I was recently in the market for a used vehicle and after several test drives at various dealerships I ended up finding something at Empire in Lansing. I found the car on a weekend and called first thing Monday morning to schedule a test drive. When I arrived the car had already been pulled around to the front of the building so I didn t have to wait. Everyone working there was polite and professional. The car I went to see looked just like I expected from the photos online. Empire Motors gave me a fair trade in value for my car and were willing to work with me on the price of the vehicle I was buying. I m very happy this is where I ended up purchasing a used vehicle from and will return here next time I need a nice used vehicle. Thanks!!

Bought my second vehicle from Empire Motors and had the pleasure of working with Manny.This was a big thing for me because it is a big purchase and I wanted to make sure I was investing in the right vehicle.He asked me what I was looking for I explained in a few words what I wanted and boom he had a vehicle in mind. It ended up being the perfect vehicle for my family. Manny answered all of my many questions about the vehicle, and made me feel as if I had nothing to worry about and if there were any problems, I was more than welcome to come back to address them. I will be getting a third car from them for my son soon!

Never buy a car from a B lot. I bought a car back in July that was nothing but problems. First it was a control arm, then an exhaust leak. I only drove it for 12k miles before it broke down. I took it to a shop and they told me the engine and transmission are toast, and it would soon leave me stranded on the side of the road. I now owe thousands for a broken car that will cost way more to fix. No they didn't break any laws, which they are keen to point out in their negative review responses, but they are very shady and took advantage of me. I'm embarrassed.

I bought a 2018 challenger off of them and there was no pressure to buy. This lot has a family like atmosphere with a huge selection of pre owned vehicles. I would recommend 10 out of 10 that buying a good quality vehicle from them will be hassle free. Thanks for the great deal on my challenger, I love it.

By far the very best service I have ever received buying a car! If you're in the market stop here and ask for Mandale. He made sure every concern was resolved, every question was answered, no rush, no pressure, and truly went above and beyond! Just recently purchased a vehicle at Empire and I have to say, with the help of Manny, Crystal and the rest of the wonderful staff, I've never had a better experience purchasing a car! Crystal worked her magic with my not so good credit and Manny was attentive to all my automotive needs! I'll for sure be back for future automobile needs! Thanks Empire!!!

I got my Acadia 3 months ago, and every aspect of Empire Motors has been phenomenal. Krystal the sales manager was patient and helpful every step of the way and beyond that has answered questions and helped me even when she didn t need to months after the sale was finalized.On top of this great service at the start, 3 months later they have still been amazing. Costel (coco) has gone above and beyond in assisting me with my vehicle and making sure all of my questions are answered. I love my Acadia and highly recommend Empire Motors

I was trying to get a car and wasn t having very good luck. Every car I picked out I couldn t get approved and then here comes the best person ever she made it happen. I was starting to get frustrated and she made it happen. Krystal in financing is the bomb she made my experience Very well and I tell everybody about her when I tell you, I was excited about my experience she made it the best

I have gotten to know several people with the Empire Motors Family, over the past few months, pretty well. They helped my grandson get his first car and then helped me get one. They really work hard to keep customers happy. I haven't bought a car on my own for over 25 years so i was very nervous. Their patience with me was so amazing. Not many people would care. I highly recommend Empire motors if you're looking to get a car at a fair price. They definitely went above and beyond fot this nervous old lady.They have a lifetime referral program and they also work closely with ingham county animal control to help folks find their furry friends forever homes. Good people. Decent cars at fair prices plus they help animals.Love them!! Tell them Sue sent you.

I was so happy the day we got my car from the cedar st location. Then, I got the car home and took it to my mechanic. There was a very long list of things that were wrong and was told it was unsafe to drive. Called Empire, they said they would fix everything. They lied. They fixed half of it and then let me drive it (still unsafe) 3 hours home. I paid over $1000 to fix it. Now I paid the car off and their little locator box was removed and now my car won't start and gets zero power. Not to mention they claim they sent my title a month and a half ago and I still have not received it. I have to spend more money on a lost title. Everything about this place is a huge joke. I would not recommend going here ever

I can't even explain how happy I have been with my purchase through Empire motors. I went to them first, then went to other dealerships and realized how much I enjoyed the experience with empire. They are very honest and straight forward! Kelly and Tom are awesome sellers and Coco (manager of the repair shop) we're about the best I could ask for. I highly recommend talking them first for your used car! I will be seeing them again once my wife needs a new SUV. Thank you Empire!!!!!

I just happen to find this place. Dealer is extremely friendly. Great value on cars. They worked with me and got the deal done. I'm very happy with my purchase 4 months ago. White dodge Challenger. I will definitely be back in the future. These guys Rock!!!!!

Great service! Kelly and Gabriel were very kind to me help me get a vehicle right away made me feel welcome and sent me along with a smile on my face. Not to mention the mechanics were friendly as well and helped me with every request and concern I had. Thank you all so much 10/10 recommend

This would have been 3 stars but the woman at Cedar St location was fantastic at being patient and combing through inventory for exactly what I was looking for even if it wasn't at her location, instead of trying to get me into the most expensive thing I could afford. Generally the staff was friendly. You can tell which ones work on commission though.The inventory was a good selection. The car I bought is OK BUT the key fob was bad. The dealership had to have known because they unlocked the car for us and stated they'd had it for 2 months. So they had to have locked it and unlocked it several times in two months. It is $200 to replace. The headlight plug was fried, leaving me with no headlight on the drive home, but I suppose we should have checked that before we left. Biggest thing is the AWD light came on on the way home to Jackson. I bought a 90 day warranty for $200 but it won't cover the AWD problem because the shop said a modulator is going bad but isn't bad yet. It will be a $1000 repair if it doesn't go out completely before the 90 days. So 3 stars with a whole extra star for the woman at Cedar Street.

Sold them my vehicle and have been harassed ever since. Now they sold it and gave my personal information to the new customer to call me about the vehicle. Not only is that unprofessional I'm sure it is illegal. I will be contacting a lawyer. Would not recommend this place.

When I write a post. I'm very blunt and very honest. In the experience I had yesterday purchasing an 08 impala with 40k original miles on it, could not have went any smoother or stress-free. I have bought multiple vehicles from countless dealership including big dealerships like fox motor and jeep lafontaine. Dealing with Empire motors yesterday gave me a true feeling of family and connection when buying a vehicle. No matter your situation because I was in one, they will work with you.

Just took my mom to buy a vehicle here. The team was awesome! Got great insight from Gil on the mechanics of the vehicle. Greg was thorough on helping us get a warranty that fit my mom's needs. Courtney was so helpful and quick in getting our paperwork completed. Nice family owned business. Very happy with our purchase!

Don't go here. Nothing but problems with the car I bought. Now no title and I paid it off October 3rd. At 1st I was happy because Kelly was very helpful the day we got it. Quickly realized we were duped I to buying a hunk of junk that I have put over $1000 into on top of making payments and now more money going in because it's completely dead and won't do a single thing. No power or anything. Please don't go there

Bought a 2011 dodge charger rt like 9 months ago imma list all the problems the car had, my car is still running yes so it was a good deal for a car aspect but price wise and the condition of the car I could of gotten way lower payed 15000 in total price have receipt for that, they did some exhaust work on my car before I bought it whoever did that put the pipe on but never welded it you could feel the pipe hit the frame of the car as we hit bumps my window switch didn t work that s like a 150 dollar fix and my suspension was bad for Michigan roads as they put it it s a charger ya think but also it s still a law to have anything of the drivetrain fixed before selling it I have a bent barring but that s causing that issue which caused more damage to the suspension which is now 450 bucks and I have complained about this but nothing wanted to be done about it, plus all my rims were miss matched I didn t know much about cars back then but I do now since I own this one recommended looking over everything of your car if anything is faulty and mention it because they are nice people and if they ain t catching what their mechanic is doing with their cars he needs to be spoken to as they have their own set positions on what they specialize in that s why I left a 3 instead of 1 because they did do good on the process and customer service part but that s totally it I recommend check your mechanics work plz

Absolutely love my New Work Truck, T&T Window and Doors thanks you very much for a great Deal and an Awesome Truck and even better Service, The Employees were Awesome and Greg the Sales man was Great. If you have some extra money and wondering what to spend it on or you are just in need of a newer vehicle this is the place to go for sure 1000% Go down and check them out.
