Buying a vehicle from Dice Auto is a no brainer... from the moment I walked in it has been nothing but a chill vibe. Buying my truck was painless. The payments are very affordable, the interest is very competitive and the people are awesome. I recently suffered a shoulder injury which left me without income for a few weeks and they were beyond patient and accommodating working with with me thru this injury. I highly recommend them and if I ever need to purchase another vehicle, I will go there first.

I just bought a.Silvetado from Dice. Everyone there was amazing, they went out of their way to help accommodate me. Even after I purchased my truck drive off lot to he next day still fixed an 02 sensor for me for free. I would recommend Dice to anyone looking for a vehicle. I know sooner or later I will be buying from them again.

I ve bought 3 cars from Dice. The most recent one needed a few things fixed on it, which they agreed to fix for free. After dropping the car off multiple times it is still not fixed, even though we ve been told everything was fixed. The last time they kept the car overnight, without even informing us it wouldn t be ready that day, until my husband showed up to pick it up. They offered no help with another vehicle for him to get to work they basically just said oh well so I had to call into work the next day and lose money. After being told everything was fixed on it, we had someone else check it out and there s still around 5 check engine codes showing up for various issues that we were told have already been fixed.

My name is Antonette Bradley i got 2 Vehicles threw DICE AUTO SALES and they run great I been knowing the owner Jeff for years I been buying cars from him since I was 18 straight outta high school he always did my family well especially at a time of need with a vehicle. I bought 5 cars in total from him over the years and I still have 2 of them that runs very well for me and my children it was the best thing that ever happened to me and my family! Best car buying experience I've ever had!! Jeff and his staff did an incredible job of informing me of what would work best for my lifestyle, answered all of my questions openly and honestly, and made me feel at home. That's never happened before on a car lot. The vehicle is awesome and I was told to call anytime I need anything. I have and they were quick to problem solve, even though it was my own fault, at a reasonable price. Even fixed a broken piece on my other car free of charge! Don't listen to the haters, they just like to jump on the bandwagon. And if you buy a $2-3K car, IT'S GONNA NEED WORK. You can't expect it to be perfect always. If you want that....go buy a new one. Thanks Dice Auto Sales, I'll be back and I'll send my friends and family.

I went there after I paid off my previous car at rom auto sales thinking things couldn t be much worse that what I was dealing with. I go there and am meet with someone and we exchange budgets and talk numbers and what s available.While I m IN the lobby there was a lady there trying to get some kind of compensation/help because her vehicle she had apparently had for less than 2 weeks had took a crap on her on the highway. I should have took that red flag then and there and left but I didn t.I SPECIFICALLY tell them I previously had issues with rom giving me a vehicle that after 90 days was CONSTATLY having problems and I was CONSTANTLY pumping money into it to keep it running. I also explain that I am a fisherman and wanted a vehicle I could take out of town to go to fishing.The guy basically tells me there s only 1 vehicle within my budget and it was a 2010 dodge joirney. When I test drove it I noticed some issues and brought it up. They said they would fix it on the house since it was obviously an issue b4 I had the vehicle.After a few days of GETTING the journey they fall me to bring it in to them so they can fix it. I don t have the car for a week(they didn t even fix it they sent it to lafontaine to fix it) and give it back. As time goes on maybe within a month or 2 I notice electrical issues. When I would leave my house and walk down my drive way the lights would turn on the both driver and passenger side windows would automatically roll down and all the lights would come on. Then after I turned the car on I could roll the windows up and turn all the lights off. Then I started having power problems. I replaced my battery and within 48 hours of putting a new battery in my car had lost all power while off and sitting in my drive way. I called lafontaine and gave them my vin number and asked what work dice had done to the vehicle, they apparently ordered a 3rd party after market chip and paid La Fontaine to install because it was cheaper than buying the proper chip from a certified dealer. I took it in to get diagnosed and they came back to me and said the faulty aftermarket chip was short circuiting stuff under the hood and therefore killing/draining the brand new battery I put in. So I had to pay over $3000 to fix it and within 30mdays or so of me fixing that(which I still had problems with my windows automatically rolling down but the car worked so I let it go) the exhaust underneath the car was so rusted and beat to crap that it literally got too hot and rusted and bust right in half while I was driving down the road one day and I didn t even hit a curb or anything. The car just started sounding like a go kart and I pulled over and looked underneath and seen the pipe hanging. Then they KNEW the car was so much a lost cause instead of coming to repo it because I couldn t afford to pay on a car that I could t use they just sent it to collections because I wanted them to just come take it back and they wouldn t because they get more money out of suing me for it than taking it back and re selling it

Bought a vehicle on 25th of April just to be sold something I can not drive due to a lot of things that are seriously wrong with it. it is not even able to be driven until fixed. I had called several times never call back even talked to a guy when I picked up my plate he said hd would have someone that sold to me call still nothing, someone thru customer care same thing so clearly im stuck! Spent all I had to buy and insure cant afford to fix very unsatisfied

Traded in my 1500 truck for a 2500 truck for towing purposes. Said their mechanic looked over everything on the truck and everything was in working condition, but on my drive home I noticed my whole back tail light was out. Pulled it off and none of the lights were even hooked into the tail light. Hooked my camper up and the running lights won't work due to the plug. Towed my camper with it and it did nothing but try to overheat on my whole drive. They did take my truck back in and resolve the issue with the overheating. Had a deal to have the rust fixed above the wheel well when I purchased the truck. Took it to them to fix it and when I picked it back up, all they did was cover it up with bondo and painted over it and my tail light wasnt working again. Cleaned my truck out for the first time just now and found a empty beer can under the seat and a used syringe!

Had a great experience with Barbara Jean!! It was a Saturday and they closed early. Barbara Jean stayed over for us to make the hour drive there, my husband loves his 2015 Chevy Truck.! We were in crunch time and leaving state the next day, and Barbara Jean made it happen. And the truck drove beautifully. The only complaint I have is the AC ..doesn't work properly even after recharge.And was told it worked. Other than that the truck is fantastic. Thanks again Barbara Jean.

Just purchased a 2017 Chevy Suburban from Dice for a bustling family of four. We developed some transmission issues shortly after the purchase, no fault of anyone. BUT...Mr. Dice personally got involved and stepped up to fix the car, and paid for the work to be done. Additionally he gave us a loaner car to use in the interim -- we have four kids in sports etc and really needed the transportation.This dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed. We thank Dice for their work as making us feel valued and for going the extra mile for their customer in providing a quality car buying experience.Fred R - Augusta, MI

I am a delivery driver for DOORDASH. I needed a new vehicle and fast when my last vehicle unexpectedly blew a head gasket. I found the best used Ford Escape just waiting to be mine sitting at Dice Auto in Lansing MI. That jingle they have that plays on the radio... Had me hooked! Thankfully!

I ve purchased 2 cars from Dice Auto Sales and I ve been extremely happy with their pricing and customer service. The first car I purchased from them was about as perfect as you can ask for on a used higher mileage vehicle. The second vehicle had a few hiccups shortly after purchasing it, but I feel like they went beyond what was expected to make it right for me. I m a former licensed mechanic, and I inspected the truck very thoroughly prior to buying it (admittedly I m sort of a pain in the rear customer haha), so they earned a customer for life when they offered me help getting me back on the road when it wasn t required. Don t listen to the negative comments, all used cars can and will have problems (I deal with them everyday), Dice Auto Sales are easy to deal with and will work with you.
