I went to this shop to get a quote on speakers for my F150 and also inquire about having a radio installed in the future for my Infiniti G35 Coupe. Shop did not seem too interested in looking or discussing options for my G35 Coupe. They did have options for truck speakers but normal lead time for installation is at least a week. I went to a shop in Jackson and got speakers the very next day. Pricing is good, I'm guessing they have too much business to provide timely service. I think that also played a factor on the lack of interest regarding the radio installation on my G35 Coupe. At the end of the day they didn't seemed interested in my business but that is a luxury you can have when your business is doing well. Won't bode well for them when the market slows down if they are as disinterested as they were with me.

The visit was good, and the staff is nice.They have some car supplies, their prices are fairly good, I may come back to them again.Free limited parking and disabled parking are available.Thanks

I made an appt for my speakers to get checked out. It was a $50 pull in fee. Dropped my car off at noon. Hadn't heard anything so I called around 430. The guy told me they were still working on it and he'd call back. He called back around 520. Said he couldn't figure out what was wrong and to go to the dealership for them to figure it out. Which was weird because when I stopped in and spoke to the owner he said he pretty much knew what the problem was and it shouldn't be a difficult thing to fix.I get there to pickup my car and it doesn't start. They didn't mention to me my car was having issues. It's a 2018 with 30,000 miles so my car is in relatively great shape. I end up having to get a jump. The guy inside tells me oh yeah there was a problem with your cars battery, it's prob bad. I later got it tested and my battery was fine.I checked out my dash camera and this is what really happened:Dropped off at NoonDidn't get pulled into garage until 5:17They kept it running until 5:20They tried starting it again at 5:31, they jumped it and put it back in the parking lot.I don't expect anything to come from this review. Just really was super disappointed in this business and their customer service. Hopefully they will do better for customers in the future.

Highly recommend this store. Love my 2013 Tacoma but the sound system definitely lacked. Sound mostly came from front 2 speakers. The guys at the store designed a speaker box to fit between the 2 little flip down seats in the back! The sound is perfect now... I also got a remote car starter.. Life is much easier being able to start the truck from inside my condo.

Great owners, they are smart people and so are their employees. It's really the only place in the area I would trust to do any aftermarket electronics on any of my vehicles. They've been doing it for many years and they know their stuff. So much so that they can be extremely busy. Plan ahead if you want a service done because they're going to take the time to do it right which can understandably be time consuming.

Very Pleased. I had a remote car start installed on my new winter beater. It works perfectly. Thanks to you and your installers. Busy shop! Call ahead before you come in. (small parking lot) Call ahead to schedule your service. I had to schedule my install 2 and a half weeks ahead. Very pleased, now I don't have to tromp out in the snow to a cold car with frosted windows!

I called the store and they had the best prices in the area with solid reviews. The manager did inform me I would be looking at about $300 out the door for a remote start with a 1 mile range. I was estatic! So my appointment arrives and I unfortunately could not get what was promised and I would need to pay more too. Granted, Vince was able to give me a small discount and I was able to leave in about 2.5 hours. The waiting room is very low key (does have coffee and magazines though) if you end up waiting around. I am happy thus far with my remote start. Knowledgeable employees.

Stay away from here. All they do is lie and manipulate. Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Dropped vehicle off to have windows tinted before they even opened. Talked them a couple times during the day to see if they had an approximate completion time. Was told the first time I talked to them that it was taking them longer than expected and that it would be a little while still, that was at 11 am. Called again around 3 and was told that he would check on it and get back to me. Never called me back. Called again before 4 and was told it would be after 6! So I borrowed a car to get home from work and drove by their store to find my car out back untouched! I understand things taking longer than expected, but don't lie about it.

I had $1400 to spend on stereo equipment, stopped in for an inquiry. Ended up getting a rude attitude with unhelpful knowledge and zero callback regarding my "appointment". Seems like an odd way of running a business with that poor of communication, came off as a stressed out struggling relic of an operation. Good luck. I spent my money two days later at another business that was happy to take my money and did a superior job. Thank god for our free market society.

The day of my Installation I went up there and (I took the day off) They wasn't ready...then they gave me a date like a month later!!! Didn't compensate for me missing work!!!

Little pricey, I had a unit that wasn't working and they had new ones in stock and the install price was included with the price of the unit. My music is working. They sell head units, speakers, and tints. They do remote start and backup cameras. Every service is about $300 but they seem to know what they are doing!

Had my windows tinted today and am very happy with the job that was done. Professional and courteous staff, fairly priced, quality work and quick service. I'll be back to have a remote starter installed before next winter.

A friend told me about this place almost 15 years ago. He had multiple cars tinted here.I got mine done here.Over time I noticed a relatively small problem, but a problem.I showed it to someone, they saw it and quickly and politely replaced all of it with new tint!I've been here multiple times, and I recommend them to friends and family.Keep up the great work!

This place was awesome! I wanted tint on my car and I inquired with a few other places but Electronic Outlet seemed to be the best. I called and set an appointment and dropped my car off. They finished the tint in a timely fashion, which I was very impressed with. The tint is beautiful and was clearly done with care. They gave me a great deal, and were very kind and professional. I highly recommend this place for any tinting you want done.

This place is embarrassing. All of the reviews that I have been able to find about this place instill zero confidence in their abilities, however I felt there was no way it could be this bad, considering the place has been in business as long as it has. I was wrong. This place is so very awful. Walking in you are met with decor that was dated looking in the 80's, and some equipment that was cutting edge in the 90's (SERIOUSLY).I decided early on this was not a place that I felt would take pride in working on my car, as there was no pride in their own SHOWroom, but I entertained myself by chatting up the far too arrogant and proud owner. His car stereo knowledge was non-existent, as is his class. He try's to fast talk you like he's an expert on the subject, and it's clear he is not. No other customers came in while I was there, but a few called, and boy did they get treated to some of the same patronizing customer service I did.I have not been able to locate a shop in the area that instills any confidence, but this one really alienated this knowledgeable customer. I would say don't go here, but it seems I'm like 40 years too late.

I work at auto dealership. I had a customer who required a special addition to his audio system. Electronic Outlet / Tint Masters got me in and out after 3 p.m. on a Friday. I picked up the car before 6 and was able to get it back to my customer before the weekend! The work was excellent, and my customer was pleased, but the service was absolutely amazing! Thank YOU very much Mr. Pavlik - I really appreciate it!

I ll start by saying that by no means am I somebody who likes leaving small businesses negative reviews. At this point though, I feel like I d be letting people continue to get overcharged if I didn t say something about my experience at this business. The first time that I went here, I was looking for a set of 4 car speakers. I called ahead of time to verify they had something that would work for me, and they said that they did in fact have kicker speakers in the correct size. To make sure i knew what I was getting, I looked at kickers website and looked up the part number and price along with specs and reviews. When I got to electronic outlet, the speakers that they were trying to sell me were not the same as I saw online. I looked up the part number of what they were selling me only to find out that it was 2 models ago. They were selling me speakers that came out in the mid 2000 s. The craziest part is that they were trying to sell me these discontinued speakers for $89 when the brand new model, with better specs, has an MSRP of $49. I asked them why they were selling me discontinued products at over MSRP and I was assured that they were the current model and they they just got them in. Lying to a customer to try to cover up your price gouging is not good business practice. Unfortunately the story doesn t end here. When decided to give them another shot, I experienced the exact same situation. I was looking for an add on piece for my Sirius XM module and when I called ahead of time they confirmed that they had one in stock. Best Buy also had them on hand for $18.99 (MSRP) but I like to support small business so I figured it would be better to buy from this shop. When getting there, I was dumbfounded to see that their exact same unit had a price tag on it of $49.99. When asking why theirs is 3 times the price of everyone else, they said that s what they ve always sold them for and had no issue with letting me walk out the door when I said I would get it cheaper elsewhere. Please people, if you shop here, check pricing! I understand there is a price to pay to support a brick and motor store, but charging substantially more than what a manufacturer sets the price is just unacceptable. I can certainly say that I won t be back after getting the same experience two times. UPDATE: My review of this company is based solely on my personal experience with your employees. Telling people to disregard my review because I own another shop does not change the fact that my review is 100% honest and that my interactions with your company were worse than any other business I ve ever been to. Are you insinuating that you lied to me and tried to charge me substantially over retail pricing solely because of who I am? I can assure that I do not discriminate against anyone who walks in my door. If I did, I would certainly expect a 1 star review from them.

I went in to have a tough to find, expensive stereo installed. They killed my stereo with a dvd still in it from my testing it out the box, blamed me and said it never worked ( fun fact: I'm a pretty well known mech/tech/etc. And the only reasons I went there was to shop local, and avoid spending extra shipping and testing time working on this in the soon to be cold-cold. Anyone who's done this work knows finding the right modules for steering can be tough without an inventory.) So after they blew some fuses in my car, I had to replace the fuses blown, an reinstall my old factory back-in and after some lite foot work the company I bought the stereo from gave me my money back. Nothing lost but trust and time really.I read in the comments someone mentioned their lack of interest and being REally busy. Very true! I'll add down hill pros.However!....If God said I'll flood the earth if you don't give them another chance. After a-lot of praying and surfing I'm still looking for another place to install my boats radio. Don't feel bad if they do the same kinda mess to you. You've now been warned.PS: sometimes you shouldn't have gone there. #whenshoppinglocalgoeswrong.

Called twice for an appointment. First time was 2 weeks out for appointment. I set appointment called day before and didn't have me down. Then they tell me two more weeks out. No thanks.

Got a new Sony stereo and 4 speakers. They sound great, price is right, and the service was excellent. They didn't try to sell me on expensive touch screen stuff I didn't want but they got me the sound quality I cared about. I'll be going back for the subs. Thanks guys!
