I have used their services a few times now. I ve been impressed by their efficiency in getting things done quickly. This latest visit was an emergency one and I was pleasantly surprised they had my Jeep in to be looked at before they thought they would. They helped me fix my problem (my key wouldn t turn) with minimal cost. We re back up and running with an education on how we can prevent this from happening again. They saved me so much money I can fix something else I ve been avoiding.

I've been taking my truck here for the last few years. They always do a great job and are honest about the repairs needed. The staff are friendly and helpful and they stand behind their repair warranties (part failed - not their fault). Great shop that I would recommend to anyone.

My father turned me on to this place. In the 80's he called it Honest Don's and trusted him for his vehicle-as did a number of his coworkers at BOC. It has new ownership since then, but they acknowledged that reputation and told me that they work hard to uphold it. True statement for sure.I took my car in for an allignment - I called and got a same day appointment with a time crunch on my end. I didn't know if it would be a 2 or 4 wheel alignment but was prepared for the 4. 160k miles and I was unaware of any previous alignments being done on the vehicle, and fully expected there to be worn parts to be replaced. Bottom line - I received a 2 wheel alignment, the rear wheels didnt need it, and no parts were in need of replacement. WHO DOES THAT? My experience at Belle Tire a few months before for a tire rotation resulted in a several hundred dollar estimate for parts replacement that Don's said were not needed. I am extatic that I declined Belle Tire.If you find a mechanic that declines to spend your money needlessly to line their pockets you have found a rare thing in my experience. Don's Fleet Services is that place for me. I will never ever go back to Belle Tire, and will tell everyone who asks about my experience with Don's Fleet Services!
