I was in a pinch after the competition was not making me happy. I called Chucks Garage up on short notice to get 2 rear tires put on. They had me in and out within the hour i called, not to mention their garage was packed and still got it done quickly.Very relatable people who have a passion for what they do with high standard's. They earned a new customer that day.I Would recommend Chucks 10 out of 10 For anyone that needs service done to a vehicle!!Service: Tires

I was very pleased with the level of communication and customer service they provide. From the moment they take your vehicle to the end. They provide constant updates and even send you pictures of what parts need replacing along with pricing, breaking down with detail labor and the cost of the parts. I was very impressed with the level of communication and customer service. Great place to get your car serviced.

I had great service!! They were able to get my vehicle in and out in a day. They even did a follow up with me to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend Chuck's Garage if you are looking for somewhere to take your vehicle. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Recently had work done on my 2019 Ford Edge at Chuck's Garage. It was time for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, remove and replace egine coolant thermostat along with VPS cooling system Service. The job was completed the same day and I thought the price for these services was reasonable. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Chuck's Garage Lansing

I would like to thank the staff at Chucks Garage for addressing an issue that I had with my tires, especially Rose, Gabe and Ben. I took my truck to Chucks Garage because I was having problems with my tires. They fixed the problem promptly and made my truck safe to drive again. Putting the customer first and addressing safety issues is the reason that my wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Chucks Garage for over 15 years. Wonderful fast friendly customer service. My headlight was out you have to remove part of the bumper to get to it they had me in and out in about 30 mins. Love them would not trust any other shop with my vehicle

We have brought our cars in to Chuck Garage a couple times and we ve had great luck. They re honest patient and they do not try to oversell you on any repairs. They are my go to mechanic. Thank you keep up the good work.

Had them replace my power steering on my Focus after it failed. Price seemed fair given the amount of work involved and their warranty gives me confidence everything was done well. I'll be using them again when I need it for sure.

Excellent customer service, I called Monday, and got my car back with a new battery on Tuesday! In and out. Ben reached out afterwards making sure everything went well too. I will be going here for all of my jeep needs. Lord knows she ll need it.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND BAD FOR BUSINESS!!! Had my vehicle towed to this location for service on Thursday. Friday they called and said they we're charging $135/hr for the diagnosis and they were already 2hrs in and couldn't find the problem. They proceeded to park my truck in their parking lot and leave my doors unlocked. Monday, I went to pick my truck up and "what do you know"? My stereo, speakers and tools are GONE!!! They had the decency to leave my cheap Amp on my back seat. The boss tells me he has "footage for the police but, it was rainy that night so they may not be able to get much from it". I can't say that I'm mad, just disappointed at THIS business.Service: Auto emissions testing

Took my car into chuck s garage acting like it needed to be put to rest, told Gabe what it was doing and what I thought needed fixing. I tell you he took it in listened to me but told me what he found and how he would fix it and could fix it, we came to an agreement he went to work.I tell you he did a wonderful job the car runs like new boy am I impressed on how fast and quick it turns over.

I want to thank you for fixing my car, it has taken me 31/2 years to find a shop that is able to diagnose and fix my Lincoln MKS withouthaving to guess at what is wrong. I had a diagnosis in less than 24 hours and fixed and back to me within 4 days. And the only delay was they are difficult parts or I would have had it back sooner. Thank you again and I would highly recommend your shop and staff to everyone.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Electrical, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I love chucks garage. There expensive on somethings but you get what you pay for period. I've been a chucks customer on and off for many years there honest and trustworthy. Recently I went there for an oil change and they inspected my car and told me everything that was wrong with it at no charge and they rotated my tires. The best part is they do everything besides body work obviously. This is a one stop shop save a little money and don't go to the dealer chucks is just as good if not better.

Over charges for everything I had my radio replaced due to a parasitic draw and my rear brakes replaced something so simple and it ended up costing me 2000$ because the diagnosis was damn near 900$ this after I told them initially my radio was having issues

This place got my car in about a month ago! From start to finish, Ben Cooley stayed in touch and thoroughly explained the issues to my car. He tried everything to save me in cost yet staying honest about what needed done urgently! Thank you Ben, to you and your staff for getting me back on the road safely with my kids, AND for the very nice follow up! 10/10 recommend.

Gabe got my car in and out in 3 hours for an emergency brake replacement, no appointment needed. Great service. The price was good for the amount of damage repaired. They fixed my alignment without billing me for it, and free brake diagnostics! Went in for a break inspection, not only did they do a free inspection on the entire car but they also emailed me a list of all the maintenance that needs to be done along with pictures to see the damage. We enjoy the lobby area with Rose, Rose was very easy to work with, she was very funny and explained everything we needed to know in detail so we weren t confused. 10/10 service, very reasonable prices!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Great place to take your car! I have been using them for about 4 years now, they provide you with an itemized estimate for all work recomended so, NO surprises! and No HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics!!!!! My favorite thing about them is they always try to get your car back to you same day when possible! If they have a coupon or discount available they ALWAYS let you know!! Great service

Chuck's was recommended by another company who was unable to do work we needed done. WOW! What a great place! The staff up front returned calls quickly and answered all our questions. Rose was nothing short of amazing explaining things to us. I was even able to speak with a mechanic directly (thank you Ben for your honesty and thoroughness). We needed extensive work completed, and this company was nothing short of awesome. We can not say enough about our experience. So far, things are going well with the engine we had installed, and Chuck's followed up with us to see how things are going. If you need work done, come here!
