The nicest people and they did a wonderful job. Had my car fixed up in a week. Paint was beautiful. Looks perfect. True masters in body repair.

My car looks amazing! The staff of Gerber were friendly, professional and easy to work with. I was given regular updates about the status of my repair and it was completed quickly. I feel like this is a horrible place. Over charges elderly people. This isn't a direct report from my experience. My neighbor had thier car "totaled" as it was parked on the street. Someone came by hit it and it was driven into the curb. Completely demolished the rear end. This company sided with the insurance company to only repair the street side of the vehicle. It was smashed into the curb... My neighbor is elderly and has PTSD and can't afford the repairs nor tolerate their decisions. This company has aspirated him to his PTSD behavior and now has an excuse to not deal with this person. The people involved are stuck dealing with this and this company knows it. Both have served their country... They don't care... Another neighbor came and had one mirror replaced. It costs so much that the neighbor just paid it. On another job what a neighbor had done was to install step sides, the neighbor paid less than the mirror replacement by a neighbor... The company threatened the person with PTSD that they would use law to stop them from calling. I spoke with this neighbor and I know the way that this person gets and this person only gets this way when someone has screwed their nature, which this person is a very good person, and would lay down life, for anyone, especially having served in our military. Be careful shopping here for repairs. They might be charging what they want and judging you based on your person. Definitely sided with the insurance company on a car that will never be fixed to the way it was before the accident happened. Definitely they work directly with the insurance company. They may set a cost based on your person and may not be forthright. It's your call not mine just what I have observed. Its possiblly a car mill... I don't know. I have never use this company, nor will ever.

My Toyota Prius had a close encounter with "Wiley E. Coyote--Supergenius" about three weeks ago. As a result, I was referred to Gerber Collision and Glass in Lansing by Farmer's Insurance. From the first day my car was dropped off, I received updates via text as to its status and estimated time of repair. Since I was going through my insurance company and only had a limited time for my car rental, Gerber hastened the repairs to my vehicle to prevent my coverage from expiring. I want to personally thank, Mike, Allison, and John for their courteous demeanor, professionalism and awesome customer service practices. If you need collision repair, then I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass Repair on Pennsylvania Avenue for all of your repair needs. The staff will treat you with the best quality of service and will make your experience a memorable one. Thank you again for all of your kindness and professionalism during a very stressful time. Had a great experience at the 2520 S. Pennsylvania, Lansing, MI location. Shop is welcoming, neat and well organized, and staff and Stephanie are positive and upbeat both in person and on the phone! Mike provided me text updates frequently about my vehicle, which was appreciated. Vehicle was ready ahead of schedule, saving me time and money on my rental. They surprised me with a nice interior clean as well as the beautiful work done on the exterior. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got hit by a deer in November. I took my car to this shop because it was suggested by my insurance. They did a good job with the painting and it was nice that they had text updates. My car looks brand new.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my car! Professional and friendly. Even though insurance paid for my repairs, I saw the quote and final bill. It was half of what I expected it to be!! I'm telling everyone what a great experience I had.

After my accident you guys went above and beyond by making my car was in even better condition before it was handed over to you. Yes you fixed the repairs and kept me up to date on everything. Best business EVER! Everyone was soooo nice and accommodating. They took care of my car in the time quoted and even gave her a bath, inside and out. They made the arrangements with my rental car company without even being asked to!! These are really good people that take great care of your vehicle, and you...so be NICE! Great value and a comfortable place to wait.

The team at Vision Collision Center were great to work with. It was an easy process reviewing the damage to my vehicle for an estimate, and the outcome of their work looked as good as new. They were also timely with the repairs since I needed my vehicle for work. They appeared to work smoothly with my insurance agency because I never heard of any problems on either end.

Can't say anything about the repair aspect since my insurance decided to claim my jeep a total loss, but the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions i had.

This was my first time dealing with any type of body work with my car, and for the first time Gerber made it fast and easy. They fixed my car in record time, everything was cleaned from the inside out. Those guys put in work and it shows! Every worker I came into context with was very nice and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back and referring everyone to this location. Thank you guys again for making this a painless experience and bringing my car back to life. Lol Very much appreciated!

I just want to say that they fixed my car up really nice. At work a co-worker backed up into me and got my car pretty good. I took it here to vision collision through my insurance and had me back on the road very soon. Professional atmosphere and friendly.

Almost got my business until the person that looked at my car acted like I was lying about some of the damage. I'm pretty sure that's for my insurance company to decide. Watch out, they have insurance police. Waste of my time!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I ve used vision collision services on S. Pennsylvania. Just recently my car was backed into. They were able to fix my car in a timely manner (they quoted me 5 days but got it finished in 3.) I was treated with respect and Joe at the service desk was very professional as accommodating. My car looks good as new. I will use them again if my car ever needs more body work.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had car towed here as they are a State Farm direct repair shop (for now). What a mistake. Told me it would take up to a month for repairs and they would keep me posted on status. Only updates given was when I called them and they consistently told me that everything was going smoothly. I called them after 5 weeks only to find out that they found additional damage (after 5 weeks???) and had to write a supplement that would push my claim to a total loss. They later admitted that they ordered the wrong parts and actually blamed their parts supplier for not telling them that my car needed 2 harnesses instead of 1. Shouldn t a repair facility know that? State Farm claims told me they ve never seen anything like this and apologized profusely for how poorly this shop handled my claim. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

They were wonderful!! Always polite n professional when I called !!Jeff came n picked me up from enterprise n we had a great talk about our country!! I will definitely use them again !! Needed to replace my Versa's front bumper and they got the job done. However, the generic bumper didn't fit well on one side, so they ordered one directly from Nissan and replaced the one they recently put. I really like their high standard and the professionalism exemplified by their attitude and good work. Troy at the front desk and other staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this shop to everyone!

My automobile looks great but now after the repair my electronics in my door that got repaired don't work and I can't lock it with my fob. But my vehicle looks great. Already put a call in when I tried to lock it. We will see how they respond

Very professional and nice people. Have taken two vehicles here for deer damage in 10 years. No issues working with insurance, work completed quickly. Outstanding job! Even vacuumed my cars. I recommend Vision to everyone for body repair!

Beyond impressed. Was stressed enough with the hassle of the accident. Their professionalism, customer service, and quality product made the process so easy. I had the pleasure of working with Joe G. This place was fast and easy. They have quick estimates so the repaired can be done for the client to start driving sooner. The representative handled the papper work accordingly to the ritual job function. I was able to drive my vehicle within four days witch relieved all of my worries. Dislike rental cars. Totally different control and makes it harder to travel. I loved their rental car suggestion at a low and affordable rate. The building is clean and offers hand sanitizer. Love the paint demos that hanged on the wall. Thank you Vision Collision!!! Your awesome!

I'm sure this place tries their best to provide customer satisfaction but they do not get things done the right way. I've had problems with my front bumper not sitting correctly on my car and even found loose screws after receiving my car back. They will try to resolve any issues or concerns you may have, I'll give them that, but I shouldn't be having to take my car back to them whenever a new problem approaches because they didn't want to make sure everything was installed properly. On top of that, I even lost my wheel lug nut key which they had no recollection of taking out of my car. They did offer to remove the old ones and replace them but unfortunately I don't have the time anymore to give them a visit. I'm now stuck with more issues than I've had before I took my car in. Thanks for trying anyway...

I had a minor accident and had to take my car in, they kept me informed the entire time. After getting my car back it wasn't fixed entirely, I took it back and they got the wrong part and found another issue. They fixed what I brought it in for and then told me they found another issue the same as what I took it in for but with the rear of my car. They got me a rental car so I wouldn't miss work, or mess up my holiday plans as this was the week of Christmas. They called me back and said they had a new issue, but it was just the issue they found earlier and did not take care of. They got that taken care of and when I went to pick up my car they didn't have any paper work. Every time I picked up my car it was freshly washed. Overall my experience was not great, but it could have been worse.

Best ever. very impressed. I did not know that auto repair could be like this. Andy and the whole Vision team took the best care of me and my vehicle. Same day service, courtesy ride to work, saved me hundreds from the dealership estimate AND wash and vacuumed my van free of charge. Do you need any more reasons to be convinced???

I've used Vision Collision many time for my own personal vehicles along with many family member's vehicles. They have always been very helpful and professional and their work is second to none! the staff is friendly and considerate. They make a unpleasant experience the best it could possibly be.

Someone had side swiped my car. Took it to Vision Collision on Pennsylvania. Had an estimate and an approved claim within days of the accident. The car was returned to me looking like the day I bought it. Everything went very smooth through out the entire process. Would definitely recommend this body shop to anybody.

I've taken 2 cars that got into accidents to this shop to be repaired. An 03 Honda Odyssey 12/12/16 and a 07 Subaru Legacy 2/8/16. They are a busy shop and you may need to make an appointment ahead of time (my insurance made the appointments), but they do a great job and in a timely fashion. Aaron was very helpful and courteous. The cars looked great afterwards. So far I haven't had any problems.
