These guys are the absolute best! Connor and Billy got me squared away with 4 new tires when I was in a pinch. They definitely did not have to look out for me the way they did. If you're looking for new tires, these guys will definitely work with you to get back on the road SAFELY! 10/10 customer service!

The employee that assisted me did amazing. He was patient and kind and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with the tire on my work vehicle. He explain what also could happened and what to look out for in case of possible problems! Very helpful

They were able to replace all 4 tires while I waited, where Belle said I'd need to return in 3 days. They also gave me a timeline when they'd be done (~1.5 hr wait at the time) and were right on, within a few minutes. They recommended a lower priced and higher rated tire than the brand I actually already had on my car, which I was initially looking at. Lifetime warranty offered. They were exceptionally nice, inspected my old tires and measured tread wear before giving me recommendations. Also inspected my windshield wipers since they were on sale cheap, and recommended a replacement as they were starting to streak, which I already knew. I'd definitely recommend Discount. Belle Tires had the same tires, only they were about $100 more for the set.

Do not go to this store. My experience at this store was absolutely awful. I brought in a tire that had gone off the bead and was wondering if I could pay to have it reset. Without even looking at the tire the employee said that it was bad and needed to be replaced, and that I could buy a new tire right then and there. even though the tread was in good shape and there no were no apparent holes. Employee was extremely pushy and said the only thing they could do was sell me a new tire. I then proceed to a shop up the road where they were able to re bead it for absolutely free. I have tried to go to this store twice because it is located on my way from from work but both times they have have disappoint. Do not I repeat do not go to this store.

I want to start this by saying thank you. To Josh, Billy, and the entire team, you all are amazing! You all made my safety, as well as my family s safety, paramount. And, went above, and beyond, the call, by accessing a full set of my vehicles tires from another branch. Just to make sure that I wouldn t put another unsafe mile on my van.I am truly grateful. And, will be returning, as well as recommending. 5/5 stars!!Ps: my van rides soooooooo nice now!

I had my tire go flat and fortunately Discount Tire was right down the road. So I drove over prepared to leave my car with them over night because they were going to close soon.Josh not only gave me the right advice to save me money but took care of me within half an hour so I don t go through the inconvenience of calling an Uber to get home .That s what you call a great service and going the extra mile. I ll be definitely going to this place for my future needs.

I was sitting in line 35 minutes before they closed to get air in my tires and one guy came out talked with the car behind us and that car left, 10 minutes later another worker comes out and started tell me and the other cars behind me that they have a cut off because they close at 6. I feel as if that s bad business because myself and other people were there in line at least 35 minutes or more before closing time. Take care of the people who are in line before you all close

Lived in Lansing for 40 years and I've tried various discount tires locations and even different tire shops. This location in particular has never let me down. Great and fast customer service, really appreciate you guys and gals.

Billy and Joshua were very helpful. Assisted me in getting money for my old Toyo's to put toward a set of bf Goodrich tires. Seamless and quick process. They ordered tires, called me about 2 days later. Had tires installed in about an hour. Cannot say enough good about this process! Highly recommend. Thanks again Josh and Billy!

Had to take the car in and take advantage of the road hazard coverage. They honored the policy and I received 2 new tires with new protection for $90. Not bad. After 2 weeks, I felt the bridgestone tires they put on didn't track well. Went back and they replaced them with matching Goodyear tires that were on the car previously. Very little pushback and put the 2 new Goodyears at no additional cost. The matching set seems to track and ride great so far. I am very please with the whole experience. Been doing business with them for decades and this kind of service will keep me coming back. Highly recommend.

Excellent services, keep me comfortable in their lounge area and there's free coffee & bottle water. I'm satisfied with Discount Tires for many years over three different locations. Reasonable, good tires and they really cares your safety on the roads. I highly recommendation over Bell Tires and others.

Wife had a flat, took the vehicle to Discount Tires off Penn Ave. The Team did a patch, re-installed the tire and packed away the donut. All free of charge! Great customer service.

These guys are absolutely rocking the social distancing while maintaining excellent service. The only thing I would like to see different is sanitation of the seating (nevermind: I was told they are sanitized after anyone sits in them). Great job Discount Tire!

I've been coming to them for years and I will keep on coming back. They are fairly priced with a good selection. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Never condescending or upselling. Even when they are busy, they get the work done quickly and well.

The Mohave Touring tires I bought become unbalanced after about 6 months, causing my steering wheel to shake rapidly at highway speeds.Discount Tire made 2 attempts to balance my tires. The first time didn't help. The second time they removed some weights because they weren't balanced properly the first time.The staff are very kind and courteous, but the tires are a Discount Tire brand, and the staff wasn't able to properly balance them so I believe the review should reflect this location.Working on cars is a hobby of mine. I've thoroughly inspected the suspension and checked for bent rims. I'm confident that the tires are the issue, and they are the cheapest tires available here.

Needed tires rotated & balanced. It was done on a walk-in basis, quickly and, professionally. The staff was observed to be friendly and helpful to everyone who came in while I was there. I am 80 years old, been to many, many tire shops, and I've never seen such an efficient and friendly operation.

I got the back tires on my 2012 Fiat 500c replaced. They were quite busy but still got it done with 30 minutes. They will try and push their credit card on you, but it's an easy decline if you don't want it.

Our tires kept reading low tire pressure, so we took in for a free check. They filled the tires back up as all were slightly low and we were on our way.Very friendly personnel

A great group of intelligent and knowledgeable guys. Went in for new wheels and tires. I told them the idea I had for my wheels, and they found 4 that were perfect. Ordered them and tires, went in to get them put on, and it was quick and painless.

Had an early appointment today for tires Discount special ordered for me. They got my vehicle in and got the job finished early. I'm a happy customer. Nice showroom, and this store runs like a fine Swiss watch. Good communication, great prices, good selection of tires and genuine concern for their customers puts Discount Tire at the top tier of area tire merchants I've done business with. Who's on the bottom tier? Club$. Businesses who do everything, seem to seldom do anything best.

I've come here twice a year for 3 years to swap my all-season set with my winter set of wheels/tires. It's a free service if they're already mounted to wheels, they're quick, and very knowledgeable. New tires look great.

Had the guys at discount tire put a new set of wheels on my car today. Not only were they friendly and professional they were able to get me in today as well as give me a price almost HALF the cost of a competitor who couldn't get me in for another week. Discount tire certainly earned all my future business! Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

They pulled a bait and switch on me. Stopped in with a screw in my tire and an employee inspected it and said I could get it patched but I would have to come back in 90 minutes to get it done. Came back in 90 minutes then a second employee inspected it and said there wasn't enough tread on the tire, refused to patch the tire and said I had to buy a new one.

Crew did a good job installing tires on my focus, and didn't hound me with attempts at upselling. -1 star for me not liking the chain, but this location is a good example of a tire store.
