Would 100% recommend any work done here. Had a chip in my windshield filled that took them only 15 minutes and got me in right away. The staff was super friendly, it was my first time going here and will certainly return for any future glass service.

Calling around Lansing this was one of the few places that a person answered the phone, instead of an electronic voice telling me to leave a message or worse to visit a website to request information/appointment during a weekday mid afternoon.Bonus, the person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful.They have a physical location where they do their work inside - a protected environment - with a comfortable waiting area.They repaired a chip in my windshield, a quick visit.I highly recommend this local business.Service: Auto windshield repair

Staff all around was amazing, from the lady who I scheduled with to the mechanics that fixed my windshield. All around excellent experience and I am very happy. Huge bonus that the lobby was so nice, the couches were more comfortable than mine at home! They had guest wifi, overall extremely welcoming and comfortable to wait. I called around many places before picking this one and they beat out every competitor with their amazing prices, and got me in the very next day!

I highly recommend this place for your auto glass service. It was a smooth and excellent experience for me. Even though we were having some troubles about verifying the insurance policy, the chip repair service for my car did not get postponed even for a minute. AL, the owner of the company was super friendly. He took time to explain things to us, so as other staff. They are professional and care about their customers. I hope I don't need another service, but if I do, I will go back to Century Glass.

Excellent customer service starting with the very helpful lady on the phone to the gentleman that helped me when I' got there. He sealed the chips in my windshield right away without an appointment. I asked a co worker to drop my vehicle off at century glass because I thought it was a reputable place from my past experiences. I was however grossly disappointed when I received a phone call from my employee telling me that she was refused access to their bathroom facilities. I immediately called the owner to express my concerns about the situation. Once I had explained the scenario, the response that I received from the owner was disgusting. He responded to me "I don't want to call your employee a liar, but I have multiple restrooms available. Being raised in a family that was 100% dependent on the income from our small business, I have learned that the satisfaction of a customer is the only thing that matters. The response I received from the actual owner of this glass shop made it clear that I don't need to business with a company that treats people this way. I have never written a review of a business before today, but I felt that i must share this tidbit. It made me sick

Amazing communication and customer service. I dropped off the car on Tuesday to be ready by Thursday. Got a call early Wednesday morning that my car was all set to be picked up! I just got my car's windshield replaced at Century Glass for a price $70 lower than quoted by another vendor.Beside that, I chose this place because1) I found it was the only glass store in Lansing area that had consistent recent high-score reviews (some others have high overall scores but many recent reviews were not good)2) later it was recommended by a colleague of mine who replaced his windshield there earlier this year3) the phone was answered by a real person without any auto attendants4) the replacement was scheduled for the next day (I called Monday and got the replacement done Tuesday).What's more can you expect?Service: Auto windshield replacement

I arrived 30 minutes early, was greeted kindly and my car was taken back in a couple minutes. The lobby is clean, with plush couches and cold water in the refrigerator. The repair took 10 minutes and I left happy. I love these guys.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

The folks at Century Glass were super friendly, informative, and efficient. They also have a great, comfortable waiting room with wifi while they do a windshield replacement. They also work with insurance companies and pointed out that I could save some money if I submitted a claim. Highly recommend!

Service was quick, friendly extremely efficient and professional in helping amd handling the insurance claim for new windshield. Able to calibrate the "eyesight" features. So far so good. I feel confident that if I was not satisfied I would be taken care of. Personable staff. We have unfortunately had 2 windshields cracked on a newer vehicle and they took care of us both times. Unless I am treated badly in the future, they will be our glass place.

Co-owner Steve Mackie and his staff did an amazing turn for someone hit hard during the pandemic. Not only were they generous with their time, their workmanship was impeccable, their service area spotless and their attitudes upbeat and their demeanors were friendly and kind. I worked in the automotive (shop) industry for 10 years and in the auto insurance industry for 33 years. I will ONLY take my vehicles to Century Glass for my auto glass needs. The Century Glass team does the finest work and makes sure everything is right before your car leaves their hands. When I worked in the insurance industry I recommended Century Glass to many of my "difficult" glass claims. Older vehicles, picky customers, difficult repairs???? They were no problem for Century Glass. I've had customers drive 4 hours to have work done at Century Glass because they could not find a shop to do the work on their vehicle. They could not have been more satisfied by the work done at Century Glass. I recommend them to any and all who need the work "done right the first time"!

I should have gone here the first time!! Unfortunately I went to the national brand company (you know, the one that advertises every 5 min on radio and tv). After giving the first company several opportunities to do the job correctly, I called Century Glass. Thankfully my insurance company gave me the OK to have Century do the work.Once Century looked at the hack job that was done, they quickly figured out what was done wrong and installed a new one within a couple of days. The difference was night and day! It was great to actually work with people that knew what they were doing.Just because a company spends millions on advertising, it does not mean they necessarily do good work. Plus, you're supporting a locally owned company where your money stays locally!! I have learned a valuable lesson and will go nowhere else.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Personalized efficient service at reasonable prices. If you live in Michigan you need a great auto glass place. This is the best choice in the Lansing area.

Had a large crack on my windshield, the quote I received was reasonable and affordable! Dropped my suv off when they opened and it was ready before noon. Excellent company doing exactly as they stand by! Two of their missions are highest quality of workmanship & customer satisfaction. Recently, we had a pleasure of being served by Steve. He is a good, honest man, whom stands by his word and his work. You can see in the way he talks with you and listens to your concerns. Let's face it, no one likes to deal with car problems, you can just see that Steve understands that and makes everything about his work for you positive and making your car problems seem like nothing. He will go out of his way to make it right and give sincere 100% + customer satisfaction. He took time to talk with us and ensured that he and the company served our needs. He went above and beyond with a smile. He is knowledgeable of the products and work he does, he is knowledgeable about the fundamentals of serving others, and he is knowledgeable about the value of hard work and giving back. Keep up the good work, Steve! Good things will always come, from all the good that you do. We will remember working with you and will recommend Century Glass! A black rosary hangs in our rear view mirror and is a reminder of that. It was nice to meet you. Thank you for your work.

Steve was very kind and helpful installing a new windshield on my van. He had it ordered and installed within a couple of days. He even invited my kids back into the shop to see our van without a windshield. Thank you Century Glass!

I cannot day enough of how great Century glass are. Both Al and Steve are awesome people and also to work with. Their professionalism are second to none. Had a windshield replaced today and their work was outstanding. They dealt with my insurance company, showed up when promised and replaced my windshield in very quick time.I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. I will promise they will not let you down.Thank you Al and Steve for everything!

Prompt communication, got my windshield ordered for my BMW within a few days and worked everything out with the insurance company. Both Al and Steve are awesome! I called last night to explain my problem and they provided from possible solutions and asked me to bring my vehicle in for an inspection! I dropped of my vehicle and the where able to determine it was not a leak around my window by rather the third break light. They were honest and advised how I can fix this! They have gained a customer for life with their work ethic and genuine customer concern! #SupportSmallTownBusiness

I was amazed by the way they went above and beyond to help me out with glass chip fixed. They guided me so well for claiming my insurance in less then 5 mins and got double hit chip fixed on my front glass in less then 20 mins. Highly recommend they have excellent service and also waiting area.

Very professional and experienced crew. They service many of the shops within the area, but also offer great in-shop service. They got me in for a molding issue on the same day and had it fixed within a few minutes. I also had an on-going floor leak and they knew exactly what the issue was based on the model of vehicle.Will be back for sure.
