recommend Jerry's Automotive to have repairs done on a vehicle.

The guys at Jerry s are more than thorough! Every time I ve had any issues with my vehicle, these guys go above and beyond to make sure I leave there feeling safe and comfortable in the work that has been done! I HIGHLY recommend Jerrys! I've gone to Jerry's Automotive for more than 20 years. My technicians have changed, my vehicles have changed, but the professionalism, quality of work, kind service, and best prices in town have NOT changed. Jerry's Automotive stands behind their work and are honest in their assessment of service. With this economy, people are keeping their vehicles longer as buying new is unaffordable. Jerry's is a partner in maintaining your vehicle.

Wonderful experience here at Jerry s today. Communication was fantastic sending pictures and videos to my phone with their findings. Car was fixed on time as promised at a fair rare. This is our new fo to place for repairs thank you Jerry's for being a shop we cam trust.

I recently had a car that could not be fixed, I trusted their opinion and now looking for another car, I will be taking to Jerry's to have it checked over. I just wanted to say, Chris and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I dropped my Jeep off this morning, with NO expectations to have them look at it, I was just greatful Chris let me bring it in. By that afternoon they had contacted me to let me know what was wrong & the price to fix it. I was beyond shocked, how fair the proce was, how kind Leroy was explaining everything and being so attentive and calling me to let me know what was going on & how long it would take. They even sent me pictures via text of what was wrong. Will recommend Jerry's to anyone I know that needs car repair.Thanks again, guys

We were traveling to the west side of the state. The Jeep started shaking and making awful sounds. We were 45 miles from home, but didn t think we d make it back. We found Jerry s at 3pm. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had us back on the road in 2 hours. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. Thank you for saving the day!!!!

You want your car fixed right the first time? Go to Jerry's. Yeah it's more expensive than some backyard mechanic. But they are very honorable and honest with you. Family owned business by generations of great people. Jerry's automotive = quality work and care.

I went to Jerry s thinking I felt something underneath the floor on the driver side. Did not have a clue what it could be. They looked it over and told me there was nothing wrong I was still concerned and the mechanic went as far as telling me he guaranteed the car was safe to drive. That was a year and a half ago. No problem ever developed. He knew what he was doing. I gave them an opportunity to take advantage of me and they took the highroad. I trust Jerrys Automotive.

I honestly can t say enough about Jerrys. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. from the front lawn to the garage bays, everything looks well maintained and organized ( you can tell a lot about a garage just by looking around ) but what made me a life time customer was the guys behind the counter. The first time I came in I had an old Ford that hadn t seen the road in a few yrs and that s when I met David. I told Dave I didn t know what was wrong but I want to fix it and here s my budget. This man went through the whole truck and called me back with a game plan. We went through every option and price point. We agreed on a plan and two days sooner than expected and pleasantly under budget, I m driving my old Ford down the road with a smile. That was four yrs ago and just the first of many pleasant experiences I ve had at Jerrys. These guys are transparent and honest. Most shops are looking to make money, Jerrys is looking to gain a customer.

Jerry's to the rescue! So there I was, stranded at Target with a starter that didn't start getting the side-eye in the way that only a teen girl can throw shade with. Luckily my starter had 1 start left in it after a conversation with my tire iron. I drove straight to Jerry's after reading all of the good reviews on the Dimondale FB community page and I wasn't disappointed. They were friendly, reasonably priced, quick and did a great job. I'll definitely be going back.... hopefully without the teen girl side-eye next time.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Clint has worked on my car several times and I m always happy with his service! I won t take my car anywhere else when it needs repairs!

I love going to Jerrys, I have been going there for about 5 years. I have never had a problem with them. They stand behind there work, they are honest and reasonable with the prices. I would recommend them all day long!!!!!

Great experience at Jerry s. Replaced my engine after it blew up and they beat competitors pricing and installed the new engine within 1-2 days. They ve done my brakes, oil changes, etc. Mike s a mechanical wizard. Chris always exceeds expectations.

I could not recommend this team enough. My dad had an issue with his car, and Chris took the time to research the issue. It might be covered under warranty and saved my dad $8600. Chris did not have to do this, and for that, this shop will always have my business. Thank you so much!

Had a new exhaust system out on from motor to exhaust. At least I thought I did. That s what I was told. Jan 11, 2023 was the service date. Charge was 831.24. Fast forward to todays date. The car is louder than ever. Looked underneath and it s rusted. Called the shop. Got told if it s something they did they would look at it. If not I have to pay. I was under the impression everything was replaced new. It wasn t. I tried to read off the work they did from the invoice but he wasn t interested. I have pictures if you want to see them. Treated me like I m at fault for expecting to get what I was told I paid for. Invoice number 47079

Always been the only shop I take my vehicles too. And today solidified that even more. Highly recommend, there Beyond fair and they've never tried upselling any problems like alot of places try too.
