Unfortunately, my transmission went out on my Jeep. I made some calls to different places and selected Holt Auto Service to replace the transmission. I had my daughter take her cars in to get repaired and they have always done a great job and very reasonable on price as well as the amount of time to finish the job.They are the kind of company that makes you feel comfortable with no fears you are getting taken advantage of.Mush appreciated the work they did.

Holt Auto Service did an excellent job repairing my son's vehicle and quicker than promised. I had the vehicle towed to Holt on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Dustin and he told me that they probably would not be able to get to it until after Thanksgiving. Holt diagnosed and informed me of the issue and repair costs on Monday and my son picked up the fixed vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. Dustin was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Holt Auto Service for your auto repair needs.

Fantastic customer support and service! I needed a strut bushing pressed out and replaced. I called 10+ shops in the area that couldn t do it and found Holt Auto Service could took care of it for me ASAP!

Did not tell me exactly everything that was wrong with my vehicle when it was in there they did a diagnostic and they didn't do a detailed inspection I wanted and I didn't find out anything that was wrong with it until I took it to another shop

These guys are amazing. They got my SUV in and out quickly, and kept me up to date on its status throughout its time in the shop. The service advisor answered all of my questions and left me no doubts that my car was in good hands. Sent my boyfriends truck here for a wiring issue while in their possession they left the vehicle unsecured in their lot someone broke in and stole 1000 s of dollars worth of equipment. Now there is something broken in the steering column!! The communication from this shop absolutely sucks. Their customer service is horrendous all they care about is money. They are super shady..when the break in happened we asked to see the footage and they said they don t work! They have a fenced in lot but couldn t be bothered to secure the truck in there until after the truck was broken into!!! Stay away stay far away!!Service: Electrical

The team at Holt Auto did a fine job. I called on a Monday to request service and had my truck dropped off that evening. I explained the situation and they were able to take a quick look to diagnose the problem. Done perfectly, honestly and well ahead of time. As much as they do exceptional work, their customer service is topnotch also. The first auto shop that has sent me an update of their findings, before digging in, through text. This link included a photo of said issue(s)...with granular details. This transparency breeds trust! I've had an oil pressure sensor replaced as well as front and rear brakes/rotors in a 3 week span.Highly recommend Services: Brake service & repair, Electrical system service & repair

Our vehicle has been at this shop for over a month! Everytime we call for an update we receive plenty of excuses, but no help. They couldn't figure out what was wrong, so instead of digging in and doing the work, they parked it outside and let it sit for over 2 weeks. We were told it was first come first serve, but obviously that is only for quick fix problems. Still no idea what to do or when we will see our vehicle again. Very angry and unimpressed

This is my 2nd visit to Holt Auto Service after a recommendation from another shop. I've had some major work done on my car and I've been happy with their service and communication. Still have some issues with the car and they offered to get me back in asap. I would recommend Holt auto, good service and communication. They are willing to correct any mistakes on their part.Brakes should have been replaced in September when I took my vehicle in the first time, but when I took it back in January for the same issue they replaced the brakes for me free of charge.Service: Brake service & repair

Dustan and Dave helped me evaluate a Ford Transit Connect and took care of required brake service. Courteous and conscientious. Have recommended them to others and will continue to take the Ford in when it needs servicing and any work.

Our van broke down on the way from Grand Rapids to Detroit right before our flight was going to leave. We decided to just drop it off at this place and Uber to the airport. Holt Auto Repair couldn't have been any nicer or accomodating to our unusual predicament. They were prompt, handled all of our questions and had our van waiting out front with the keys locked in it so that we could pick it up on Saturday when they were closed. Highly recommend. Had my vehicle in for service, 400miles later the repair failed. So I had to pay for a tow and additional maintenance that the shop alleges were necessary. Yet no mention of an issue with the prior service. I m certain you scammed me! 400miles and an alternator fails? Not likely.

I just went to these guys for the first time. I feel that for $2.6k, I got a TON of work done on my '11 Forester. I appreciate that they even sent me pictures of some of the parts in question, so I could see for myself what needed to be done. They undercut local competition by quite a bit, and my car is still running MUCH better than before I brought it in, even after it's been back on the road for a minute. They have my repeat business for sure.

Took my suv due to a gas leak, the smell was notice during a tire change.They have a jey drop off box for after hours that I used a Sunday night, my suv was fixed and ready Monday afternoon.The shop was clean and organized, very happy with the service.My go to auto service shop from now on.

Very pleased with the quality and value of the work preformed on my vehicle. They preformed a through inspection of the brake system and the rest of the vehicle, then recommended the necessary repairs to brakes and completed them in a timely manner.
