Got me in for repairs quickly, great customer service.Edit: picked up my car - very happy! My car came back clean, the entire staff was fun and wonderful, and the repair job was fantastic. Hopefully I won't need my car fixed again, but if I do, I'll be back to Gerber

This place was the worst collision shop I have ever worked with. Their organization was awful. I called at least 5 times asking if the part to my car was in the shop and was always told they would call me back and let me know but they never did. I would never take your car to this collision shop. I have been waiting 4 months to get my car fixed and have received no information when calling and have only gotten blown off.

I can't recommend Gerber Collision & Glass enough. This was my first time going through the process of getting my car repaired after an accident and the staff were extremely helpful. They provided updates twice a week while working on my car and were able to work with my insurance company when additional repairs needed to be done that weren't initially noted in the appraisal. The entire process went super smoothly. I got my car back and I can honestly say it's never looked better (they clean it before giving it back to you!). Thank you to the whole Gerber team!

Done when promised. Quick with repairs on vehicle's! Would definitely recommend this place to other people in need of repairs! The only thing that I am not happy about was that only one wheel well covering was fastened back on, when both sides were unfastened!

Professional and courteous staff, Josh provided status updates twice a week by phone/voicemail. The insurance company didn't help the process, by sending my claim to the wrong Gerber, but these guys sorted that out, and did a great job on the car after a nasty 55mph front end collision with a deer. I feel confident bringing my vehicle back to this location. Also a very clean looking shop Thanks again Josh & Nicole

Repair work can be pricey at a lot of auto body shops but they do great work which has ALWAYS held up well and they have great employees. I had two pieces of trim broken off my car from a "touch-free" car wash and went in for an estimate after having previously positive repair experiences. They took my car into the shop and quickly repaired one piece with no charge, then they quoted me about $11 to order a new clip and repair the other piece that was physically broken. Good customer support like this is why I go back to them - keep up the good work!

I stopped in here randomly today as part of the under carriage of my car was dragging on the ground. They were able to fix it on the spot! I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was so very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and attention to detail they provided. It is obvious when a company takes pride in their work. We got our car back cleaner than it was the day we bought it new. I would recommend them to anyone.

This auto shop, at the Kalamazoo Street Lansing location, offered me the absolute worst experience with car repairs I have ever had. Their work guarantee is worth absolutely nothing, and I would not recommend ever using their services. I brought my car in for a relatively simple repair, reattaching the bumper clip on one side. For $140 they attached some tabs, did not actually repair the clip, and this repair crumbled after 3 weeks of regular driving. When I took it back in for them to fix their shoddy craftsmanship, they informed me that they could not offer me any repairs or refund due to "new damage" that was found after a very brief inspection. New damage from driving on a road, as cars are intended to do. In reality their "repair" ripped more off my car the second time, and they therefore refused to fix it. They did however offer a "new and sure fix", for $150 more, that for some reason was not offered the first time. I ended up fixing it myself for $10 to avoid any further damage or scams from these "auto professionals". DO NOT bring your car here unless you want several weeks of headaches, and to lose money.

Seriously the sweetest guys. Whenever I've had problems, they've helped me out in a way I can understand and at an excellent rate. I brought in a bulb last week when everywhere else was refusing to fix my Mazda headlight and they fixed it in less than 15 min for FREE. I was shocked because I had tried 3 other places before I called in. Last year they fixed my side mirror that was COMPLETELY broken off and my window motors within a very short time frame. They're the only ones I trust in the area with my car. Make sure you check them out if you need a repair, especially with trickier cars. Never rude. Never expensive. Always fast. Always get it right.

I hit a deer with my Subaru and ended up choosing this Vision Collision to do the repairs. They were very professional, and my car looks like new again! Their 3-for-free rental car deal was a life saver also, since I don't pay to have a rental car on my insurance. I would definitely take my car here again, but hope i don't have to =)

I was rear ended and brought my car to this location through State Farm Insurance. They took photos of my accident and stated they would call me once my parts were in. 2 weeks later, still no word. I called to see what the hold up was and the notes in their computer said that I was going to call them to schedule a drop-off, which was not the case. I'm driving around with no tail light or blinker in the middle of winter and they have not even ordered the parts yet. I schedule to drop my car off for as soon as the parts came in. A few days later I bring my car in and use there 3 days for free rental. I was told that the body work would take 7 days at most. Every time I call to check the status the estimated finish date is getting pushed out further and further, during this time I have no vehicle. Vision collision had my car for a total of 18 business days (25 days if you include weekends). They failed to fix dents on my trunk lid, the gentlemen working stated that the damage was in question, instead of calling me to discuss it, they just left the damage as is. Being completely fed up with my experience and deciding to let it go rather than go through the hassle again, I realize my car was not able to reverse. The guy working couldn't figure out what the deal was either. So I had to leave my car there for another weekend. Monday I get a call stating I have bad brakes, something that they are not liable for. How does having "bad breaks" cause your vehicle to be completely seized up and prevent it from reversing? I did not have this problem when I dropped it off and today I'm going to pick it up and drive it off the lot. When I mentioned the trunk dents that weren't fixed he stated that it does quite add up since I was sideswiped. (I was rear ended) Rather than get my trunk rightfully fixed I'm going to take my losses and run. I have never felt more disrespected and not valued as a customer.

Fantastic work and customer service. Everyone was incredibly helpful along the way and they did an excellent job on my car. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any car troubles.

Went for an estimate on getting my car fixed.Took about 10 min. and was much lower than other estimate I got. Will be taking in next week and will post again after work is done.

Got a new door and some work on the truck bed due to a hit and run. Looks like new. I had to pay my deductable, but I wanted to make sure I went somewhere that could fix it right. They do that.

My two experiences with Vision have been absolutely excellent and I wouldn t hesitate to credit the friendly and knowledgeable staff for that. There s nowhere else in Lansing I would go for body work.

Dishonesty about the prices. If you will pay from your wallet, you should ask parts receipts because you going to see the big difference.
